This is the worst pharmacy I have ever been too. To start with the app and the store seem to be completely disconnected I've never once had a refill request from the app work on its own. To make matters worse the phone system is useless and hangs up on you 90% of the times when you call forcing you to recall and wait through there very long intro message again. When you finally do get through you'll be outright lied too by the one overworked person who answers the phone who has a massive line of customers he or she needs to work with. If you're lucky they'll finally actually put in your refill for real but most of the time this is a lie and you'll have to ask multiple times. When you do finally get to pick up your medication the line is long and incredibly slow. People routinely cut and there is no dedicated line for people who just are picking up a routine medication. Since there's only one person working the many many detailed questions they get asked can make the line take well over an hour. It has gotten so bad that I was forced to complain to corporate today maybe they'll actually do something. Go to literally any other pharmacy because this one should be shut down or the entire staff should be replaced by multiple competent staff members.

The pharmacy here is horrible and worst of all they act like they could not care less when they are messing with peoples medication schedules. I went in to pick up a prescription that said it would be ready in 1 hour. I was told they were not sure if they had it in stock but I would get a text or call to tell me either way and when it was ready. I received no call or text and waited a few more hours only to call and be told they don’t have it. Now I need to get this prescription sent somewhere else. I don’t know why this can’t be automated somehow - why did I call earlier and be told my prescription was being worked on? Why would a person tell me to my face they put in the system for me to be notified only to tell me in the phone “we have too many customers we can’t reach out to tell them if their prescriptions are out of stock” Get your doctors to send prescriptions literally anywhere else

A breathing treatment was put in for my one year old daughter on Monday, they didn’t have it but said they would put a rush on it and have it by midday Tuesday because it was an important treatment for such a small child. As of Friday they didn’t have it, they hadn’t even put in the order much less rushed it. When I asked why they hadn’t they stammered and lied to me. Eventually they found one at a nearby, non Walgreens, pharmacy that didn’t take my daughters insurance, meaning I had to pay out of pocket. These people believe their job is putting in numbers and never consider the humans that are attached to those numbers. They do not consider how important, and in some cases lifesaving, the medications they peddle are to people. They are the epitome of cold and unfeeling and should re-evaluate their position in the jobs they do.

The worst pharmacy. They never have your rx ready even after it was sent in over 24 hours ago, the lines are ridiculous, employees are rude and dismissive and don’t get me started on the HIPAA violations! One of your staff printed out a sheet with my partners information as well as several other customers names, date of births and phone numbers in addition to what they were being prescribed! Also once had a pharmacist blurt out the customer in front of us was waiting for her birth control pills. Already reported the HIPAA violations Don’t go here if you can choose not to, they are the worst!

EDIT: The one saving grace of this store is someone who works the pharmacy by the name of Grey. She went above and beyond to help me when I had an issue recently. If I could leave less than 1 star I would. The number of times my doctor has sent in a prescription for me, only for this store to not fill it, cancel it without notice, or delay it for no reason is ridiculous for a national pharmacy chain. To top it all off, this place always has a line, no matter the time of day. There is no such thing as a quick trip to this store.

The pharmacy has gone above and beyond for me on multiple occasions. Particular a young lady. She has assisted in expediting my prescription because I was leaving town and helped me to figure out how to make sure it was covered by my insurance, along with showing me where I might find a coupon when my insurance didn’t cover my medication. She has a friendly demeanor I truly felt she cared and she exhibited patience with me while working with urgency to assist other patients. Above and beyond customer service.

By far the worst Walgreens I’ve ever used. Each month, I send in my refill. After two or three days, it’s still not filled. I call for an update, and after waiting on hold for 30-60 minutes, I’m told the same thing: it will be ready by X o’clock. I show up and there’s always a terrible line. When I get to the front, my prescription is still not ready: “that will be another 30 minutes.” Stop messing around with peoples’ medications.

The worst ever. My prescription got sent over Saturday around 12:30pm person at the cashier told me to come before 1:30pm so I went back at 4pm to give them extra time and when I spoke to the cashier she told me it would be ready in 30 mins to wait for a message. I never got the message that my medication was ready. Nothing received on Sunday. Called my medical provider to send it to a different one.

Far and a way the worst pharmacy i've ever experienced. Not only do they not answer the phones and not have enough staff to answer phones and questions, but they don't even FILL THE PRESCRIPTIONS. I've called 3 times in the last 3 days to get a vital prescription filled but they keep failing to take the notes necessary to put it in their system. I will never be coming back here again
