Don’t bother wasting your time signing up at this gym. There are CONSTANT water and electricity outages (outside of the scheduled loadshedding). I understand that they have challenged with the municipality to contend with but perhaps consider hydrating your members with cheaper sourced water alternatives.

Too many people for the amount of equipment available especially during peak time. Stretch area is too small. I'd avoid this gym if you need weights and your time options are limited to peak times. I haven't seen any Watt bikes on the floor. Otherwise I can't really vault it, it's modest.

Trevor and his manager Gaza are all about pushing sales at whatever cost. Gaza refuses to take accountability let alone apologies for the bad customer service his subordinates are rendering. Virgin active is a great gym but the experience of signing up was the worst thanks to these two.

I've been coming here for sometime now. Its a great little facility with every equipment you might need and friendly staff. Even during load shedding they are operating. On the down side their steam room is unisex, which was a bit odd. All in all I would recommend this facility.

I recently rejoined the club through a sales consultant i must say I had a bad service im even thinking of going somewhere the consultant don't take their time to make you read the contract im now stuck with a wrong contract because anything they do is in a rush.

Nice new studios, but a bit crammed in the equipment side. Spinning bikes are often faulty and the aircon seldom works efficiently. Staff are friendly but good instructors are rare. Bathroom facilities are clean but sometimes the toilet doors get stuck.

Bellairs Virgin Active isba really great gym. The Staff are extremely friendly and helpful. They are a joy to have a conversation with or to see when entering the gym. Personal trainers are actually qualified and some even have a background

the Kauai inside is being held hostage by “policy” that unless are members of this gym are unable to order/eat inside. Encountered very rude, need to be retrained in contact with the public Trevor and arrogant, pushy, impolite Pindile (?)

Im sure the place must be nice inside but when i went to check on joining i was not given a tour around the place by the staff, they just talked to me over the counter at the entrance. Also it was very unprofessional with the male staff

Definitely the best cardio machines out of all the Virgin activ in the area. Try it once, greeeaaattt experience ! You just need to have your Bluetooth headphones (AirPod included) and you good to go with any stuff to listen to while

One of the best Virgin Active clubs. It may be small but you really don't feel it. They have everything you'll need for both cardio and strength training and the staff is lovely. And to top it off, the aesthetics are lovely

Friendly staff, always clean, mostly well maintained equipment. Also have to say the members are much more mindful of disinfecting equipment before/ after use than the other VAs I go to.

The club is clean, equipment is well mantained and has a diverse clientele. I have seen places where diversity works but here it seems a bit awkward. It is a good in and out place.

5 stars for the staff working at Virgin active Bellairs. They are always friendly ! The gym is sparkling clean everytime I go there..which is at different hours of the day.

Not a bad gym but very cramped (ie: only 1 squat rack). More equipment is needed; even though there are collectively 4 barbell machines, there are only 1 set of clips.

Stunning gym but the sauna and steam room are unisex. I felt so uncomfortable I left without using it. I've been to every other VA and this is almost NEVER the case.

Good gym, however the weights and machines are old and rusty. The dumbbells are also never put in the correct place so you spend time finding two of the same weight

Bel airs is nicely updated in terms of equipment and floor layout, only thing missing is sanitizing sprays or wipes for members to clean the indoor cycling bikes.

Place needs more aircons at the back where there is heavy equipment. Air needs to circulate there. Had problems breathing during my morning exercises before.

Absolutely adore the aqua pool! With Bonni as your instructor, you work really hard. Lovely to look out the windows over the roof and see the sky.
