This is by far the worst customer service ever! I took in a jumpsuit to have it repaired as it had minor rip, them week after picking up it ripped again as I try to wear it meaning never repaired properly! I dropped it back off never received a call that it was ready. I called and no one answered until after 15th time I called back in one day no one answered phone. Then I spoke to lady who stated she did not remember me dropping off anything and she doesn’t have it and I was able to bring it in! I informed her that I had already dropped off to her she was supposed to fix it again, when asked to speak with manager she disconnected the call! Worst service ever and she had the audacity to say I did not Call more then 5 times, I told her I can show her my phone the audacity that she had to call me a liar and tell me she basically lost my clothes!

Lost 10 of my shirts one time and 6 shirts another time. Owner was not helpful whatsoever and even had the audacity to blame me for her losing my shirts. Had to rent a car to drive to the service they outsource their cleaning to to track down my shirts. I'll add to that they destroy buttons on button down shirts with their press and do not replace them unless you ask.

Stains never taken out fully, small tears from friction/rubbing on pants. One time I brought in 3 shirts and 2 pants and had to return 3 times for the last pair of pants. She told me someone else had them. Apparently some guy comes and picks pants up. Weird. Will never go again even though it's the only cleaners close to me.

I have been going here since I moved to Chicago a little over 2 years ago. I absolutely love this place. The woman who runs it is very friendly and professional and the dry cleaning is always on time and looks great. I would highly recommend this dry cleaner if you live in the area, or even if you don't!

I have had nothing but good experiences for 2+ years with my dry cleaning/ alterations at Viva. Flower is wonderful to chat with, and it is always a pleasure to see her! Although I had recently moved a few neighboods away, I still return to Viva for the service and to check up on Flower.

I've been going here for 2+ years and I have never had an issue. The service is great, the prices are right and the clothes always turn out as expected - Clean and pressed perfectly! If you live in the area, this is the best place to go and get your laundry or dry cleaning done.

I went to Flower for years. The service was always very good. Then, my Burberry trench coat came back damaged. She did not own up to the problem. It looks awful and I am so upset.
