I do hope you are not working with Vintage Tampa Homes, LLC or Jerome Boulanger. Boulanger has not had a permit open for any work on any property since 2018, so none of the properties he or Compass Construction have worked are have permitted work, which will be devastating to buyers when they try to resell.
