I had an overall satisfactory experience. I booked over the phone with Mani who was prompt and personable. The communication after booking was regular and there were no issues with pick up. Dennis was a safe driver and the car was clean and spacious. If I may make a suggestion, it would be for the company to review their information on child seat safety. I requested a rear-facing child seat for my 2.5 year old and was told that this was not safe. In fact, according to VicRoads a child can sit in a rear-facing seat until the age of 4. Moreover, it has been proven to be the safest option when compared with forward-facing seats. I had to insist that I be provided with one - which they honoured - however, I was made to feel that I was making an unsafe choice. This being said, the seat that was provided appeared to be an old model (Safe-N-Sound Meridian without height markers which could date the seat at over 10 years old). To compare, I used another transfer service in NSW who provided a newer rear-facing car seat without any issues. Again, this aside, everything else about the experience was good. If I wasn’t travelling with a child I would use them again.

This transfer service is absolutely amazing! We have relied on them for over a year - in some cases we have asked for transfers very last minute and have still been graciously accomodated. I couldn’t recommend them enough to anyone who needs a transfer for any reason. The drivers are incredibly professional and personable and make you feel safe whilst in their cars, the cars are immaculate luxury cars and have wonderful features.

Fabulous personalised service. I really appreciated the text message from Mani confirming my family had been collected from the airport. From booking the pickup through to transporting my family to their destination it was worry free and totally professional. Thank you so much.
