Really positive experience dealing with the guys here. I drive a pretty rare 8 yr old turbo-engined Italian car and even have difficultly with the dealership's knowledge of the vehicle. VAC not only repaired a cracked coolant pipe (while a new one is on back order with the dealership), but were also able to advise me on a pcv valve that was operational but indicating wear. They went a step further by actually removing the parts and supplying the samples to the dealership so the correct parts could be ordered. Took a few days, but to no fault of their own. I especially appreciated the follow up call to check coolant levels and excess air in the system. Will happily be going back to fit the new coolant pipe in the coming days.

This is the best place to have your car repaired. My Audi A4 was leaking coolant, and other shops which are "RMI approved" could not locate the fault. Vicks took one look at the car and was able to identify it. They sorted the problem out, now the car drives like a dream, i also had several other faults in the car which i was unaware of. And they sorted them out as well and gave me the best advise ever. They not only in it to make a quick buck for themselves but they give you time as the client to explain what your car needs. They definitely made me fall in love with my car again. If you don't believe me, go try them out and see.

I was in Durban on holiday when suddenly my radiator gave up. I called Josh at Vicks auto clinic and he sorted everything out within a day. I needed the car back urgently as we were leaving for JHB and he assured me that the car will be ready in 24 hours. I must say that it was honestly and excellent experience from the time I drove the the car into the workshop till the moment I drove out. Vicks is RMI approved and most if not all warranties are excepted here. My car is running great again. Thanks Josh and Vicks for all the assistance. Extremely happy customer. Keep up the great work!

I can confidently recommend Vicks Auto Clinic. I recently had a number of maintenance repairs that needed to be done on my vehicle, Vicks and his team were able to correctly identify all the issues and sort them out. I needed the repairs done urgently for a long distance trip and Vicks and the team managed to get everything done on time. The cost of the repairs were transparent and fair and I didn’t feel like we’re looking to make a quick but instead they were looking to get the repairs done correctly.

Dropped off my Audi with a list of items to be investigated and resolved. Vick and his team resolved each and every item on my list taking my budget and timeline into consideration. Vick kept me updated on a daily basis on the progress of my car and even completed the vehicle before the agreed timeline. Will definitely recommend

Rip off - Asked for a quotation to do an automatic transmission fluid change , got quoted more then R10k , Did the exact same Fluid change at a authorized dealer for R3k...

Inferior quality parts. Car cambelt kit that was supplied and fitted by them only did 17000km. Parts were leaking grease. They say branded parts were. Not branded at all.
