We signed a roof repair contract with Frank from Visible Improvements for the amount of R95 000.00 in 2012 After the first rain storm the roof was leaking again. After numerous attempts via emails and phone calls no one came to assist despite a 10 year guarantee from them due to defective workmanship. 3 years later we managed to get another employee (Clifford) who was unfamiliar with the job to do a quotation on repairing the roof. He advised that the level of the roof was not correct and needs to be repaired. When we told him that it was his company that did the original repairs less than 3 years ago, he agreed to send out his guys to fix the roof as it was still under the 10 year guarantee. This never materialized after he had spoken to Frank and then suddenly changed his story that he never said they will repair the roof and that there was hail damage (which there is not, photos to prove) Photos taken of our roof also show other companies signage used to repair the roof. We were also charged for bigger gutters but the outlet hole is smaller than the actual gutter. No proper sealant was used, instead normal silicone was used which has already come off. Do not use this company as you will be ripped off and have no luck of them repairing their defective and faulty workmanship.

I would like to say thanks to Cliff and his dad and their awesome crew for the work they did to fix my leaking roof nightmare. After our huge storm season this summer in Gauteng my roof decided to leak in several spots, causing me to lose sleep and to get an ulcer on a regular basis when I heard approaching thunder or when the rains came. Not only did Cliff drive all the way from Randburg to Centurion but came to assist over one of his busy weekends as it was a sort of an emergency with water all over the floors of my at home Martial Arts Studio, but they took it upon themselves to fix some other leaking issues on my patio area that has been there for years, at virtually no extra cost to me. Thanks again for going above and beyond the call of duty, I will highly recommend these guys, honest, hardworking and experts at what they do, I can now look forward to sleeping with the sounds of rain and not sit up to go and mop floors. During a violent storm last night, water was pouring down from my bedroom ceiling from 12am - 2am. Today I called Visible Roofing to give a quote for what I thought was my roof leaking through the tiles. They fitted me into what was clearly a busy day for them. When Clifford inspected my roof, he discovered the real problem was that my gutters were blocked and the water was filling up and leaking back into the roof and through my ceiling! He spent 15 min pulling out a lot of gunk from the gutters, immediately freeing the trapped water. All while saying it's at no charge since there's no real leak in the roof!! Amazing to find a contractor that didn't take advantage of the situation and fleece me. He offered a solution and cleaned my very dirty gutters at no charge! I will definitely recommend/use them in future. A pleasant guy too. Not easy to find such a company in this day and age.

I just want to say thank you for giving me the opportunity to get to know you I really appreciate the great service and repairs done on my roof, I have had a complicated repair that was required and had multiple companies try to resolve the issue with no success. From the beginning right through to the completion I was interacted with and taken care of with great service. I have complete faith in the workmanship especially after the repairs were done and it rained and to my astonishment no leaks, truly greatful to your company and for resolving the issue I have had for so long. I definitely hold your company in high regard and will refer you to anyone I know who is having difficulty getting their necessary roof repair done correctly.

We asked Visible Improvements to come up with a roof design that would allow us to have exposed trusses in our new open plan living area. The existing roof was removed, walls built up to a common height and a roof structure designed that allowed for what amounted to dummy trusses within each of the main trusses. This had to be designed manually. The truss members were thickened by additional wood to give the correct feel. We found that Frank and his team were able to understand the requirements, come up with the necessary design and installed the complete roof and insulation. We are delighted with the final result and would certainly recommend Visible Improvements.

The most useless roof repair company I have ever worked with. It took me almost 4 moths of calling to actually come out and do the repairs I already paid for on top of the continuing water damage i was getting. When they finally came to repair my roof after suggesting they refund me the monies, they wanted to repair my roof with second hand repaired material. I refused as I had paid for new ones. It took them over 7 hours just to replace less than 10m of ceiling. They never repaired or sealed my roof back up again and is still leaking. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Their warranty is completely a lie and useless.

Clifford assisted me with a quotation to do part of our roof. I actually only wanted to fix a few broken tiles but Clifford, with his expert eye, saw there was more than just tile problems. As they replaced my beams he showed me that where the old beams were, only rotted pieces of wood was left (I had no idea). They did a great job fixing part of our roof! His team was also very friendly and great with our puppies that were running around them while they worked. Definitely will use them again

I would highly recommend the team from Visible Improvements. Tim made the process of replacing our roof with a metal roof and getting new gutters installed so easy. Tim is very knowledgeable and answered all the questions we had about the metal roof. Visible Improvements should not be allowed near your home. Frank Moyles insisted on a 60% deposit before commencement. Worked 13 hours caused more damage to my roof. He cancelled the contract without notice and refuses to refund my deposit despite him undertaking to do so. There are other clients who also complained about this company. I had to get another contractor to repair the leaks caused by Visible Improvents as well as complete the work. They are rude and work is very messy.

It has been 4 years that we are still waiting for Cliff or Frank to repair the roof that we paid R95K for. So I take it they lied about the 10 year guarantee that they claim. I got them to install 120mm gutters and the whole that go into the gutters are 50mm. When I called them over 20 times the end up blamin the hail an that is why our roof is leaking, The are Scammers an take your money and run. BEWARE OF THEM UNCHOF SCAMMERS!!!!!!!!!!

Contacted Bernadette, for a quote on fixing my old corrugated roof -(1970's) needed major repair. The quote was the most comprehensive and thoughtful (had a number). The team was excellent and considered am really impressed with how they all went above and beyond in pulling all the rotten purlins and fixing the roof! Thank you Bernadette, Thami and team.

Paid over R50k, they couldn't fix the roof even after trying 9 times. Were extremely rude. Did not honor the guarantee. Blocked my calls and ignored my emails. Had to pay another company to fix my roof for less than what i paid Visible Improvement and had no problems ever since. I'm not the first and i doubt i'll be the last to be scammed by them.

I made a call on a Saturday and within an hour Ryan was here - resolved the issues very quickly - Frank and his team are capable and responsive I then had another issue at another building - same thing - response was very quick and problem resolved. Tim was great, he came and gave good feedback and insights on the initial site visit, and received my quote the same day. Absolutely the worst people to deal with in the industry. They don't pay sub-contractors and their accreditation on their web site is all outdated and invalid. Please avoid this company if you don't want to be ripped off. We are currently in a legal dispute with them.

Yesterday afternoon I booked an appointment for this morning. I cancel all meetings and took the morning off work. Despite it being less than 24 hours later, they cancelled 15 minutes AFTER the scheduled appointment time. Ridiculous..no respect for customers time.
