We had a major roof leak in our house over a weekend and Richard from WP roofing made sure he was there on the Monday to fix the problem. He even send his guys back the next day because he was not 100% happy with the work (where do people of today do that??). He helped us with a report for the insurance without any hassles. I cant remember when last we had such awesome service from a company. Highly recommend!! them.

Never came to finish the job. Seems to be overcommited. Used sub par subcontractors to do the work. Torch on coming loose from walls after a few months. Does not answer the phone or call back even after leaving messages. Makes appointments and does not pitch. Get more recent references before considering them, they used to be good, or insist on their team and not subcontractors to do the work.

Initially WP Roofing were very prompt, but after the initial visit / quotation things slowed down and when the team arrived, they weren't able to complete any of the work and promised someone would call me and explain next steps etc. That was over a month ago and still no feedback. Guess my job is too small, so on to the next company for me.

Very helpful, amazing communication skills, Lenmar Malan returned my call and wanted to start immediately but I was working, so he made arrangements and came out, after looking at my roof he took pics and came back in 2 days and fixed it while I'm at work, highly recommended, appreciate your effort guys, keep it up!!!

Such a pleasure dealing with a company that’s clearly got their house in order. From quote to completed, everything happened on time and extremely well communicated by the owner (Richard) who’s clearly in charge of this ship and proud to say so. Thank you WP roofing, our roof looks amazing!!
