I brought my cat, who had a limp, which seem to have gotten worse and she became uncharacteristically angry and threatening. Everyone from reception to vets were super nice and understanding. They were thorough and sympathetic. My cat was put on antibiotics and is recovering. Thank you so much village very hospital at Hampstead.
I required an emergency travel document, and they scheduled an appointment and assisted me in less than three days. The receptionist and Allison, the OV vet, were both phenomenal. Allison even went to the vet on a day off to give me the certificate. Customer service was exceptional.
I came here with my pet rat. Staff has been very nice and caring. Veterinarian has done everything she could to help. Hopefully I will never need help again, but if I do, I will definitely come here again, even though it’s an hour drive from where I live.

Our dog started twitching and having other strange symptoms so we decides to give them a call and they were absolutely fantastic on the phone. I sent them over a video of our dog and they got their vets to examine the footage. In the end we
I've waited two months to post this as I didn't want to be emotional about my review. But now I feel I can be subjective. My cat became ill and in the 7 days I as seen by 4 different vets. One was great. The others young, inexperienced and
I am so grateful to the brilliant staff at this practice, especially Ines, Sui and Helen. They cared for my cat in their hospital for 4 days with such compassion and care, and even though I moved out of London while he was still recovering
We took our dog Joey to village vet Belsize Park after he got attacked by another dog and ran off for 12 hours overnight. We got there and were greeted by 2 AMAZING nurses who comforted us and were lovely with Joey. We were really upset to
My visit to the Village Vet was so lovely. I discovered a mass/lump on my african pygmy hedgehog. She was seen by Allison, who could not have been better. She did a fantastic job at putting me at ease and diagnosed my hedgehog very quickly
I was recommended Village by a friend and I can honestly see why. I took my 5 month old English Bulldog Ruby in to see Laura on Friday as she needed surgery on her nose and throat. Cannot thank Laura, Alex, Sarah and the team enough! They
They return severely abused pets who've been handed in by concerned members of the public, happily back to their abusers. They don't contact the RSPCA, they don't raise any welfare concerns, they don't help the animal at all - all because
This is a fantastic vet practice. In particular, I highly recommend Dr. Alex Hatch who is one of the vets there. My dog became very ill a few months ago with a gastro issue, he deteriorated so quickly. I didn’t feel at all confident about
We brought our cat in to Village Vet on a Friday evening, as a precaution as she was breathing quite quickly and heavily during the day. Upon arriving and speaking with the vet, we agreed to send her for an ultrasound scan of her chest to
I have had 2 pets die here in the most distasteful manner. Both times they adjust the charges and suddenly increase fees when you are at your lowest ebb. The last time I came 8 pm on a Friday night and was charged £275 just for the vet to
I have had to visit this vet during an emergency on two occasions, the first time was when my baby rat Toast collapsed suddenly and had to be rushed in. He very sadly died moments before we arrived, but still the vet looked at him to tell
My kitten ben fell from a 5 story building window, we rushed him to the only vets who were open 24 hours. They rushed out the vets to take him off our hands when we arrived and reported back within 15 minutes to explain his damage. Ben is
I want to say how attentive & helpful the staff have been at Village Vet Hampstead in treating our beautiful dog Milo whilst he had been so ill. Thanks to Alard for his expertise. However, if I may I would like to give a big thank you to
We are so grateful to these kind professionals, Sam in particular, for their wonderful care. Our little Romanian rescue dog is a different dog, so loving and relaxed now that his pain is under control. I could weep when I think of how
I have used Village Vet Hampstead on and off for 25 years for various pets, with excellent results. The vet diagnosed that my first dog had a very serious illness just from walking past him in the waiting room. They have just recently
Extremely poor service. The reason being is that I brought my dog in for an emergency appointment on Friday 6 October and saw Ines. I was was advised as a preferred option to admit him as he had a fever of 40 and a respiratory virus
This is not an emergency service. Stop advertising it as an emergency service, when you have absolutely incompetent doctors there on emergency. I would have given this negative stars if I could for advertising itself as an emergency
I took my 3 year old cat to Village Vet Hampstead as an emergency patient in April 2016 after being referred from my usual vet when he was experiencing breathing difficulties. I was in shock when shortly after he was diagnosed with
Poor experience again. Called ahead to check prescription in stock. Informed it was but would need to weigh pup again due to time passed Would then organise a vet to authorise px. Headed up (min walk) to be advised,
I have used Village Vet Hampstead for over 40 years and have watched it grow from extremely humble beginnings to the state of the art, multi string of practices of excellence, that it is today.
I’d like to take the opportunity to thank the wonderful vets at Hampstead Sam,Adam and Helen for being so caring ,knowledgeable, and thoughtful when caring for my gorgeous cat Poppy!
Shameful Vet. Won't even consider a reasonable adjustment under the Equalities Act 2010 for someone with special needs. I believe this to be unlawful!
Stay away. Incompetent doctors, no actual emergency service. They are only there to take your money, they don’t care about your pet (or
The WORST vet clinic ever! I bring my cat with a very bad flu and I ended up talking in front of my cat about money!! Unbelievable!!
Our much-loved Kooikerhondje Maisie arrived at Village Vets Hampstead in a critical condition two weeks’ ago.
