I’ve called 2 months in a row using the automated service to refill a prescription. It does NOT work. Today I spoke to Dawn in the pharmacy to have my prescriptions refilled. She was snarky when she told me: “You just picked these up last month!! We Can’t refill them they were for 3 months!! ( I didn’t know that )She said two of them it’s too early. We Can fill your other one. “ I said perfect pleas fill that I wasn’t aware the others were 3 months Im just refilling all at once. I asked to speak to someone because this is the 2nd month in a row that their automated refill isn’t working. Dawn proceeded to scream at me about picking them up last Month so they wouldn’t refill them. I said young lady I’m asking about . . . That was all the farther I got-she hung up the phone. I called back to the store and Sam reported the manager had left in a hurry and he didn’t think he’d be back today. Dawn was horrible and I pray God treats her with the same respect, patience, and understanding that she is handing out to the customers today. Shame on you Dawn shame on you for being such an UGLY person to others!!

This Walgreens seems to have a lot of issues. The pharmacy staff is cold, unfriendly/rude (lots of responses and accusations of me in a rude tone for just coming in for service after ordering online), and there seems to be a lot of tension between the employees. An employee offered to help me because they wanted to escape another employee. Thinking that maybe it is just an issue with the pharmacy, I go into the Walgreens another day and the woman who was the cashier got testy when I didn't step up to the register (some cashiers at other stores have asked to wait until they say they are ready, so I waited). The way she looked at me after the transaction (I didn't really say anything to her beyond apologizing for making her wait)...if looks could kill. I don't know what makes these employees so testy, but...this should be addressed. Gave 2-stars because some employees were helpful albeit a bit cold and they had what I needed in stock.

Came here first thing for my pneumonia vaccine today. The Staff was ready and waiting as it was not yet crazy busy. The reception person was helpful and then we learned that I did not know which iteration of the vaccine I needed. Thomas Shaw was the Pharmacist on duty and could not have been more helpful, genuine, earnest and more as he did some research about the two vaccines and someone my age. Thankfully it was not busy yet as this took almost 30 minutes as I would go to the car and double check this with my wife. BTW, this is a VERY clean store and even the young man at the front cashier was so friendly. Yet it was Thomas Shaw who displayed a great deal of emotional intelligence in helping me sort this out. My wife reached my MD's office and they shared their recommendation and Thomas then prepped the vaccine and administered it. Outstanding Team and crazy good Pharmacist!

Made an appointment to get vaccinated for the 2nd dose HPV and the pharmacist is refusing to give me the 2nd dose even though I got the first dose. She is saying it is only for people 26years and younger. The CDC has new guidelines out that clearly state the new recommendations and age requirements. People need to be properly educated when helping people in the medical field. I said I will go somewhere else to get it and she said just have a seat I will draw it up. I waited for 30min to be called up to the window only to see if I still wanted the 2nd dose. Really? You have me take a seat and you didn't even get it ready this whole time I was waiting. I am blown away by the incompetent employees at this facility. Why even have online appointments? Thank you for wasting my time. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.

WOW! this is the cleanest, neatest, most organized store I've ever been in! The manager must be OCD, because every row of vitamins is perfectly line up, and every sale sticker is ever across the entire aisle. I've never seen anything that perfect in retail in my life! AND, the staff is friendly and helpful! I recently switched insurance and they use Walgreens pharmacy so I just started going there in the last 2 months. I've never been disappointed, and always impressed. If you're looking for a new pharmacy and/or local Walgreens, this place is worth going to even if it's not the one closest to you.

My father has more health issues than any one person should have. We, as a family, recently had Hospice of the Valley get involved in his care. Jake, a Walgreens pharmacist, reached out to me to go over my fathers medications, too insure my dad was getting the prescriptions needed. Compassion, concern, educated questions, questions for clarity. With great appreciation for Jake, the staff and for Walgreens for the services they provide. A GOLD STAR rating from our family!!!! THEY CAN IMPROVE ON SAFETY: On June 2nd 2022, I went to pick up prescription for fentanyl patch. When I got at the pharmacy, I was given a bag that was stapled. I was in a hurry as the drugs were for my sister who was in a lot of pain. When I got home, I had fentanyl patches narcan spray, zofran. I was shocked that none of the pharmacy staff offered instruction on how to use this medication. Thankfully I am a nurse, and my patient is a nurse too. This is unsafe. Secondly, when you get prescription you don't need you cannot return it. Otherwise they are polite and the place is clean.

I could repeat what others have said about Walgreens poor management, lack of cleanliness, disorder and the like, but I'll sum it up this way: if I were the mother of one of the impolite, disinterested, slow and unhappy employees at the pharmacy then I'd take a long hard look at myself because the apple doesn't fall far from the tree. Next time I'll use Costco or Safeway or anywhere else. Saturday, December 18th 5pm drive through. Rude, impolite young man, did not seem mature enough, mentally, to drive let alone be responsible for people's prescriptions.

Terrible experience with the pharmacy. Insanely slow, never have anything in stock, never call or automate calls for the right items. It’s like pulling teeth to get my prescriptions filled and when I finally do, the second they’re filled my phone is receiving back to back calls, voicemails, text messages, emails and the staff don’t even know what they’re for sometimes. I drove all the way to the store bc I received a message that a prescription was ready and the tech just said “I don’t know what that was for.” Do NOT recommend

Some of these customers are clueless. “Low motivation”…yeah, do you live under a rock? Do you realize staffing is a major challenge? It’s a healthcare service provided to you. They are working their assess off with scripts to fill, phones ringing, Covid and flu testing, etc…gotta love how blind these customers are. Entitlement at its finest. Also, drive thru is a convenience. You can wait. I love this pharmacy! Thank you for getting me I for my vaccine and flu test last minute!

The pharmacy here has the worst customer service ever there full of excuses and lies about why they can’t refill your medicine first they say it’s your doctor s fault then they say it’s your insurance fault and then finally they say there out of your medicine mean while 3 days pass and they could care less if you get sick or end up in hospital. Trust me don’t go here if you care about your health and want your medicine on time..

Just another example of rude pharmacy staff with an inflated sense of self-importance. My doctor actually had to call and convince them to fill my prescription. According to the staff, I didn’t need this medication despite the fact that they have zero knowledge of my medical history. Stay away unless you feel like arguing your case as to why you need a particular medication.

This review is for the pharmacy and their VERY SLOW movement. I never thought I would wait almost 30 minutes in the drive thru line when there is literally only two people in front of me. I also got my flu shot here 2 weeks ago and had a scheduled appointment at 3 and wasn't seen until almost 3:30. It's almost like they don't have the motivation for the day.

You confirm your pharmacy hours a week ago. You confirmed the wrong times you are open. If you are not capable or even aware of wrongly listing your hours of operations you sure should not be distributing drugs. What an absolute joke this is. Your the only ones who know when you open and close. Taking our business elsewhere.

Very nice staff, The store is nice and clean staff is friendly and they are working fast. The pharmacy did not have any lines and they provided a quick easy service in and out. This Walgreens is in a great location the plaza itself have bunch of other things so while you wait you can go shop around or grab something to eat.

I always have money when I shop in fact I spend most my money there and the managers and one of the store employees thinks there so much better then u and they follow you around as if ur going to rip them off. They can often times be rude, short, and useless. I can tell they are usually swamped and stressed, dying to get off the phone. I don't think they are off the hook but please, pay them more or hire more people. I give them two stars because I get the medications, so they serve their basic function, eventually.

Complete lack of information and education on test-to-treat program, which this Walgreens location is listed as a participant on the ASPR federal website. Then I was hung up on by a pharmacist who either pretended they couldn’t hear me, or had a phone that didn’t work! Horrible customer service and experience.

Just transferred my prescriptions from this place. They NEVER had prescriptions ready, even if their automated system has texted you. Even if you call their store and double check they have it ready. After the third time today, I realized they are always going to be incompetent. Save time, go ANYWHERE ELSE.

Hours posted are not accurate. Even the sign outside says they open at 8am on Sunday and I walked up at 830 with locked doors. CVS is open up the road.
