The worst airline ever, they just sold my seat to another person even when I registered on the gate, and they took me off of the plane, I will never book with them again. For real the worst airline. Mario was the best! I feel like he is the only one he really helped me. I had trouble with my reservation code and he just made me feel relieved. Even when my husband got a little stressed he continued to be real nice and helpful! Thank you Mario.
