Really disappointing ... Going here for years and never had a problem until today. The lady was rude and more worried about chatting to her friend then helping. After spending half hour with three children picking DVDs to actually purchase was told that they were three times more than the marked price. Which I simply couldn't afford, then made to feel like I was the one being a pain. Don't bother, place is filthy too and has a bad odour.

As we entered a digital age we created far better distribution methods for blockbuster movies, but there will always be some who do things the old fashioned way. This store is homely, and has a large selection of new release and older release DVDs. Their diverse selection of Anime is what sets them apart, often they are able to source series' that no other rental service can provide.
