Finally found a library that looks like a library. While minding my own business and keeping quiet, I often heard distracting conversations and I thought to myself to simply ignore it. It’s probably just some rude people and they will eventually go away, come back, and deal with it again; it didn’t. I don’t know what it is, but in humble opinion, Houston and nearby county libraries always have so much noise, atypical from a normal library. Upon further investigation... to my surprise, it was actually the staff that were being noisy. I wouldn’t mind if kids were being noisy, however the staff make the loudest noises. If you’re looking for no distractions and silence... try the conference room (love it) or the large room adjacent to the library.

Attended a basic Excel class today 08-12th . The class did not start on time as schedule. The instructor made a ugle statment " did anyone go to to Lubbock this weekend? I (he) needed some cotton". The class was made up of most africian americans- women , one man and two hispanic males. I set a little while to see if he would make any more ignorant statments . He mad a so call joking statiment in spanish , not sure if it as funny or not. Most of then laughed, I sure did not , it was not funny to me being a AABLK female. I will not be returing to that location for computer classes if that instructor is there.

I been coming here a lot to print paperwork’s and workers I usually see was very welcoming but today I went to the front to ask these 2 ladies who I never saw before. Not welcoming, both on their phones and did not even acknowledge I was in the front of them. Ladies, at least make it seem like you want to be there.

I love to use my spare time in this library. It's become my next change in residence relaxation. I have studied waitstaff and gotten certified at The Art of Institution. Thanks for this great opportunity. Also I had the opportunity of joining the sewing class. It was fun and the staff is so great.

I had a great young lady help out with some paper work but when it came to getting it approved a very RUDE, man trew it away. I felt so disrespected because he gave me no good reason for why he couldn't sign it!!!

The staff here are very friendly. My son had a great time at storytime. I don't love the layout of the kids area; I'd prefer it more separated from the rest of the library. But we had a fun time.

Very nice staff and very clean. This library has a great selection of books for young readers (1st and 2nd graders). My six year old grandson loves going to the library and I love taking him.

Dreadful Patron Service - This library has made multiple errors on returned items and cost me hours of attempting to resolve these problems. Go with Harris County Library, if you can.

This staff is so friendly and have me spoiled to receiving all the help I need, and if I don't know something they don't make me feel any different..My favorite library in Houston.

Nice and helpful staff, activities for the children are A+. My 9 year old son loves arts and crafts days, and gamer day! Definitely recommend and it is always clean and tidy.

Beautiful library, very quiet nice to visit and relax from our chaotic world. Nice book collection, plenty of places to sit, study, and read. It's a neighborhood hidden gem!

If anyone ever needs help while at the Library, ask for HANNAH. SHE IS THE BEST UP THERE AND WILL TRY HER BEST TO HELP. REMEMBER THE NAME HANNAH, SHE IS THE BEST.

The most amazing staff. They are so friendly and helpful. They always give us great advice and keep us in the loop on fun activities they think we would like.

The place is neat and have very good customer services. The ladies at the front desk are very polite and always ready to help.
