We are fortunate enough to have just finished an amazing holiday. This holiday was originally booked with Virikson! Had the booking and arrangements been as originally planned then this would have been the dream holiday that we had been waiting such a long time for. From originally booking the holiday back in 2021, we paid our first deposit with a view to paying the remaining balance in March. When we came to pay the remaining balance (I called them to ask if I could pay) the original holiday had unfortunately changed. They advised that our original dates had to be moved due to British Airways not flying on the planned day despite the fact we have already booked our seats on the pre-booked voucher. The explanation Virikson gave was that the British Airways flight was indeed cancelled. In a bid to investigate I set out and spoke with British Airways, horrified to find out that indeed Virikson had not booked or claimed E tickets in time and the flight was fully booked. For days on end, actually for at least two weeks I continued to ask for a resolution! The options were to fly out the very next day costing another £2000 whilst we were not directly asked for this we were told that due to British Airways cancelling our flight it would be this or two days later. At no point was there any explanation, Admittance of Error, compensation or resolution offered by Virikson. When we originally placed feedback explaining The ordeal they asked us to remove it from the site. (Which we have not) In addition to this I was asked to ‘leave positive feedback’ on the page and on a professional review platform. I explain to them that soliciting positive feedback was not how feedback works but to understand the challenge of pain caused customers in a bid to rectify their approach and ensure people can go away on vacation without worry was the approach. Trust helps people buy, have belief it’s where their money is and they will get what they paid for. Towards the end of what was a complete ordeal and pain, they managed to get the paperwork right! There was no additional cost although further mistakes were made on luggage for both parties! In a gesture of goodwill Virikson offered us a floating breakfast at the resort as a token gesture. It would not be fair for me me to mention any of our amazing stay at Siam world as this was as a result of the amazing people and amazing island and nothing influenced by the Virikson. My advice would be to book a luxury holiday through a luxury company and save the heartache and pain. Unfortunately we met many people that had gone through the same process. This does not only make it hard for the island as they have disgruntled customers without fault of their own, it is also extremely unfair as many of these holidays are dream, once in a lifetime. It is for the above reason and lack of acknowledgement leading up to our much waited for holiday and silver anniversary, that I would suggest Virikson be a last and certainly not first resort! Now I have two other friends that are going through the same issues and also struggling to get refunds on their package. Such a bad company and terrible approach to customer service.

DO NOT USE This is the worst experience booking a holiday I have ever had! We booked Dubai and Maldives in September 2021 to fly for our honeymoon 2nd September 2022. Two weeks before we were due to fly we received a message saying there was an issue with the flights home from Maldives and they were looking at alernative options. After days of messing around we were then presented with different hotel options (none of which anywhere near the same standard & research showed they were much cheaper) however we were told the only option would to be to fly 3 weeks later than planned and we would have to pay an extra £1700 as it wasnt the companys fault! We asked for a full refund and were told to wait 14 working days and told a refund would be with us by 9th September (a week after we were due to fly!). When messaging the company to ask for updates Jason was incredibly rude and unprofessional and responded saying "TODAY IS THE 8TH WORKING DAY" & "so what is the issue" despite it being the 9th september and the 14th working day! They then asked for a further 3 working days & I then informed them i would be contacting my bank to look at recovering the money and was told (both on the phone and in writing) that contacting the bank would just cause a delay and they had already processed a refund. When i asked why contacting the bank would add a delay if the refund was already processed i was just told to trust them and allow for the weekend. Even though the weekends are not working days so would make no difference they were unable to give me an answer. Once i asked for evidence the refund had been processed I received a screenshot showing it had only been processed that day! I complained and was just told to "trust them just this once". Finally we received a refund on 14th September so 3 weeks after we initially requested it and we can now book a honeymoon with a reputable company. Do not give yourself the stress of this company as the discount certainly is not worth it! Hands down the worst company I have ever dealt with and I will be telling everyone I know to avoid!

AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!!!!!!!!!!! Please please stay away from these fraudsters. My wife and I purchased a once in a lifetime holiday to Dubai and Maldives for the start of the year. These clowns advertise that their holidays come with 'Covid Protection Insurance' - let me tell you I can assure you they don't! We contracted Covid and were told that we wouldn't be eligible for the free date change they guaranteed us at the time of booking. When we looked to rebook, they attempted on several occasions to charge us almost an extra 1k for the privilege despite other competitors quoting us the original cost of our original holiday. After weeks of excuses they tried to tell us that it was the flight company and hotel that were imposing the charges - we spoke direct with them and this was not the case. Unfortunately we had no option after months of them avoiding our calls and messages, to seek legal advice. Once they started to communicate again it was excuse after excuse. They simply refused to refund us any of our 6.5k!!! Only once we posted a negative review did they sit up and pay attention! Note to others... use any platform you can get to prevent others falling into their bullying tactics. They advised they would refund us 4k but would issue the 2.5k in travel vouchers eligible for 9 months. They are now holding us to ransom advising that they will not issue the voucher until we remove our review! How professional of them!!! Please take not... please avoid and deny yourself the 12 months misery of dealing with these cowboys!!!! I don't know how they sleep at night!!!! We're now going to report them to Trading Standards and go to the press about them if we don't receive our full refund. What a way to treat clients during such a time of fear and uncertainty over finances. If you're looking for a reputable Atol & Abta protected firm who are trustworthy and reliable i would advise using Affordable Luxury Travel! Good luck and avoid this mob!

So moral of the story is don’t waste your time with these jokers they just lie and lie until you get really angry and chase for months on end and make what’s supposed to be the happiest time of your life very stressful. Virikson if you are reading this can you please give me my £2578 you are keeping to yourself

If it let me give 0 stars I would. First and last time using the company. Had people messaging me via what’s app and calling at sometimes 10pm at night. Hounding me to leave reviews before I travelled and actually during a period when I had unresolved matters with my booking. I was travelling to Maldives and Dubai. In Dubai no transfer turned up and spent 1.5 days of my honeymoon having to constantly chase the company to get this sorted. Was promised a refund for the transfer I had to pay for - no follow up. Very poor communication throughout the process. Despite me informing the company at the time of booking my name was different to what it would be at time of travel - they still booked my tickets in my maiden name. This took Months to resolve and again meant me having to literally chase them to get it sorted. Ignoring emails, countless promises people would m call me back and didn’t happen. 3 months after booking and paying initial deposit, just before the next payment was due, the company attempted to charge me £400 extra than what the agreed and booked price of the holiday was (seemingly due to a price increase in flights) again this meant lots of back and forth communication, having to chase to speak to someone. Felt very much backed into a corner but luckily I am clued up with with what my rights are as a customer. Would not recommend !! Not worth the stress and hassle .

Would give 0 stars if possible. They are very pushy to start with and once they have you the service will drop to 0. They sent me emails saying I have missed payments although my agreed payment date was still months away. Then they said oh sorry we didn't have the agreed details but we will add that. Then when my agreed payment date came they didn't send me a link to make a payment. Then i phoned and they said you have only given £25 so far, when in actual fact i had paid £500. They also then had the cheek to say the price for your tickets has gone up! How could that be possible when i have paid a deposit. It all should have been booked and finalised, i was not made aware it was only a reservation and that i may be subject to a price change and if you read the terms and conditions on the invoice it says that everything will be booked when the deposit is paid. If i was informed i would have paid in full. When i ask for a resolution to this issue they keep passing me around there agents who by the way don't use real names as one gave me a English name and then an asian name, Over a week later still waiting to hear back on a resolution for the issue, without a doubt the worst company to book if you want worry free travel.

I have just returned home this morning with my daughter, from a trip to Dubai and Thailand. After reading many negative reviews before travelling I got myself increasingly worried if I had chosen the right travel agent for our holiday. I constantly needed reassurance that all would go well. Let me say, we have just had the best 2 weeks. We booked our holiday with Angela, and from start to finish, and during the whole holiday, she was there for us at any given time. Whenever I needed any kind of reassurance, Angela showed me paperwork and bookings etc..and totally put my mind at rest. Using Virikson and having Angela's help has made the whole booking a very personable experience. Thank you sincerely Angela for providing the very best experience for myself and my daughter. We have made a lifetime of mother/daughter memories, and a holiday I will never forget. I would absolutely recommend Virikson and especially Angela for any holiday bookings. I do hope I will be able to one day in the future book another holiday, and if I am lucky enough to do so, then I will definitely book it through Angela and Virikson again. They are not professionals, that's for sure. I am still thinking how they have four to five star ratings. I booked my trip to Barcelona and Tennrife including transfers. when we got to the Barcelona airport transfer company dropped us to wrong hotel because they didn't provide correct details of hotel to the transfer company. Transfer company Taxi dropped us and run away. When we talked to Hotel, they said you are in wrong hotel branch and your booking is in other hotel brance. I was tired, kids were tired with 5 suitcases. We arranged taxi again and paid money, they promised that they will refund the money but no response as it has been more than 2 weeks now, not only to that when we completed our holidays, transfer company didn't pick us up from the hotel so again we have to arrange taxi and never got refund. there are lot of other issues like they won't give you any information on luggage, delays on issuing your tickets, boarding passes, they will never help you Covid related guidliness, absolutely terrible experience. I would never recommend them for any holidays in future.

Recently, booked our honeymoon with Virikson Holidays to Dubai and Maldives for 9 nights. I must say the customer service was amazing and the package price was also very good. Jason has been extremely helpful and responded immediately to all my calls and messages. I was always provided with quick response. Jason helped me with booking everything from flights, accommodations and to transfers. Unfortunately for our personal reason we had to rearrange part of our trip and Jason dealt with it so professionally and without any hassle. He issued us new tickets so we could continue our trip. I don’t normally write reviews but the experience was amazing and persuaded me to leave a review. Once we reached our destination everything was organised and there were no issues. The hotel was amazing. Everything went exactly as Jason told me and there were no problems. Jason thank you so much for organising everything so professionally. I would definitely recommend Virkison holidays and would book again without a second thought.

So booked our dream holiday for August 2020 (for our honeymoon) back in 2019 and thought amazing deal and very communicative. When COVID hit we were offered to move our holiday to August 2021. When it came to paying the balance we asked multiple times over a 6 week period with the same response "let us check with accounts". We were then told due to the fuel crisis (which happened after my multiple attempts to pay balance) we were required to pay an additional £1200 each. When told nope not good enough told we would have a full refund within 14 working days. Fast forward 7 working days had £2700 of our £3820 back. Messaged to query and was told was in 2 chunks and would have remainder within the remaining 7 working days.... was then told it had been processed and would be in account within 2-3 days.... 4 days later (3 days over the original 14 working days) STILL WAITING meaning we have been unable to rebook a different deal and nobody responding to messages.

AVOID THIS COMPANY! My husband and I booked our honeymoon with Virikson, paid 50% upfront of 2 grand and the day before they cancelled our holiday. Not only were we left to find another destination by ourself during Christmas period where all winter sun destinations are overly priced, but it also put a huge stress on us during our wedding and ruined our big day. We have still not received a refund even though they have continuously promised us it will ‘be in our account in 7 days’. It has been 4 months and still no refund, we have been going round in circles contacting them, receiving the same reply and no action. We are now seeking legal action against them as they are avoiding all our messages. The owner himself on call admitted to us that his service is horrendous and even he wouldn’t book a holiday with Virikson - that should tell you all you need to know about this cowboy company!

Been promised a re fund after holiday was cancelled due to Maldives being on red list !! Keep being promised a refund after 14 days then 4 days then 5 days and still nothing totally fobbed off !! Was pushed in to booked on the understanding that I’d get a full refund if holiday didn’t go ahead !! Was pushed into writing good reviews right after booking as most reviews are !! I would have re booked holiday for next year but I’d never ever use this company!! Please be warned !! Tui cancelled a holiday and refunded within minutes!! Very very un professional will be seeking legal advice today completely lied too money not back in my bank today !! I work in re tail and it DOES not take this long to refund I guess I’m going to have to try and claim money back from my bank !! This was my honeymoon I wanted my money back to pay for another honeymoon!! I will be taking this higher

Quite possibly the worst experience booking a holiday - if resolved I will update this post ! Problems booking the holiday from the start - booked a group holiday - half the group had to cancel because flights were not secure and were told they needed to pay an additional £2k to go on holiday Our e tickets never arrived - when chased - different dates! Told BA. had consolidated flights New e-tickets have wrong names on them - still awaiting correction Hotel voucher has the wrong dates on it - after multiple emails and phone calls over a period of 5 months we are now 25 days prior to departure No e tickets - no hôtel voucher We are praying everything works out but seriously concerned - now seeking legal advice AVOID !!!!!! Should we miraculously have a resolve I will update post but the whole experience has caused so much undue stress and upset!!

Dreadful holiday experience, near death situation. We booked our hotel (Kenzi Club Medina) with the group and all was confirmed until we arrived in Morocco on the 4.8.19 and were advised that our hotel reservation was cancelled on the 01.8.19. No prior notice and no reasons were given. We contacted Virikson Morocco, Sean (Manager) who advised us to make a new booking at the hotel and we ended up paying extortionate price on the day. Apparently we are due for the refund as promised over the phone and via email in the next 21 days. Credit card interest plus overseas transaction charges to add to it. However the staffs @Virikson are simply amazing and showed genuine concern to our cause. Fingers crossed and hope to see our money soon. Real advise before you travel email the hotel and check to confirm your bookings. Book at your own risk.

I made an enquiry for this holiday via the chat facility and communicated with Jason Lynn. Jason was very helpful and told me about all the options available to me. I was searching for a hotel with a heated pool as i'm going in April and want to make sure we can make full use of the pool. Jason told me about the Eden Andalou Aquapark & Spa which matched my criteria. When I wanted to move from the chat facility to the phone Jason called me quickly and was very helpful and answered all of my questions. When i agreed to book the holiday Jason talked me through the booking process and called me at each stage to give me an update. In summary Jason Lynn was very professional in his approach and I would recommend using Jason to discuss your holiday needs. The holiday is booked for April 2019 so hopefully it will be as enjoyable.

Booked holidays for 9 people last year for 1st April 2020 . David was constantly pushing for best review and we did give him that only to find out he will never respond to our calls , pushed me into sign up for refund of flights in March and agreed to pay back only flight money but never got back to us . Very upsetting that this company has taken £4050 and not a penny is returned back and no response whatsoever for any of our calls neither emails . We will be taking legal action now. David’s manager took a call once just to say we have many people to deal currently and will get back to me soon but that was months ago . I have messaged on the number given to us and made various calls and emails but no response . I would advise not to book anything with this company without making sure your money is safe in times like this.

Please do not book with this company, save yourself time, money and anguish. They’re more than happy to take your money, make promises and never return your calls. They made changes to our booking without discussing beforehand, so check and check again! We are currently awaiting a refund of nearly 3k, despite assurances we are still waiting on a refund which was promised initially within 12-14 days, then 28 days and we’re still waiting after over a month. I just read reviews on trustpilot and some customers had to wait for 2 years before they received their refund! We’ve been travelling for nearly >20 years, and we’ve never had an issue with any travel agent until now. Question to Viriksonholiday - how would you feel if your money was taken dishonesty? I urge anyone not to deal with this company.

booked a holiday in Jan 22. did all that was asked of me regarding payments contact etc. found out 17 December 6 weeks before we were due to fly, after spending most of the week ringing them with no luck because the people involved never returned our calls, that they hadn't booked flights and that it was increase by 26%. cancelled holiday and am waiting for the full refund after 14 days promised by them that was due yesterday. my wife was contacted today after i said i was starting legal proceedings. they wanted my contact number, she told them to email me but that hasn't happened. i have contacted my solicitor today. i can't give zero stars. if you use these there is a good chance they will do this to you. they have absolutely ruined our holiday

I would like to inform everyone that, its not what they say you get, I booked a package with transfers and never got a transfer when I landed or flew back. I was with my family and a baby, I was so upset, we stayed at the airport nearly 1 hour after getting out of the airport. Checked every person picking up other passengers but we couldn't find our name with any one. Same whilst coming back no one turned up to pick us up.. Yes they do have all fake English names. David, Darren and others. If you are booking with them I would say just get hotels or tickets separate as they overcharged me for the room upgrade and the the receptionist at the hotel said the upgrade was for free. Plus confirm your stay direct with hotels and airline.

I recently returned from my holiday in Las Vegas and Cancun with my family. We were very pleased with our experience with Virikson Holidays. The whole process of booking was easy, and the customer service team was helpful and responsive whenever we had any questions. The trip itself was amazing. The scenery was breathtaking, the weather was perfect, and the hotels we stayed in were top-notch. We especially enjoyed the variety of activities we could participate in during our stay. From thrill rides to casino gaming, there was something for everyone to enjoy. Overall, I highly recommend Virikson Holidays to anyone looking for a hassle-free holiday experience. Thanks again for a great trip!

Not a company I would recommend. Our trip to the maldives was advertised with an upgrade of free seaplane transfers. It was only when we landed in Male we realised this was not intact the case. We read through the holiday itinerary and they had put us onto speedboat transfers. We had to wait 5 hours on Male for a domestic flight to the speedboat terminal. We quizzed them once we arrived and they claimed it was a typo. However they still advertise sea plane transfers. We quizzed them about that and they then claimed it was the dates we travelled on the seaplane wasn't included. What a lot of garbage. Miss selling holidays should have this lot shut down.

I was skeptical to book online at first but when Wilson Brown replied and followed up and gave me options, i started trusting this guy! He prepared everything for me and has been so patient with me during booking period. I think the price of the whole holiday was reasonable. We were picked and dropped off from all points and our guides had been so wonderful. Our first Moroccan experience was one of a kind and surely it will be repeated. I want to share that experience and experience some more by going back and i would love to bring my grown up children with me. I know there are lots more to see and do. AN ABSOLUTE SCAM!! Been dealing with them for 2/3 weeks now and still no holiday booked! Every time I find prices cheaper than they are quoting me for the exact same package, they somehow have additional cost of £300 on the invoice. When I quietly what the additional cost is, they claim to not know. Taken my money saying it’s a deposit to “secure the deal” and is fully refundable, however now I can’t be refunded MY MONEY when there is no secured package or anything for me. Can never get hold of a manager and every person says they’ll call back in the morning and guess what, NO PHONE CALL BACK! Wilson, Sean and Barry, SCAMMERS THE LOT OF THEM!!!

Booked to go to Maldives in October 2021. Towards the end of May, I was contacted by Darren stating they had not secured the hotel booking and would need an additional £2000 if we wanted what we booked. After weeks of asking them to tell me how I was liable for paying for their error, they are not accepting calls, not responding to emails. I have since spoken with DAVID, DARREN AND JACOB, none of which can answer any questions and just keep saying I need to pay extra. Please do not book with this company! Absolute scammers!!! Awaiting refund which from other reviews, looks like I’m up for another couple of weeks fighting! **AVOID AVOID AVOID**

Jason was very helpful and did everything to make sure we had a good trip. We travelled to morrocco first leg Agadir and then second in Marrakech in October 2019. The only issue was with transfer from Agadir to labranda amadil but one phone call to Jason via WhatsApp and 20 mins later the taxi driver came hurling into airport car park. Will use them from now on also saved around 40% from usual online price was very sceptical as how is this that even possible. Jason even left a message for the hotel to look after us and we got a pool view. His customer service is second to none. Don't forget to email me details for my next trip.

The worst company I have ever dealt with lies from the start . Was told all baggage uo to 23kg was fine on ba no it wasn't our cases were 13 .5 and 12 .8 we had to pay 60 pounds each will need to do the same on the way home.i paid up front fir an extra 23 kg on the flight home thinking I had my allowance of 23 then an extra 23 but no it will cost me 120 from New york to London .got the tickets in thay haddent added it plus all the hassle getting all the holiday sorted its a disaster never will I use them again .I will be vontacting the relationship peaplecwhen I getvhome plus but this outvon all sites

I can't possibly rate this company but i had to give 1 so can post. I don't no how they survive. They are full of promises and lies. I had book a group booking to Thailand and was supposed to go 16 months ago but due to covid it was cancelled After lots of phone calls we got flight money back but we are still waiting for rest of money. We are phoning 2-3 times a week but cannot get hold of Jacob or Jason and if we do they promise to pay within 7 day. If you are reading this Virikson can you get intouch so we can solve this matter. 16 months holding back our money is not exceptable

We came back from holiday Morocco Agadir.Very successful holiday.Spacious hotel, helpful and friendly staff.Everything was as we were told.5 stars for Jordan ' We bought holiday to Morocco using the offer from Jordan Boyle. Hi is a professional and kind person. He found a good offer for us, telling us everything very carefully and clearly. He was with us all the time in touch and answered our questions. Thieves, liars and Cheats..DO NOT BOOK WITH THESE SCUMBAGS. I never leave reviews and this one makes me sad.. if you want a happy, trouble free holiday go to a reputable Travel Agent who will sell you a holiday at the price you were quoted, without any " unforeseeable" add ons, who.will answer your calls and give you honest answers... unfortunately Virikson Travel cannot do this ... I'm afraid the word SCAM jumps to mind. Please do.yohr research before you allow these cowboys access to your hard earned money.

Paid a deposit to secure a price and flights. Get a call several days later asking me to pay double. Amended the dates and was then not given the amount of deposit to pay. After several attempts at asking how much the deposit is I was told to pay a balance I couldn't. Was then told I would receive a refund. Again had to query this several times 2 to 3 weeks later only to be told I couldn't be refunded. Amateurs. Very quick to take your money but absolutely terrible at refunding a 'fully refundable deposit'

Kevin has been sooo good in catering to my needs with my family of 16. I can’t believe how patient he was as I had so many requirements and a tight budget . His attitude and response was amazing and calm . He dealt with all my problems that came up in a good manner and I was happy that I could do all this via just a telephone conversation. I would definatly be going back to Kevin for any future holidays !!definatly recommend everyone speaks to kevin for booking holidays. Five stars all the way !!!

One Of the worst travel agencies I've had the displeasure of using. They cancelled my holiday 2 days before I was due to fly out this was in December 2022 and I still not have received my refund for that holiday and we are currently in February. I am absolutely disgusted with the way I have been treated and I'm still waiting for my refund. DO NOT USE. I have chased them up around 15 times since not receiving my refund and they just keep sending me around the bend. Disgusting service.

Kevin Smith from Virikson Holidays dealt with my booking amazingly and was extremely patient when dealing with all of my queries. From helping me find the best deal, to providing me with further information about Marrakech (my holiday destination), Kevin went out of his way and was a delight to book with. I would highly recommend booking your holiday with them; especially Kevin.

Jason rescued our holiday, I had paid deposit for a holiday in August for Thailand but because of covid we had to cancel the trip so Jason was the man he made sure our holiday was changed to April to another destination of our choice with good price and discounts. My partner and I used Virikson to book a holiday to Esaouira,Morocco. Our customer service advisor, Kevin went above and beyond searching over several days to find a 7-day trip that met all our rather picky requirements. Kevin was incredibly helpful and was prompt sending us all our documentation, flight details and transfer contact. We had a lovely time and Kevin checked in with us on our return to review our experience. I would definitely use them again.

I had an excellent experience booking with Virikson morocco holidays , my adviser Jason Jackson who sorted out everything for me, from booking flights, accommodations and pick and drop services from the airport to the hotel was an amazing experience. I ll be going in September however after paying the holidays amount I received all the travel documents in my inbox upon paying. I will definitely book again if when travelling everything goes smoothly well.

Shame used them few times but this time everything went wrong. Booked a holiday to Istanbul my goodness terribly disappointed. Many times explained I m going with family of 10. 5 of them young kids need connection rooms but surprisingly given 5 rooms 5 different floor.... Food horrible breakfast just even worse Service of the hotel terrible rude. Called to them asking for help as hotel was no helpful with us but no help at all Avoid at all cost....

AVOID AVOID AVOID Family members booked with these clowns to go to Cancum and on to Vegas. Nothing but stress, constantly having to contact them about no tickets, no transfers, conecting flights not connecting. The company then said they couldn't get them the holiday they had requested and offered an alternative that was unacceptable, nearly a year later still no refund and not responding to calls or emails £7k lost. Really bad experience for my mate who is trying to get his money back for the last few months. Initially he was supposed to go Egypt with this company. One day before he gets informed that the Egypt holiday package is not going ahead due to no flights available. Company looked for alternative holiday but did not manage to secure anything in time. Did you book a holiday with Virikson that was affected by Covid? In 2020 a charity booked for 44 OAPs to go to Morocco (some subsequently passed away) and they are still being fobbed off by Virikson over 2years later whom are holdimg over £4,800 of these pensioners monies. I am now instigatong legal proceedings on behalf of the group and hoping ATOL enforcement will also step in.
