They have the worst communication when it comes to them and their members So yesterday I was having a leg day session. Just when I had finished with calf raises and i was moving on to leg extensions one of the maintenance guys came up to me and said sorry we would like to change the upholstery of the machine I was okay no problem I'm going to use the other leg machine only to find out that he will come back again and ask me to move without the other one being fixed justvto sum up my experience all leg extension machines were not working and and 2 bench Machines were also removed of the upholstery paddings and a lot more machines were the same some from the very first time I joined that club beginning of last year, So I had to change my workout totally my point is they should've notified their members that on these specific dates we will be changing all the upholstery on our gym equipment so members can y'all resume with your workouts for that day at other clubs. There are not enough pins on machines to determine the Weight you desire only ONE pair of dual tricep ropes I'm really disappointed that we pay so much but the simple things are not maintained and there's no communication

NEGATIVE SRARS, if I could. My first bad experience. I have recently joined the gym on the special offered with the April and May free membership. I am new to the gym setting and when I signed up I did not get the terms and conditions of closing time. On the 18th of April, I went for a swimming session and was unaware that the gym closes at 2pm. I was in the shower when I heard the announcement for 15 minutes and proceeded to finish up washing my hair when the gym announced that they are closed. Shortly after (2 mins) they switched off the lights in the change room and turned them back on when I expressed my presence. Then I was threatened by an employee who said she would report me whilst I was still getting dressed. I was then rushed out only 5 mins after they announced the gym was closed. I understand that the gym closed at 2pm but I didn't appreciate the threats or being hounded by multiple ladies naked. It was extremely intimidating. Never going back there again. Not recommended at all.

Staff is friendly. The gym could use more machines for weight lifting but the stuff that they do have is sufficient. It can get full and people often train in group. Given the location of the gym it has a fairly young membership so those who are matured and older can feel a bit excluded but by the 3rd day , you start to feel right at home bring your own headsets and music, they have some cool fun dancing class so for those looking to dance and have fun while being fit , you'll enjoy that . Only 1 squat rack and 1 Smith machine so be prepared to wait for those. Change rooms are fairly clean and decent security around parking lot . They validate parking as well and theres a few restaurants around the place to get food before or after your session.

Bath, toilet & shower areas are consistently cleaned so I feel comfortable with the hygiene safety here. The studio is also cleaned after each class, although this delays class start sometimes because they tend to arrive late sometimes, but it's done. There is a sauna & steam room which are co-ed. The steam room smells of fresh mint most days and I LOVE when it does. All branches SHOULD DO THIS FOR THEIR STEAM ROOMS. Staff are mostly nice. The atmosphere is gym appropriate. Equipment setup is good. Has pool and Kuauai. Overall good gym experience where you don't feel crowded or without an experience. It is currently under construction to renovate so I'm looking forward to it being even better!

I would not recommend this gym to anyone who values good service and friendly staff members and a spacious gym environment. I would not recommend club v to any parents either(trust me). My consultant only cared about signing me up, didn't make the time to give me all info bout my membership and app infact he gave me incorrect info and and didn't resolve my account issues and I was being billed incorrect amounts for months...I even went in and spoke to a manager and still no one was able to assist me to this day. Their personal trainers are also questionable. I transferred to Cresta Virgin Active and I am happy member.

Very friendly staff... Definitely recommend the classes... A variety - in terms of types - of people attend the gym A variety of equipment in working condition. Negative side Covid protocols within the gym (not when entering) are not strictly adhered to. Relatively small space but with quite a bit people The water pressure is quite low and relatively not warm warm more like coldish warm. Some equipment is rusty and is difficult to use.

The gym is always up to date. Everything from fat loss to muscle gain or a lazy day to relax in the pool or steam room. All equipment is checked and inspected by professionals as I have noticed it. I would not give it 5 star just because some of the machines are not to be used due to being out of order I understand but they not getting it repaired overall amazing gym

Love it, up to date gym equipment, huge pool, separate sonar and steam room - overall a great gym. However they could do with some little touch ups especially in the ladies bathroom and their lack of stuff, I hardly see stuff members around who can assist where needed and that's where they lost one star for me.

What this place lacks in terms of windows and natural light, they make up in cleanliness. Super convenient if you live in the area. If you use the underground parking and are a member you don't pay for parking. There is a Kauai here and one pool that is heated. Sauna is currently offline due to covid.

This gym has everything you need from a sauna, steam room and swimming pool. Staff are friendly and helpful. They also have very good classes. Great place to blow of some steam at the end of a long day and even meet new people.

Awesome place to be , it's never full to capacity so u don't feel overwhelmed. The patrons are so warm and non judgemental, the staff I've encountered are oh so helpful and informative . The equipment is clean and tidy.

Great location, clean and good equipment. The gym may be smaller than other VA's however its great. The big issue is that the service at the gym is slow and tardy, and most of the time, im told that they can't help.

The place is excellent and cleaned ever so often during training time to keep us safe. The pool facility is exceptional and encourages you to keep going. Exceedingly above all the staff is welcoming and friendly!

The service at this VA's Kauai is bad. The speedpoint never works and the staff seem to not care about fixing the problem. It's been like this the entire year by my measurement.

What a stunning clean gym. It's very spacious and not cramped at all. Hassle free and safe parking. The staff were very warm, professional and welcoming.

Good facilities with warm staff members. Clean changerooms, and sufficient training equipment. Poor Connection: no WIFI connection.
