I booked 2 weeks in advance for 2 fillings and xrays, I know December is a busy time of year and I could not get an appointment with my regular dentist so I was very excited when Vineyard Dental which is local to me and had amazing reviews could fit me in. When I arrived to the treatment room, the dentist advised me they had only time for one filling today and we would have to focus on which one was more important at the time, I wasn't too worried and said I would re-book for any other work. It was obvious the dentist was in a rush from the get-go, and seemed to have some friction with the dental assistant who was obviously still in training. The dentist seemed to be very experienced and knowledgeable, but lacked composure and was constantly becoming irate with the dental assistant (who was obviously still learning), and then myself because of some difficulty reaching one of my back teeth. I have had most of my molars filled and am not new to the chair, but this was the most stressful dental visit EVER, i was actually shaking in the chair and couldn't wait for it to be over. I could not have imagined how this would have gone down if I had came in for anything more. On top of all that, I get a call 4 hours after I left from the receptionist saying they would have to re-process my payment as they had experienced a power outage and that caused the payment request to drop from the merchant side, therefore I would have to make the payment twice. I really expected a more professional approach from a such a highly rated clinic.

I have put off for 9 years having my wisdom teeth removed due to fear of having it done in the chair. The past 12 months the pain in one wisdom tooth was getting increasingly worse until during Covid (of course!) It got so bad I couldn't function. I rang Vineyard Dental and spoke to the loveliest receptionist who explained my options and how they could help with my anxiety and any pain during the procedure. I bit the bullet and went in for the extraction. Dr Wessam Atteya was amazing! Talked me through the whole process and I was given something for the anxiety and some happy gas. The tooth was out in a few minutes tops and I FELT NOTHING . I wish I'd done this years ago. I am planning to head back after lockdown to have the other wisdom teeth removed and also taking family for their dental work. Can't recommend this dental surgery more highly ♡♡

Today I had to go to a dentist after losing part of filling lastnight. I have only been to one dentist for the last 25 years as I was very comfortable with that dentist. I booked in to go to Vineyard RD dental as I didn't want to wait until next week to get into my regular dentist. I was nervous as not all dentists are gentle. Dr Wessam made me feel very comfortable from the moment I entered the room, he explained everything each step of the way. The filling replacement was pain free. Dr Sam is just a wonderful Comedian who also knows how to practice Dentistry, What a combination for the both!! I would recommend all patients who tend to avoid treatment at the dentist. This particular Dentist would leave you wondering why you haven't seen him sooner !!! The team is fantastic and they would always make you feel like your the only one in Charge, there is no surprises with anything and they walk you through each step before they commence any treatment and most importantly they LISTEN without any judgements. I know this because it can become quite overwhelming and embarrassing to say you don't Brush or Floss as often as you should. Highly recommended

Recently I went to Vineyard Dental and I’m very glad I did. Dr. Mahmoud (MET) Mohamed is the best dentist I have been to, and I’m very grateful for his care. The staff are professional and thorough. During my procedures I experienced no pain whatsoever and all the details were carefully explained to me. One of the nurses, Rosie, was very caring and supportive during my time there. The reception staff are also very friendly and welcoming. Very good experience because it was seamless from booking to receptionist greeting. Managed to get an appointment on the day 9th Jan. The clinic was clean and the equipment were top notch. The dentist Dr Raf Vishali was very professional. He assessed my situation and provided me with options including the price. The tooth needed to be removed and the dentist checked on me every now and then to see if I was ok. He also put in extra local anaesthetic to alleviate the pain. I felt very professionally looked after and this is the first time I have walked out of a dental clinic fully satisfied.

Been there first time Highly recommend great staff, Dr Met and his colleague did a fabulous job on my dental cleanup and advise me to fill up one wisdom teeth sooner, I made my decision straight away becz he did a super job on the cleanup and made me believe that he knows what’s he doing. This was my first visit at this clinic. As a nurse myself I am very particular about various different things but this place is immaculate, spacious, staff are so friendly, Dr Met (Dentist) is absolutely fantastic so gentle, honest and thorougher! He explains treatment options exceptionally well without being pushy and does wonderful work. Kylie takes the time to chat to the clinics patients it’s really nice. This clinic is very reasonably priced. I look forward to coming back very soon!

Staff are very friendly and very skilled, I had two wisdom teeth extracted by Dr. Wessam and didn't even feel him taking out my lower tooth which was still buried under my gum! It was a very smooth operation and both doctor and his assistant, Liuba, did their best to comfort me during. I also got a call from Nikkie from the clinic the next day to see how I'm doing. Prices are very good for the skill and service I've received. The venue itself is lovely, very clean and easy to find.

Saw an add on Groupon for a 109 dollar deal, called up, I have private health insurance and they offered me a no-gap clean and polish with x-rays, so no brainer I used them. Very happy with my service, felt comfortable, the waiting room looked 5 star, much better then any medical reception in Sunbury. Will definitely be using them for my dental and doctor whenever I am in Sunbury. 5 The dental nurse and dentist were polite, took their time with me, very happy with my service.

Had a wonderful experience today with Dr Met and Nurse Rosie at Vineyard Dental. Wonderful to interact with and patiently explained everything that was going on. The receptionist was lovely too! A warm and friendly manner, I'll be recommending Dr Met to everyone in the Macedon Ranges. While those who may be concerned a 'no gap' dental checkup may be of poor quality, this does not apply to Vineyard Dental. Very modern facilities and Dr Met is a great dentist.

I am a really nervous patient and I can highly recommend Dr Wessam Atteya (Sam). He is the most patient, caring dentist I have ever been to and I have been to quite a few and been hurt by many. I must have really sensitive teeth. Sam is kind, explains everything you want to know before he starts. has an agreed 'safe/stop' signal and frankly has saved my teeth and best of all, you can trust him not to hurt you! really good with difficult (scared) patients.

Dr Rafeek Zaki is absolutely amazing! I'm terrified of dentists usually, but he instantly put me at ease. He does awesome work too! Incredibly thorough, gentle, and communicates every step. I chipped my front tooth and was convinced I was going to have a discoloured tip - NOPE! You can't even tell!! He's got me as a patient for life (suckstobehim! Haha)!!! The clinic was clean, modern and inviting. Ecxeptionally professional service, very thorough. Dentist explained everything as the treatment went along (oral cancer check, xrays,general check up, clean, polish and fluoride) and made sure I was as comfortable as possible. I highly recommend Vineyard Road Dental Clinic. I am a very nervous patient and have been trying to find a new clinic for a while now. Nikki on the front desk is always warm and welcoming. Dr. Eliza Skoutarides is by far the best dentist I've had in over 30 years! She is very gentle, thorough and skilled. My dentist dr zaki was very good and patient had one of my wisdom tooth removed which kept getting infected and which a lot of dentists would steer clear of removing but he was very patient in removing it despite it being quite difficult.

Met did a great job repairing and crowning my tooth. Explained the procedure and risks involved before and during my time in the chair. Very friendly and helpful staff and much better prices than elseware. Would recommend this clinic.

My 5 year old daughter had a great experience at Vineyard dental. They were very friendly, professional and gentle. Very happy with our visit and will be back.

The dentist and assistant are great and friendly. Price was was worth it. My teeth feel amazing after a clean and treatment. Definitely reccomending to others.
