Worst Post office in Hyderabad,They are cheating in the Name of Govt Post office,I have Called them multiple times today but wantedly they have kept their phone on busy tone so that they can be free from work...They are not ready serve customers actually..I think it should be escalated to Post office Higher authorities

I went Thursday 31-oct-2019 at 2.40 pm. The Lady in the counter told, we operate from 9 am to 2 pm only. I went today ( 02- Nov-2019, Saturday) at 12:45 pm. The counter is closed. The same lady told. We are closed now. They work till 1 pm only it seems. But God knows why she closed the counter 15 minutes early.

Service rendered by this PO seems good {on few attributes}/on par on the rest with other POs. Particularly helpful was the assistance provided by Post Master who patiently explained all the suitable schemes {per my requirement which gave good insights that Indian PO offers} and clarified a lot of things

A very good office . I am very well satisfied with the behaviour as well as service by all the women in this office. As a women I am very much happy to see a , all woman postoffice as this eradicates many stereotypes. I heartily thank all the women in this office for their wonderful service .

Never do upi payment with scanner . Staff say they didn't receive payment and ask for payment again saying that we'llget our payment back. We will be at loss. Who goes to postoffice again for 60-70 rupees ? Better to keep sufficient change while dealing with lazy govt employees.

This is a women post office totally manned by women. Parking area is available for limited number of vehicles. Wheel chair entry is not there. A temporary aadhaar centre is functioning here. This post office is not at much distance from national highway.

All women branch. Staff is friendly, but the problem is with the computers. Looks like a typical government office with all files stacked and littered. I think government has to think of maintaining some decent degree of cleanliness and ambiance.

Most irresponsible post office I've seen in my life so far and I've lived in 5 states mind you. They just throw away your parcel and send the SMS saying the post is delivered.
