We bought a 2007 Jeep grand Cherokee a beautiful car and all. We were told drive the car and let us know what the problems is that you encounter. 31st December 2021 we got the keys to the car and had the car returned on their call for a scheduled fix as per the problems we saw on the car and the small odds and ends that had to be touched up . The 10th January 2022 we took the car back and it was told to us it can take a week to week and a half. With no contact made to us , we called ourselves to enquires how far the car is and if it's ready and it was kept being said Ebrahim(salesman) don't deal with repairs speak to Randall. Called him and numerous occasions and each time we we're given a different story. The 21st January 2022 (2 weeks without a car and not even a courtesy was offered) we fetch the car and ABSOLUTELY NOTHING!! was done on the car and when question they give stories as to the reason this isn't fixed its because of that . A fully paid car and this is how you service we obtained. We are truly disappointed by the terrible lack of communication and being sent back and forth.

Me and my Spouse bought a car from this place . They said we had to be careful with the clutch. The clutch ended up broken or needed readjustment. We brought it back because they have a warranty on the car . They said we must pick it up on Monday, only Tuesday was it ready.The first trip out with the car,the clutch brake must now be replaced.We had to tow the car back to them and we tried to speak with them the next day and they didn't respond back.,They have horrible service and don't deserve any praise.We tried to do an exchange because the car isn't working as promised and they still didn't respond back. I wouldn't take a chance on this people . I will never consider buying from them again. They're sharks and and don't deserve any more business.

I've had nothing but great service from the team since purchasing my vehicle from them. With any car that's 9 years old and 177 000km on the clock, there will be mechanical issues of some sort. I was informed please drive the vehicle and let us know if any issues pop up and I have a month to report any issues and they will attend to them. So far they've been nothing but accommodating and fixing whatever issues that have arisen. They have gone out of their way in some instances to assist me. They truly stick to their word and are an honorable business. I have been seriously impressed by their level of service to date. Highly recommend this dealership.

Please DONT EVER buy a car from these skelms. The owner Mr Khan and the salesman Randall cannot be trusted. They sell you the car with nice wheels and good tyres, but once you paid for the vehicle and you take delivery of it the have replaced the wheels and tyres with inferior tyres. The say the car will go through roadworthy and onto your name and new liscence. But they don't roadworthy the vehicle they only transfer it onto your name. Once they got your money they don't care. It's lies upon lies upon lies. You get promised everything will be replaced or repaired they keep the vehicle for three days and nothing gets done.

Recently purchased a Toyota and I got a very good bargain and abit of discount too. Thank you Randall and Mr.Khan as well as the staff who washed the vechicle. Just recently went back for a service which I qualified for (came with the purchase) but sorry to say "hulle woord nie hulle eer nie". Sounds beter in afrikaans. Im so NEVER taking my vehicle back there ever !!! Cos if you call that a service - ONLY CHANGE OF OIL !!! I'll be damned !!!@#$%&

All these good comments are probably paid adds. Once you pay they become rude and not interested. Bought a car... 5 weeks later motor tanks took over a year to get the car back. Can't take it for roadwothy as the recipe does not match the current motor. And they actually couldn't care. How do I make a negative star rating

If I could give negative stars,I would give them till infinity.All the 'good' reviews are family and people who work there,what a joke.They will rip you off and smoke right in front of you while you try and discuss business. Once you make a payment,they start being rude and arrogant. Don't waste your money.Run.

This is the worst dealership on earth,they are crooks,they sell garbage cars.They will lie to your face just to get your money and then they don't care.They even smoke inside the office around you with no care at all,Do not do business with these people,you will regret it.

Worst service u will ever experience in a car dealership. Traded a car in by them. Car is already sold but i still have the papers for the car. This was 9 months ago. U will receive the Best service from them until they hav your money. They are the definition of snakes

Worst experience from a car dealer over charge you take money don't give receipt charge R3500 for roadworthy to fix faults on car they have to repair it a couple of times cost me 9 times diesel from malmesbury they said they compensate but still waiting

Shocking service. Sold me a van that is not road worthy. Said they needed the van back for 2 days to have it fixed. Took almoat a month. Not once with anything they promised was anything done on time.

Had a good experience so far Mr Ebrahim and Khan were very helpful; l was a little bit scared after reading previous reviews but yes they are genuine!

Try to contact used cars twice no reply just to inform you that one of your vehicles are been used for wrong purpose.
