This is the WORST walgreens I've even been too. I usually go to the 7th st and thunderbird location but I decided to stop at this store to exchange my propane tank and get some cigarettes. The manager of the store was the one that was "helping me check out" he rang up the exchanged propane tank and the 4 packs of cigarettes then asked for my ID for the cigarettes. When I showed him my ID he was refusing to sell me cigarettes, he claimed that I am a male and that my name on the ID was for a female and tried to say that I stole MY OWN ID and that it wasn't me, even though the picture on my ID is current and clearly looks like me. He would only refer to me as "sir" regardless of how many time I corrected him and told him I was a woman, all because I have short hair. Hes clearly homophobic. He wouldn't give me his name and only let me leave the store with the propane tank (which makes no sense) and never gave me my receipt. I went to the 7th st and thunderbird location and tried to put in a complaint threw their store manager and I had asked for corporates number and told them what had happened so they called 32nd and shea and the store manager there told them that I had just walked out of the store without grabbing my cigarettes and still charged me for them anyways. They said that there was nothing they could do and nothing corporate would do as it's a "he said she said" and they can't refund me for the cigarettes so I went back to 32nd and shea to get the cigarettes he charged me for. When I showed up to the store all he did was hand me my cigarettes and just walked away without saying anything to me or let me say anything to him. The way I was was treated today is so disgusting and should've never had happened and I hope this hasn't happened to anyone else. The way that someone looks and or dresses shouldn't define if they can be helped from an employee for a company. I will never be cing back to this location again.

Had a hard time finding prices for a couple things which makes it hard for a quick stop when you need to. Cashier wasn't able to find scan code for one item, and the other thing I wanted rang up at a price much higher than what the shelf displayed it for, and explained to her I did check the barcode on an item to make sure it matches what the tag on the shelf says & they did match, but she said that I must have read the tag wrong & since I didn't want to wait to talk to the manager that was very busy with other customers ended up leaving with 2 of the 4 things I wanted (not due to being out of stock either).

This place is just a joke. I wouldn't recommend this to any of my friends and family. One more thing. I was buying some lollipops for my friends because we were gonna ride skateboards and She charged me 66 cents MORE for something that was $1 exact! This place needs to fixed before it shuts down, WHICH I WILL BE GLAD IF IT DOES!!! #Wallgreens-sucks

Worst Walgreens I have ever had to deal with! Always have to go back because they don't give me all my rx the first time. Associates are rude, they yell at you when you as the customer get upset because of their mistakes. I wish I would have never had to move from Union hills and Cave Creek, they never messed up ANYTHING! Even if I was upset with a bad day they were still nice as could be! This store at Shea and 32nd street needs to go to Union and Cc and learn a thing or two from that store!

Our cashier Steve was awesome! I have been going to this Walgreens for about 2 years now. I've been able to enter my phone number to earn rewards but I didn't know the correct zip code to redeem my rewards. I've moved a few times and any zip code I ever gave was wrong. But he helped me change it to my current zip code and saved me 2 dollars tonight. Thank you Steve for the amazing customer service

The pharmacy hours are horrible. Serving such a large residential community you would think they have more availability. For those of us who work it can be difficult to get a prescription during the week here. I just came on a Sunday and apparently they are also closed 1:30-2 on Sundays too. Please hire more staff so that you can better support this growing north 32nd community!!

Pharmacy is fine and any time I’ve come for a vaccine it’s been a good experience. As for the stock of the store (Feb 2022) I’m not sure what’s going on. Shelves in many areas of the store are pretty bare, but the same items are stocked normally at other area stores. I wouldn’t make this store your first choice for anything other than prescriptions.

The biggest plus here is the location at Shea and 32nd street across from a new Starbucks I was enjoying brew at and Bashas market(Shea shopping center). They did have the neck collar I was looking for, for $17; so I was a happy camper. Service and checkout speed needs work though.

Great pharmacy with notification of ready prescriptions by email or phone. The pharmacists are kind and knowledgeable, and have always been most helpful when I needed advice or explanations. THANKS especially to Elaine and Al!

What a horrible experience. I was virtually ignored at the pharmacy and at the checkout counter the clerk insisted on having a question and answers session with her co worker before ringing me up. Find another pharmacy.

Always very friendly and helpful. The store is clean and I usually find what I went there for. I love shopping every Isle looking for those clearance tags. To me it's better then shopping at Wal-Mart.

Previously stopped using their high price pharmacy, went by the location today to send a FexEx package, they accept the One Rate packages but don't have any supplies. So much for providing a service.

Walgreens is my local pharmacy. They are polite, helpful and relatively efficient. They do a good job of notifying you via phone, text and even email when orders are in process or ready for pickup

The pharmacy front counter associate Michelle has always been amazing + the blonde woman pharmacy tech with the ponytail (I don’t remember her name). Always great experiences and super helpful.

Do not use this drive through. Every time I have used it it takes 20-30 mins in drive thru. I have 3 kids and it is not helpful.
