Worst customer service. Went to check for a prescription for my grandma and the techs (new and the senior tech) were rude and unwilling to provide requested info. The tech did not have name tags. Once they provided the info they looked at me as if I was crazy. I decided to fill and transfer the medication she needs at another location.

Pharmacy pickup service is extremely slow, both in person and in drive through. Also, do not send any urgent prescriptions (such as post operative pain medications) to this pharmacy as you will be waiting for several hours for them to get it ready. I would recommend using another pharmacy even if it’s a longer drive.

I called around 6 times and every time I got instantly hung up trying to contact the pharmacist. This was highly unprofessional and frustrating. I had to go to another Walgreens a bit further out to be able to contact a pharmacist. The few times I have visited this location it was extremely slow.
