Complete waste of my time. Ordered a new car, was part exchanging my current 70 plate agreed a deal, agreed a PCP finance offer. Order the car, the car arrived, I get asked to go in to discuss finances. Alarm bells begin to ring! I’m told that the second hand car value has crashed and that they may not be able to offer me the price agreed. I basically told them I was not willing to move on price, as we had agreed on it. Get told they will discuss it with the local manager as the store manager is on holiday, and is due back on the 10th. I walked away feeling angry and to be completely honest felt all my trust was gone, and didn’t really want any more dealings with them (hence why I have not contacted them) I still have not had a phone call from the manager. I went into store on the 30th December. I would just like to add, I’m a community nurse and needed the car as my current PCP deal is ending. They knew I worked for the NHS as I got a discount! Also to add I have two disabled children. Thank you WJKing for leaving me in a really crappy position.
I have used W J King, Welling since purchasing my Vauxhall Zafira back in 2014. I did not purchase the car from the Welling Branch, but this branch was more convenient for me, BUT not only is the location easier the service is excellent. A special mention has to be made for Tony in the Service Dept. Tony is the main reason that contributes for me returning year after year. He is friendly, helpful and always professional and will do whatever he can to help. My Zafira has never missed a service and Tony and he's team will alway go the extra mile. I collected my car yesterday after a full service and MOT, the car had also been washed and two of the mechanics/engineers took the time to explain what they had done. Tony even showed me the part that needed replacing ... I am always given honest, helpful advice and would not think to take my car anywhere else. I have used this branch multiple times for every car I have had and have never had any complaints, Never a bad service or overall experience. I was served by Wade Ansell every time And every single time I’ve had contact with him he has gone above and beyond to accommodate and help me with every issue/situation. He is friendly, welcoming and an all round great salesman. He kept me updated every step of the way with great communication. I have recommended friends who have also had a great experience with wade and would highly recommend to use this branch and to ask for Wade. Brilliant service, Could not be happier.
I want to thank the Service Team Dan,Tony and the rest of the team for being able to perform my Suzuki Ignis MOT today even though there was an administrative issue of the car not being booked in. Dan especially was so professional and understanding on the way he handled the matter and resolved it in a positive outcome. The team managed to complete the MOT within less than 3 hours rather than having to wait the whole day. They also managed to programme the spare key as it was also due to be performed today. Thank you Dan and the service time as I am truly impressed and grateful as I had especially take a day off today and running low on leave days too. A friendly and reassuring welcome goes a long way.
I intend to sue WJ King on the grounds that there was a contract between us. I relied on the promise from you in that I reserved the car and paid a deposit. The car was reserved and you the seller was aware that your selling it to someone else despite your promise to hold it for me would cause me a loss. Reserved a car with W J King, paid the £99 deposit and arranged to go the next day to buy. Someone else turned up and they sold my car to them even though I had reserved it and paid the deposit. Don't trust this dealer they cheat their buyers and the reservation system is a lie.
We had the pleasure of Wade Ansell from the Welling branch dealing with the upgrade of our car. What an excellent service! Wade is very helpful, very informative and professional in all that he does. Being a very anxious person during this pandemic, I have never felt more comfortable buying a car virtually as Wade conformed to the COVID regulations and everything was very clean. Service provided from this showroom is to such a high standard. So good, this is the third car my family have purchased within the last couple of years and all under the guidance of Wade Ansell one of the showrooms senior sales personnel. Just recently bought a new crossland and the service I received from Wade was excellent. Nothing was too much trouble. This is our fifth car with have bought from Vauxhall and wade has helped us with each one. Great service Wade was very mindful that I was a vulnerable adult and made sure that all the seats were clean and he adhered To the COVID procedures. See you in three years for another new car.
Save your money and go to a reliable local garage. I brought my Corsa here twice to get repaired. I spent thousands of pounds getting it fixed only to be told by the third time that the engine was unfixable. I wasted money and eventually had to sell the car. They should have been honest from the beginning instead of exploiting me. Never again, please save your money.
On walking into this showroom we was met with friendly warm atmosphere and smiley staff they instantly made us comfortable without any pressure. Wade is a really helpful salesman who doesn’t do “the hard sale” and we never felt pressure at any time to agree anything. Explained different types of purchase very well to help us understand. When there was a fault with the car after picking it up, the garage and management were helpful in resolving quickly.
