In March 2022 we were rejected by the airline on the basis of my who turned 18 a day before our travel and had one jab regardless of an approved Thai Pass. We contacted Chantelle frustrated and she calmed us down and assured that we will travel in a later date. Indeed that happed. We recently had the pleasure of booking our trip to Thailand with WOLO Travel, and I must say, it was an incredible experience from start to finish. I thoroughly enjoyed visiting the Uluwatu temple and cultural experience of Bali. Petitenget Beach and Melasti Beach are the best, especially with the hot and humid temperature there. Monkey Forest in Ubud was amazing. I had a complimentary handmade cotton clothing manufacturing and jewellery design site visits from my driver Nyoman Suarka. He was friendly and offered to take my photos, which was appreciated as I was a solo traveler. The staff at Tony’s Villa & Resort were the best! Bali has a lot to see and do, I’d advise that people visit when it’s a bit cooler around springtime or autumn seasons. Letisha Harry from WOLO is a knowledgeable experience expert and I highly recommend her.

I completed an online web form in March. I was contacted by Monique in March and we discussed what exactly I was looking for in terms of options and packages. On the 3rd of April I asked for an update on our discussion and quotes. I called into the reception and then got an email response on the 5th of April. I was told that I would receive quotes as Cathway airlines were releasing a promotion the next day until the 14th April for Bali trips. To date, I have not received any further correspondence. My advice is to use another agency, or book the trips yourself. The wait cost me an increase of R10k in flight prices.

We did not have any issues with airport transfers which is what I was worried about (No one wants to be stranded in a foreign country). We found them waiting for us at the airport. I initiated contact with WOLO on 11 March 2023 for 10 travellers. After a to and fro with the package price we accepted all conditions and the quote provided. After numerous calls to WOLO the agent finally came back to me on 5 April 2023 that there are no seats available on the flights at the package price that was quoted. I requested the contact details of the managers of WOLO, and I am still waiting for a response. The agent I spoke was Sibogile and the receptionist who is still getting back with the manager's details is Monique. My family is extremely disappointed

I worked with Chantelle Visagie in planning my holiday to Thailand. Chantelle was very professional, and had done her research on my destination. What an amazing experience we had in April 2022 all thanks to Farghaana from WOLO Travel whom was really fast in doing our booking and we really enjoyed our stay in Deevana Resort Phuket. It's in the heart of the busy street life and within walking distance from the beach and Bangla Road. Had an absolutely pleasant experience with the staff and team of Wolo Travel. We chose the Phuket | Deluxe Kata package at the SIS Kata resort (It was stunning!). Paid it off monthly from March - July. Received all the necessary information after final payment. My wife and I got married 2nd of September 2023. Had our honeymoon with no issues with regards to travel or stay. Definitely recommend! Our holiday started with canceled flights, then we were left stranded at the airport as their transfers never pitched after us reaching out to them regarding the canceled flight. The hotels booked were in such a poor condition. When I requested assistance for tickets they had booked I'm told to go to the airline who don't want to assist me. They ruined our wedding destination trip and cost us money. Rather book via reputable companies. THEY ARE USELESS.

We did the Thailand trip. From dealing with Monique to experiencing the Thailand beaches to big Buddha to Phi Phi and Maya Beach was incredible. Only thing was one of taxi transfers to the Phi Phi experience it smelt very odd and was a little run down but didn't spoil the fun that we had on our honeymoon.
