It was very complicated because both the Canadian Law and International Law were involved. My lawyer Nikki A. Evans had to work with more than 400 sheets of evidence. She had to go to court with a big wheel suitcase full of my documents. Before her, the case was conducted by three other lawyers who either made a lot of errors or did nothing and only wasted precious time. After those three lawyers’ failed work, Nikki A. Evans actually had to start my case from scratch when I first approached her in 2019. I am happy that I have found her. She is a very intelligent and competent lawyer, a professional of the highest degree, capable of solving the most difficult legal problems in the interests of her client. She is a very sweet, kind, and friendly person with whom it is such a pleasure to communicate. My lawyer was always in touch, quickly and competently answered all my emails and questions, and spoke flawlessly at court hearings. At one of the hearings, the judge highlighted the excellent work of my lawyer and her boss, which is the best evaluation. Thanks to my own account on the company's website, I could see all my case documents. At the same time, I always knew precisely for what specific work I was paying; I received detailed reports along with each invoice from my lawyer. The work is really well done. My lawyer won the case in court with the best result for me and my children. The court transferred my ex-husband's real estate ownership under my name to pay off his debt to me and my children. I am very happy and endlessly grateful to my lawyer Nikki and her boss Lillian for the work done. I consider the company Visionary Low to be the best choice for any family law issue.

Started off great. My partner and I felt confident with the lawyers, but then we started to not hear back from anyone and felt like we had no idea what was happening. My partner and I were paying about $1000 a week for the services and even though the lawyers were responsible and friendly it quickly became more about the money then our actual concerns. A few times we received calls saying that our file was not being worked on due to outstanding payments and we were not able to address any of our issues until fees were payed. They would lock us out of our messaging account so we could not access any important documents or information. At the end of a hearing a court order was supposed to be drafted and completed and the lawyers refused to do this until more payments were given, we payed but nothing happened, we payed but nothing happened for months... It is actually law that a lawyer complete a court order after a hearing regardless of payment... and even though we payed they still wanted more and refused to complete their legal duties no matter what we did. Our case had nothing to do about the wellbeing of a child and everything to do with how much income they could make off us. We have a extremely urgent matter and when we switched lawyers our files were withheld becuase of the fees. We finally were able to get them after our new lawyer worked hard for weeks pressing them for the files but it was getting absolutely absurd with the costs. I was very disappointed with the lack of professionalism with visionary.

I used Lillian to help me through my divorce proceedings. Actually she was the second Attorney I had hired, as I went to a well known, top, high end lawyer divorce attorney, located in the big buildings downtown, which was a disaster. He was basically no help, and treated me like a second class citizen, settling nothing and just billing me outrageous amounts totaling $80,000. A friend of mine and myself started to research attorneys and we interviewed a few and this is when I met Lillian and knew she was all business, yet cared about my personal situation. Going through this time is hard enough, and no one gets all they think they are intiltled too, not even close. Using an attorney is not a cheap process for anything, and if your ex is impossible to deal with, I suggest you use Lillian, as she is not afraid to state the truth and get the job done. She will not back down from any high end law firm, yet still is very empathetic to your individual situation. Lillian was 1/4 of what I paid my first attorney who solved nothing, and she has your back in this horrific time.

No one intends to be separated or in the middle of a custody dispute. It's a difficult and emotional time, but I'm glad that I found Sara to ease me through it. They seemed to be nice, booked an appointment for me on Aug 25th. But almost two weeks later and 24 h before my appointment, they have sent an email saying things about "conflict of interest". They even did not bother to call, just an email. When I have called and demanded the answer how is it possible that this interest of conflict became known after two weeks of me waiting and only 24 hours before my appointment (when I already took time off work, by the way), they started talking about "oh I can't tell you, the law society" etc. You highly value your time, but what about the time of others? I could have found another lawyer within this 2 week period. The conflict of interest should be disclosed before the appointment, and not when the client is about to meet their lawyer after two weeks of waiting. Not sure that it would be even published. Very disappointed.
