They open long hours which is actually really good in the weekends.I recommend to send your letters before 13:30 pm on Saturdays if you want that ut arrives on Monday. After this hour your letters will be sent on Monday and will arrive to tour destination in one two days.

The staff is not helpful but the iwako erasers and stuff are just right. The books are always not in stock and the post office has one person working! My Gosh , could they just have two working in the post office ? At least the shop itself is beautifly nice

Popped in to buy some more lever arch files. The layout is well organised and I was able to find what I was looking for right away. Although I had to go upstairs l because there wasn't enough stock downstairs, I enjoyed the service. Quick and fuss free.

Very nice gentleman on the till who could not have been more helpful. I needed assistance regarding magazines and asked questions about ordering etc. He could not have been kinder. Will definitely be using this branch of WHSmith. Many thanks.

Really disappointing experience. I popped in to buy some wrapping paper and other items. I was struggling to carry everything. The shop assistants seemed to view me as an inconvenience and insisted I use the self service station even though

Went to post office, appaulingly long queue with staff at the foreign exchange counter chit chatting and the normal counter had one person. Surely staff within the post office can carry out all tasks instead of sitting there doing nothing!!!

Unhelpful staff!!! I went this morning to purchase a gift card, WH Smith was empty and staff member stacking magazines next to the till looking bored. I asked if she can serve me but she refused arguing that i need to use self service. for

Get all your stationary needs but I have to admit I am not a huge fan of Smith's. Not sure why but I order most of my kids stuff online and only go in if (as there typically seems to be) there is a last minute request for something. I find

One of the existing large stores with a post office which is fantastic! Especially during lockdown 2020! The range of children's books on discount was also great! The only thing that put me off is the extremely grumpy and unhelpful Asian

I've been there few times, and never felt like the staff was friendly at all. Last time I went I had to wait 15 minutes outside (due to the maximum capacity of the store because of COVID, fair enough) but after 25 minutes waiting inside

Regarding the post office section upstairs there are never enough staff covering the counters and the queues are long and you stand there for ages. Sometimes it's just one person serving a queue of up to 30 or 40 customers which keeps

Has all the stationery items and the latest books you need. A wide variety of novels on the ground floor and a wide variety of pens on the first floor. However there is a shortage of staff and might have to wait a little to be served.

Great store for all sorts of products including, books, stationery, magazines, calendars, birthday, Christmas and others cards. They also sell printers and printer inks for most of the popular makes. They sell all types of packaging

  • Sandra Lindo

Popped in to WhSmith to return a faulty item I bought online. Was told I can't return to store because I bought online, item needed to be posted back to store. Just looked on website and found this in the help section. So much for

There is a post office and travel money counter within this WH Smith. The customer service is always good but there is always such a long queue and this branch probably needs more staff, particular around Christmas time.

Great location at the heart of he High Street. Post Office on the 1st floor. As with WHSmith, you get the usual stationary, computer and office stuff and lunch snacks and drinks. Good selection of cards on sale.

Very slow post office upstairs. I was there last week at around 2pm.. Massive queue and only 1 person serving!! Come on!! I'm not suggesting there should be 4/5 people serving BUT at least 2

  • Marie Hindmarch

Appalling customer service 1st July at 1130. I said hello to the guy on duty and got no acknowledgement, didn't bother to ask for my money, handed me my change and that was it. Disgraceful.

This branch of WHSmith is small, however it does have two floors. There is a post office on the upper floor. To get to the upper floor of WHSmith there is stairs and a lift towards the

Local WHSmith is now Incorporated with the Post Office. A wide range of stationaries picked up a few little sweets and snacks also. there it's still priced reasonably for most items.

  • Margaret Ginty

Although only two staff in the morning yesterday Monday, the lady still gave me choice and best price for my overseas tracked item as well as tracking receipt. Thank you.

  • Kol-C BeL

This branch is not only a stationers, book shop and convenience store but a post office which cuts the shopping time by half if you regularly post parcels and letters.

  • Jemma Hamilton-Shead

Rude, unprofessional staff, abrupt with customers and talking loudly and negatively about other staff members. I would avoid personally! So many better stores around!

  • derick boyd

This has an unusually large selection of cards available. A large store in fact with a lots of stationery plus, and a convenient post office upstairs. Good store.

  • Denise Hamilton

The post office upstairs is too small has great opening hours fabulous staff very helpful staff but the queues are to long best time to go Sunday morning's

  • Linda Gundry-White

On a Monday morning the shop and stairs are dirty, they seem to have had problems with cleanng for many years. Envelope section lacking stock.

  • Richard Cumming-Bruce

The leading stationery retail brand in her UK but not a particularly well-stocked place. It didn't have the cellophane wrap I wanted.

  • Bill Richman

Lots of good books, games, and puzzles for people who like to think.

  • Julian Hills

Appalling shop. Untidy. Empty displays. Disinterested staff.
