I have a hard time believing the legitimacy of the positive reviews in the short time dealing with Jacob he has been nothing but rude and inappropriate .. I asked him kindly if we could reschedule the house inspection as it was my birthday and I had only just seen his email his response was “ put your big boy pants on “ and when later contacted him about urgent maintenance need to the property as it was unsafe he became argumentative and insulting in response I said then I would come down in person to discuss the issues he then hung up on me and sent me text message saying not to threaten him I would not recommend renting through visser estate agent and if you value your property I wouldn’t put want them to be “ Responsible” for managing my property I feel genuinely bad for the owner of the property as it is literally falling apart .. I have now left due to it being unsafe to live from lack of maintenance and mismanagement

I've partnered with Jacob as both a landlord and a seller. In both instances he was honest and open, provided good advice and assisted the decision making process. On the rental properties, he continues to seek out the best calibre of tenants to ensure everything runs smoothly. When we sold through Jacob, we selected him over 2 other agents because he was the only agent who was willing to take the time to find the right buyer, rather than just trying to get a quick sale.
