Went there to pick up a projector for an outdoor home theater. These are pricy systems, so rather than buying on Amazon, I thought I would get answers to a few questions and buy from a person who knows the specs so I don’t buy the wrong one for my application. This is Saturday morning around 10:15; they just had opened and were not busy at all. The salesperson could not be any less interested or informed. Hands behind his back, he asked ten seconds in if I was going to buy today. Too much even for a car dealership. I said yes if I find what I need. Then the crazy part started. “Do you have the specs for this one?” “No.” (And no follow up, like let me call a colleague who knows something about what we sell, or can you return when that person comes in, assuming there is one.) “How about this one?” “There isn’t much to it!” “What’s the throw distance for this one?” “It’s normal.” That’s all I could take. What’s the point of a brick and mortar store if you can’t be bothered to learn what you are selling. Bless Amazon.

I can safely say that if you don’t know about technology or systems, coming here to video and audio center, won’t be a problem, because of the great staff that they have. Adrian was so helpful and knowledgeable. You can tell he cares and loves his job. Explained things to me in simple form especially since I don’t know much, but he made the experience of shopping so much better. Thanks, I will definitely do all my shopping here at video and audio whenever I need a system or tv or whatever tech I need. Thanks! Beware, do not purchase anything from this store. They are scammers. I spent $4500 on a TV, Sound Bar + Subwoofer, and a swivel wall mount. I was informed by Ali and some blonde worker that the swivel mount was mandatory to fit the sound bar on the TV, which is what I wanted. I did not want it on the wall. The installers come and say they can't put the sound bar on the TV, and it has to be attached to the wall. So I bought a swivel mount for no reason. I just wanted a refund for the swivel mount, but I was refused. The store will sell you items you don't need, stay far away.

After my visit to this store I knew I didn’t need to look anywhere else. They matched pricing from competitors and worked with my budget. Andrew was very knowledgeable and the service was top notch. He made great recommendations and I couldn’t be happier with the home entertainment system installed. The custom installer Anthony came to my house was great! I will keep coming back for my home entertainment needs.

The selection of 4K and 8K TVs at Video & Audio Center is pretty stellar. Samsung, SONY, LG and others are always in stock at this store in the Westfield Century City Mall, and always the latest models. I've bought bluetooth headphones here. I've bought bluetooth speakers here. I've bought SD cards here. And I even bought a European power converter here. Well done, Video & Audio Center.

In the market to upgrade my man cave TV so I went into the store to browse and research newer model OLEDs. Ariel handled my incessant questioning so well that I decided on the spot to go with purchase of the LG OLED G2 65 inch. No need to worry as they price matched the TV. The install team was A+ with their thoughtfulness and great care (they had to remove a very heavy plasma TV).

They charged us for NOT doing a single thing and did not hang the TV. We have been waiting for a refund since late October and it is December 20th now. Some random person from the company keeps saying their manager has not been in office to give us a refund but for OVER A MONTH? I highly doubt that. Not professional, takes our money I do not recommend working with these people.

Video & Audio Center in Century City always has knowledgeable experts to assist me when I needed to purchase a new flat screen TV or new Bluetooth speakers. Video & Audio Center is the real deal. I wasn't exactly sure what size or brand of TV I needed but John was kind of enough to explain and showoff the Samsung Sero, which will go beautifully in my living room and be a centerpiece of my entertainment system. Thank you.
