I chose Virtuoso Legal as they wrote a very relevant article that covered Intellectual Property Law issues that I was facing. I would recommend them 100% if you are facing infringement issues on Amazon or in business in general as they have done a very thorough and successful research and work product. I found their communications and explanations very down to earth and friendly to a lay person like myself that doesn't specialize in IP and Patent law, they were straight to the point. They dealt with my issues in a very quick and swift manner and they followed up proactively on their own initiative all the way to a successful resolution of my issues. I know where to go now if any IP or Patent issues arise in the future, as this is becoming a centrepiece of doing business in online marketplaces. It is very easy these days to get accused and suspended because of "suspected" or “fake” IP infringements etc and the marketplaces place the burden on you, the vendor. To show that you haven't done anything wrong, you as the vendor are presumed guilty from the get go and suspended from Amazon marketplaces. Virtuoso Legal not only has has cleared me of all accusations and caused reinstatement of my EU accounts , they even got me an apology from Amazon! I am so lucky to have found them! I would like to update this review and mention that I referred them to other colleagues in similar circumstances and results were great again. Well done!

Do not be fooled by their Marketing Claims on their website. This company do NOT have your interest at heart, They will choose the longest route to drain your money and fail you in return.NOT RECOMMENDED. When you complain your met with sarcasm and unprofessional comments from the principle Liz Ward. Shocking! They charge you for works not approved on. This company has been negligent. They claim that they are the best. Yet in my case they failed to identify the basics of IPO regarding differences in the designs, They dont communicate and discuss your matters with you. They go and do what they think and then charge you without approving it.
