My first session with Violet was meant to be August last year but that same day I was in a car accident and unfortunately missed it. Violet and her team were so understanding of the matter they patiently waited till I was ready to come back and start treatment. I have been going back every month and they have nothing but shown the upmost respect and quality customer service I have ever dealt with. They have treated me like family and the skills used for this type of treatment is impeccable. I had done Laser Hair Removal somewhere else on my face and neck and made the matter worse! Then, Violet came along and helped not only with Electrolysis to remove the hair but my self esteem was brought back as soon as I saw results. It's an amazing treatment and recommend for anyone! PS.
