I’m really surprised by the good reviews, the only positive is that YES they fit tyres.... From a quote for £55 for a new tyre I got fleeced for £108.... Being a Blonde I guess they thought they could take the mickey and they did . 1st..They pointed out wear on tyre edges was due to tracking being out.... Wrong it was due to low air pressure 2nd.. They pointed out rear tyre was wrong way round...the ‘external’ side was facing ‘internally’ they advised that this was dangerous and had to be changed. After quoting £10 they charged £18.... It makes NO difference whether the ‘internal’ face is in the inside or outside on my car with the type of tyres I have. 3rd. They did not ask if I wanted Tracking to be done- (I did not ) it had just been carried out the day before by the mechanic I trust and have been going to for years. 4th. I asked for part worn tyres... they told me they did not sell part worn... I only went to then as I know for a fact they sell part worn tyres... I know because my neighbour and 2 friends have had part worn tyres put in their cars BY WADHAMS.... So ... what are they guilty of ? ....definitely lying threw their teeth and taking advantage.. Either the ‘experts’ at Wadhams are idiots and lack any basic knowledge of tyres and auto mechanics ? If that is the case why are they falsely trading as professionals ... or they are Scammers and gave me false information just to get another £5O out of me.. it was just before Christmas, so maybe they were trying to make a bit extra to give to the orphans and widows fund.. Unfortunately the day I went to get a tyre from them I had a work deadline and was not concentrating on the car but working on my phone whilst waiting for the tyre to be done. When I asked how much I owed , the fitter would not tell me ? He said I had to wait for the invoice to be printed out.... then he walked off after handing it to me.... ? GUILTY, GUILTY , GUILTY. I sought advice from 2 other tyre fitters and a mechanic their verdict was unanimous in that Wadhams were known to be con merchants and that I had well and truly been conned?

I would not award even one star for this one but it doesn't let me post the review without it. We took our car in for a simple valve change and they overcharged us heavily for this. Had recently just had one done at another tyre place for exactly half the price, but as these guys were nearer us we made the mistake of going there - didn't think to ask the price as we never thought it would be £30 (cash - without a receipt) or £40 by card (with receipt)! That too, is horrendous as most places, if at all they made a charge for card payment would not charge more than about 2%. We would never have imagined a garage in Putney would be charging anything at all for all card payments, Credit card or Debit. Added to which we did not like the attitude of the person who attended who was off-hand - in fact plain surly.

Took my car in for MOT. I am not happy with the attitude of staff. I was made to feel unwelcome and found the staff rude. I tried to ask if any problems but just told ‘it’s on there in black and white’ and that was it. Oh, and ‘did you get my message ?’ Yes you left a voicemail 5 minutes before I called ‘I’m asking you did you get my message’ . I mean, what was I supposed to say. It just felt very aggressive and completely unnecessary behaviour. I won’t be going back again and don’t recommend. A previous customer summed it up well; ‘Good service is not just about the repairs to a vehicle, but how you talk to your customers. Not going back, sorry.’

Took my car recently to wadhams tyres, for puncture repair which was advised by AA. But when I got there the member of staff was very helpful and advised me that the tyre couldn't be repaired, as when he stripped it down the tyre was ruined inside due to driving under inflated. He then replaced it with a new tyre this was all done within 15 minutes. They were all very helpful and knowledgeable. Would highly reccomed wadhams. Fast and friendly service thank you. .

Beware, and watch out with these people! As soon as I got there. They told that all my tyres are very bad and that I would be stopped by the police be penalized and get points off my license!! I told them I had just had MOT with not a single advise or mention of tyres or anything else! I qickly realized that this is not my place! I was only there for a tyre that loses air!!

called in here in an emergency as I was in the area and not near my normal garage as I was too far away. Despite them being extremely busy Jason & his team had a look and spent at least half an hour fixing the issue and helping me get back on the road within 45minutes of arriving. Couldn’t be more grateful. Fab service and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend. Thank you so much.

These guys have been looking after my various cars for a few years now, for both mechanical and tyre jobs. I'm not sure I've come across better customer service anywhere, let alone the motor trade. Top guys, super helpful, clean, tidy, friendly, straight up and go way more than the extra mile to make sure you're happy. I'd never go anywhere else.

The service was ok but they should probably learn a thing or two how to talk to customers nicely and be polite. The guy I was speaking to kept smoking and it felt as if he was doing me a favor answering questions I had. Good service is not just about the repairs to a vehicle, but how you talk to your customers. Not going back, sorry.

Quick to source the ('N' rated, 265/40 R21) tyre within a few hours and fit it same day for the quoted and competitive price. No other tyre garage in West London had it in stock or could arrange for same day delivery and fitment. Great service from Tony who was polite and helpful throughout - will be going back. Had an MOT booked at nation tyre centre and they cancelled on the day so I called Wadhams and they were able to book me in the next day. Nice and friendly guys. Will defo use them for future car needs. I didn’t catch his name but the man working kindly helped me get a dent out of my car for free which I really appreciate!

They told us we needed new o2 sensors to fix an issue with the gearbox, and then charged us £358, when we enquired why it wasn’t fixed they told us that the car should be written off. Poor customer service, no explanations and pass the blame off to each other and won’t give clear answers.

Excellent service! Had a flat tyre (defective valve) & was sorted in less than 15 minutes! Also the fitter gave some great advice about counterbalance weights that another garage had incorrectly fitted. Definitely will use this garage again in the future! Many thanks!!

Trustworthy and hardworking. The place to get authentic tyres and they will examine your problem thoroughly and quickly. They also offer a service to check your tyre pressure regularly at no charge. I was desperate with a tyre puncture and they sorted my problem quickly.

Very bad experience… I was charged 420.40£ for an annual service of a Toyota IQ, 1000cc. Looking at the receipt they charged 4 sprak plugs whereas the Toyota IQ has only 3!!! PLEASE BE CAREFUL, the citizen bureau advice has been informed, and actions will be taken

I have been using Wadham Tyres and Car Servicing for around 14 years and they have always done everything possible to fix an issue, replace a tyre at short notice and sort out a service on my cars. A great local company that has always put its customers first.

Very good. They run a drive in service - you don't need to book (although if you go on Saturday you may have to wait). Very reliable and they checked the types, did a rotation and also repaired the spare (which is what I originally came in for).

Excellent. Second time using these guys. Had my whole front end of my car where they re-attached bumper the same day and for a very reasonable price. Hard working, honest, genuine people. With good prices. Would highly recommend. Freddie

Came down today for an engine diagnostic test, left the car with them but unfortunately the issue meant the test wasn't possible. They didn't charge me for their time and wished me a Happy Christmas, top guys!

The guys at Wadham are total gents. Jason in the office and Dan in the tyre bay. Just straight up decent, honest blokes. Would definitely recommend this garage!! Even though Dan wants to steal my dog lol!!

Normally great. But they handed my car back after fitting a new tyre and now the car shakes at 60mph+. Refused to admit it was their fault or apologise. Now have to drive 13 hours in a vibrating car.

Went to Wadham after a flat. Found out kwikFit down the road has made many errors previously fitting my wheels. Wadham are honest and do the job properly as well as providing great customer service.

Lovely people, better than any other garage I’ve been too. I didn’t get my car sorted by them in the end but they actually treated me like a person. I would return and tell other people about them.

They did a good quick puncture fixing job and gave some advice on the state of the other tyres in my car. No need to book but always good to give a quick call to make sure they are not too busy.

Lovely people, hardworking and genuinely care about what they are doing. I went with a pair of tubeless bike tyres that I was close to giving up on and they sorted everything out no problem.
