Very bad experience! It's a money making business and not a health care facility. 1. Admitted my family member around 11am there. Within 8-9hours they asked us to buy box of 100 surgical gloves 2 times even when my patient didn't go through any surgery. 2. Same night they told us they are taking our patient to ICU not because of any complication but because they don't have any spare private room. Later they charged us for ICU. 3. Went to visit my patient next day at 5am in ICU, saw both the nurses sleeping very profoundly. 5. Waited 40mins in the pharmacy because they didn't have any basket to put the medicines. 4. Told them to discharge my patient by 10am because her health kept on deterioting there. They discharged around 6pm. 5.. They charged me over Rs.15,000 within 24hours for medicines and surgical items. Initially charged for ICU for 2days ( it was not more than 12hrs approx that they kept my patient in icu). Also they denied that their staff told us they won't be charging us for ICU because of lack of private beds. This hospital is filled with highly unprofessional and lazy staffs and doctors.

Adding my response after reply from hospital: pls improve your quality of services. Pharmacy is a big issue, money mind set is another one. Hygiene is a issue at some places. Stop checking patient pocket before admitting them. Your systems are not synchronised, most of things are manual from lab reports point of view and there could be mistakes due to that. When I said goverment hospital that means it's messy private hospital which is charging alot. Some observations - first there is 4.4 Google rating which is fake. It should be zero. it's govt hospital with big bills. If you get admitted then they try to fetch money as much as possible, unnecessary puting patients in ICU, lab reports are not reliable, nursing staff is not trained, they don't know how to help patients. Doctors are freshers and not well experienced in emergency. Hygiene is worse. The funny thing is that when you write a true review they reply to share contact which they never contact because they know they are pathetic. If your patient need admission then never go here. OPD may be ok for mild issues.

Hello everyone I'm Shreyansh, recently I met with an accident in which few of my nerves in the spine stopped working which affected my thumb, like pehle to there was constant pain in thumb and it was not working then I visited Wellsun medicity hospital for physiotherapy. Dr. Maaz Meraj took the charge of mine and he did his best whose results were visible from day 1, and now it is about to pass 2 weeks of treatment aur ab my thumb is working excellent like earlier it was, as normal as I was using it before, I'm really happy with the treatment and very thankful to Dr. Maaz Sir who acted as God for me, and my toes were injured around 2 or 3 years back after which my toes were frozen like piece of ice, no movement at all, 2 days back I told this to doctor and at the same he started the treatment for toes also and now they are working, yeah not completely just 2 days had passed but the result is visible and soon I'm sure it will work as normal as it was 2 years back. Worst and fraud hospital .. don’t go there …lost my blood sample . When I went to collect report next day , firstly they tried to find out sample half an hour then asked for resample . I denied and asked for refund then within two minutes after lot of murmuring among them they told me that you report is getting ready . Now the question is now report can be ready if resampling required . And after all this when I talked to their admin incharge he was not ready to listen .. They tried to give me fake report .

I have taken my patient to wellsun in Emergency as my patient was referred from 3 hospital, so I just came to Wellsun ,after examination and initial treatment my patient was shifted to ICU , where my got stayed for 6days , recovered well and I am fully satisfied and I like the Nursing care which my patient got. Worst experience ever. At my opinion it's is the worst hospital in uttar pradesh. No care for patients. Only needed money as business. Slowest work from staff and team even registered doctor is unavailable even they recieve call from hospital even then they come late. And charge 2000 per visit even they didn't come to see patients and they charge 2000 per doctor visit. I specifically recognise that never visited this hospital in future

A very well behaved over all staff, providing complete care also this hospital provided quick services and response. They are money making people. I went there as a patient but they saw me as their customer. Within4 hour they give me balance sheet of approx 5 k. And their prescribed medicine was not at all useful for me. Apart from that they will ask you lots of personal questions so they can charge you accordingly. So be cautious and give them details only about your health.

Don't know what he did that right 2 days after surgery father got a heart attack and condition started to decline ever since.
