Very disappointing as a first impression. Phoned about information in regards to what the school can offer in support for my child. Given years of bullying regarding gender and other things… I am looking for a supportive school. My child has been in films, ads and musical productions so looking at options to help her excel (happily) in a supportive environment only to get a very rude response to my question of ‘are there any availabilities in the school for next year’ the woman conveying superiorly and abruptly that ‘this is an audition only school’. As, a hope to be used for the school moving forward, we should encourage ‘kindness’ ‘professionalism’ and ‘openmindness’ and also listening to the question asked before responding … it’s amazing how such a simple approach and a kind word can have on someone’s day given no one knows what is happening in that persons life. I am after a ‘safe space’ for my child to ‘flourish’…unfortunately. Given first point of call. I do not see this school would be able to offer this to creative new age students needing support.

This is a great public school for all art gifted and talented. The main focus is on music, dance and vocal kids. There are some possibilities for pro sport kids as well. This school also provides great academic education in parallel to the art classes with flexible schedule and no school uniform requirements …

Ich habe 2012 mit gdansa.de einen dreimonatigen Austausch gemacht. Als besondere Ehre habe ich diese excellence Schule besuchen dürfen. Immer wieder erinnere ich mich gerne an diese außergewöhnliche Schulzeit.
