PART ONE: A SHORT, TRUE PLAY "That will be $397.00" "Uh, no. I get this prescription every month. It's $35." "Uh, well. OK. Hang on." Five minutes pass while people behind me in line stare around, annoyed. "It looks like your insurance won't cover this until tomorrow." "But you sent me two text messages, an email, and called -- all to say my prescription is ready for pick-up!" "Well, it is ready, sir." "But it's not! I pay $35 for this, not $397!" "Well, it's ready. It's just not covered until tomorrow." "But you've been texting me for two days that it's ready!" "It IS ready." "But it's clearly not REALLY ready ... or you'd have cleared it with my insurance." "But it IS ready." People in line stare at me angrily. One lady says they do that to her, too. "Why on earth would you contact me four times to say my prescription is ready, ask me to drive all the way here, wait in line, and then tell me I can only have it for $400." "$397, sir" "Whatever." "It's all automated, those calls and texts, sir." "Whatever." PART TWO: A SAD TRUE STORY They never answer the phone. Not ever. But the hold music isn't too bad, so one day I decided to try an experiment. I lined up three iPhones on my desk and called the pharmacy line on each, selecting "Speak to a pharmacist" from their automated phone system. "Please hold and a member of our staff will be with you shortly," said a kindly robotic voice. The muzak played and played on all three phones. Every now and then, I'd hear a ring tone coming from one of them, and an actual human voice would quickly tell me to "please hold." Then the muzak would begin again. For a long time, all three phones played in the background while I worked at my computer. Then, after 57 minutes, one of the lines went dead. The other two played on, however, each interrupted every ten or so minutes by that voice: "Please hold." After an hour and ten minutes, the second line went dead. Only one sad iPhone played on and on into the night like a mournful old man. Then, after another thirty one minutes, that line, too, went dead. It was like the first night of the apocalypse.

The worst pharmacy to go to if you have a compounding medication. They will not process the order, they will not call you to finish processing the order, and the prescription will never get filled. Here is my story. This was the second time I gave the pharmacy on 200 W 20th the opportunity to make up for the incredibly poor service received months back. I decided to switch my prescription back to this store because of the location. I can only choose between two stores because the medicine I need is a compounding medication. I placed the order on 5/20 online. I set the pickup day for the 23rd, but knew it may not be ready by then. After a week of not hearing anything, I called them on the 28th to inquire about the prescription. Not only had the prescription not been completed, it hadn't even been processed. The employee told me she would process the order and someone would have to call me back to verify information to complete the order. It is now 6/10/2014, and the order is still showing "requested" online. No one has called to verify information, the order isn't in process, it isn't complete and now I am almost a month without a prescription. This is completely and utterly unacceptable, while the medication requested isn't a life or death situation, it is still important to help with keeping my Crohns in remission. Clearly someone at this store needs to be dealt with.

This pharmacy has the crappiest customer service procedures. Instead of calling you when they are out of stock and have to put something on order, they wait for you to show up, expecting your prescription to be filled. Even after you have given them 24 hours, they don't call. I've seen this happen to multiple people, myself included. Nor do they call to inform you if there is an error or mistake or anything else that will delay getting your prescription filled. Tonight I witnessed a drive-thru customer being told that her medication was on order when she was needing it in time for a procedure tomorrow. She had dropped off her prescription yesterday. I was then told that my prescription (dropped off yesterday) was not ready because they had to contact my doctor so they could verify approval through my insurance. I've also encountered a situation where my doctor prescribed a penicillin-based antibiotic and the pharmacy didn't fill it because they claimed my doctor's office then told them I was allergic. How does that make any sense?

I would not recommend this location for getting a prescription. From my personal experience, I dropped a prescription for my sister after a surgery. I waited around 20 minutes. When it got ready I noticed some items that the doctor told me I will get were missing. The lady told me (With a very unfriendly voice tone) that I got what the prescription said. I mentioned what the doctor said but she ignored me. I left and called my sister and she confirmed the items were missing. I went back, and again, with a very unfriendly manner, the lady told me they were calling the doctor to confirm the items. Besides that they didn’t call or text to notify, she asked me to wait another 20 minutes. Their excuse was that they did not check the voice mail from the doctor requesting the order and I did not mention the doctor called. I find her “argument” very incoherent specially if it’s coming from someone that works in that area and has “knowledge” that a regular person might ignore. I find this issue very improper for a pharmacy...

Terrible pharmacy service. I had a prescription sent to the pharmacy on March 21st and was told it would be ready in 24 hours. After several days of waiting, I’m finally told that they don’t keep that specific medication in stock and that they had to order it from their warehouse in Dallas. Fast forward to today, March 31, and my meds still aren’t here. When we requested to have the prescription transferred to another location, we were told that since the Heights location had already billed my insurance, we couldn’t transfer. I have now been without my prescription for 10 days with no help or care from this location. When I asked if there were any samples or anything they could give to tide me over they just kind of shrugged and said there was nothing they can do. Absolutely ridiculous. I would give this pharmacy zero stars if that was an option.

The nicest possible people work in this pharmacy, but there's a complete inability to answer the phone. You get the recorded, "We're sorry, our staff is answering other calls. Please hold; someone will be with you shortly." Then music #1. That cycle repeats until the phone rings again. Then you get rapid fire "WalgreensPharmacyPleaseHold," followed by music #2. Eventually it rings again, and you hit with the young woman's "WalgreensPharmacyPleaseHold," and music #2. That repeats again and again. Sometimes, you might try to interject while she's speed talking her line, to no avail. Then you reach about the 20 minute mark of your call , and the system unceremoniously hangs up on you. At this point, you call back and start over. So you call back and start again. An hour later, I finally speak to a human. Oddly, I feel victorious.

Worst pharmacy I have ever been to. I called ahead to make sure my daughter's RX would be ready and they said yes. The line was 30 minutes and on top of that they had me waiting for another 5 before they said they could not do it. They could have called the other pharmacy to clear things up but refused. So I had to get out of the line I had just wasted 40 minutes in and call just to get back in line. And of course it was another 20 minutes. They gave me no instructions, I had to request answers from the pharmacist about how to give it to my daughter. They attitude from almost everyone there was as if I was a inconvenience not a customer. They have zero interest in customer satisfaction or making sure you understand the medications. Thank goodness there is another option right across the street.

  • Aashish

Please do believe the negative reviews you see about their pharmacy. The lady I dealt with was extremely rude and had complete lack of empathy. I sent the prescription and they texted about the pickup and I was on my way. The lady told me her system is down and cannot give the medicine at the moment despite me telling her that I'm in extreme pain and can check out the medicine at front. At the end I took my prescription back and told her to cancel the pickup. And in just less than 5 minutes my prescription was canceled. I guess her system started working again. *smh* Cvs next door told me 15mins when I told them about my pain and refilled in less than 10. I used to shop at these pharmacies interchangeably bcz they both meant the same to me. I guess not anymore.

This is my second time in this Walgreens and my experience was less than pleasant. I figured I would give them a second chance. Bug mistake!!!! I went to buy a tobacco product and my ID was slightly expired and eventhough you can clearly see I'm over 21 (40 to be exact) with 5he grey hairs in my mustache and beard they refused the sale to me. I'm really starting to suspect that the staff in this Walgreens is RACIST. So many bad reviews and nothing has been done. I guess Walgreens dosent mind losing customers and money to a larger competitor especially one that is sitting right across the street from them smh. When your customers aren't important to you enough to see what's going on in one of your stores. Money is green no matter what color a person's skin is.

  • Luis Fernandez

I mean... I'd go here in a pinch. After at least three very negative experiences I continued to go back due to location (I mean... they're on every corner)... this last time I left two Rx's and was told they would be ready in 30 min. After 35 min I came back to experience the lamest, sheepish faces telling me, "oops, we forgot to process them." After circling and killing time for thirty minutes... the a-holes hadn't even moved my Rx's off from near the phone where they left them by the drive-thru. ABYSMAL service. Walgreens seems to be the sort of abusive company that stretches its employees soooo thin. I feel bad for their employees but will NOT BE COMING BACK. I'm also a physician who will recommend patients to go elsewhere.

Girl with glasses who worked 12/8/22 after 7 pm had a nasty attitude when she blatantly lied to my face saying they don’t do cash loads after 6pm. I’m not understanding what the attitude was for when she was just standing there and not checking nobody out, nobody was in line when I approached her. It’s pathetic to walk into a Walgreens for something simple as a cash load just to experience attitude with a lie, I went to the Walgreens on 43rd after being lied to at this location and guess what they greeted me and did the transaction for me…better customer service is needed at this location! I won’t be coming to this location for anything after this experience! Do and hire better or permanently close this location!

  • Madeleine Capetillo

I made an appointment for my vaccine. Got there 15 minutes early, and checked in with a pharmacy tech who said my name would be called once they were ready for me. Waiting over 30 minutes, only for the pharmacist to say that the pharm tech did not in fact check me in, and that I needed to fill out paperwork, which I thought was weird cause I did it online when I made my appointment! I didn't even get my vaccine because at that point I wasn't about to wait another 30 minutes while they took everyone else ahead of me because at that point I'd been marked as a walk in. I absolutely despise using this pharmacy because the techs nor the pharmacist in charge just never seem to have their act together.

  • Rich Kim

Probably the worst pharmacy in terms of customer service. I would describe how well they did but after being put on hold for over 35 minutes, I was unable to call in a prescription. It was faster for me to drive home, log on to a computer, and send the prescription electronically. FYI, by the time I sent in the prescription and wrote the review, I was still on hold. I can say that they do periodically take you off hold from the awful synthesized elevator music to let the phone ring occasionally, just to put you back on hold. Don’t go here unless it is the last pharmacy in Texas, and definitely don’t ask your physician to “call in a prescription.” Too bad I can’t give a negative star review.

  • Bruno Ortega

I guess the 2.5 stars given to this location are a pretty much right. I would say it is a bit high! They even make fun of rightful customers. 3 times going to this location after they had called me to tell me my prescription was ready and 3 times I had to go home and come back at a later time. It is flat out wrong. The third time they even made me wait for 30min while they made fun of me. When I asked again if my prescription was ready, they told me it would be ready 4 hours later that day. 15 minutes later they call my wife and tell her it is ready in 10 min. Hopefully someone at Walgreens cares about their chain. Will be calling to make a report about the 3 incidents.

  • Gayle Santangelo

I have ordered 3 orders of photos from this Walgreens, and all 3 have had issues. Never again. One was mislabeled and it took 10 minutes for them to find the right photos, another time they mixed someone else’s photos in my order. I gave them a third chance, and today I ordered invitations. After receiving the “your order is ready” email, went to the store only to be told their cutter was down, so the invited were printed but not ready. “Didn’t they call you and tell you that?” ...would I have driven there if someone had? The invites didn’t even look professional, they had streaks like the ink was running out, so I’m glad to be going somewhere else instead.

  • Brian Kubiak

This place sucks. My six month old daughter has had two open heart surgeries. Got medicine from here for about two months because they were the only ones that mixed compounds. Then one day we called to order refills and they said it would be ready the next day as usual. However two days later no medicine and its critical for my daughters heart to have this medicine. My wife sat there I the store for over three hours waiting. Comes to find out one of the girls in the pharmacy couldn't process it right, instead of asking to get it right or as a courtesy calling us, she decided to be lazy and do nothing. Horrible. I refuse to give walgreens any more business.

  • Katie Lingafelter

This is for the pharmacy - I finally just switched my prescription over to another pharmacy yesterday but have been using this one for forever because the location is convenient. However, they are literally THE WORST - terrible customer service, painfully slow and inefficient. Any time I try to call, I am on hold for 40+ minutes, then someone will pick up, press some buttons and I’m back on hold…OR it’s apparent that I’m next in line because it changes from elevator music to ringing…but it’ll just keep ringing and they never pick up. If by some miracle, they do pick up, you’re met with the WORST, most entitled attitude from the pharmacist.

  • Jessica Olvera

Getting ahold of someone in pharmacy is not easy. I’ve called about 7 times within two days at different hours considering their possible peak hours. After being on queue , someone picks up and hangs up. Every single time. Just once was I able to get ahold of someone to update my insurance , but before I could ask the estimated time for my prescription to be ready, they hung up and haven’t been able to reach anyone since. The status isn’t available on the phone options provided. The app is no help either , there’s no way to send a message or check status . It’s just says “unavailable”. Regret having my prescription sent here.

  • d m

Rude and inefficient pharmacy. They weren’t able to fill my prescription without difficulty and then they wanted to charge much more even though the discount card reflected a different price. This company must be treating employees bad. I’m guessing this is coming from their corporate structure. They are probably cutting corners, which is why they have so many unhappy workers. I went to Kroger‘s on 11th St. and Shepherd, and was able to get my same prescription filled easily with the price reflected from the discount card and good customer service with an added plus of a drive-thru.

  • Steve Jordan

Worst pharmacy experience ever!!! Dropped off Rx at 4:15pm and was told to come back at 5:40pm. So, I came back at 6:30pm and was told sorry it is not ready yet, but we will call you when it is ready. Called them at 8:10pm and was told there is a problem with getting prices back from your insurance carrier, so we can only sell them to you at the cash price which was hundreds of dollars. Ended up driving back to get my Rx so I could go somewhere else. Went to the CVS next store and was told 30-40 minutes for pickup and that my insurance was working just fine. Never again Walgreens!

  • Maricela Morena

Indeed the WORST pharmacy I have ever had to deal with. I've been without my medication for a month despite addressing it four times (upon picking up my last order, two weeks before my next refill, a week before my next refill, and the day of). I always pay ahead so I can have a smooth pick-up, yet something is always going wrong. I was reassured by broken promises that my medications would be ready; now, here we are a month later. If you need your medication consistently, avoid this pharmacy at all costs, they are unreliable and very disorganized.

  • K M

It's very frustrating to deal with staff that could care less about promptness and accuracy of filling my prescriptions! I called a week BEFORE the storm and my meds were not ready until a week AFTER! Needless to say, I'd never appreciated hearing people's horror stories about abruptly stopping their antidepressants! A very robust white pharmacy tech gave me attitude for being in a panic when I kept going in. The staff didn't want to call other local pharmacies I could go to and like most Walgreen's in Houston, HIPAA is not followed here.

  • Johnny Ximenez

I walked in the store without a mask on 07/23 at 11:00am. Cashier st the time got my attention about not having on a mask, which I deeply appreciated. The issue was an oriental person came in right after me with no mask. I told her, I'm sorry sir, but he's an employee. I can't tell him anything. He knows better but I apologize. She said if you want to address it to him you can. I didn't feel right that we are obligated to wear a mask due to the pandemic but the employee felt no need to wear one and no one of management told him anything.

  • Pamela R

Worst pharmacy i have ever been in. They text that your prescription is ready for pick up and Then you actually try to pick it up And they never have it. They are clueless. And rude! I had this happen 3 times. I will not go back. There are pharmacies that actually do what they are supposed to do in a timely manner and are pleasant and helpful. I will go to the one across the street That starts with a C. Bye Bye Walgreens! No stars here! But if you dont give them a star they won’t post your review . They probably will take it down anyway.

  • Su Bailey

I was in the store for a flu shot and have only good things to say. The pharmacist who gave me the shot was professional and competent. I had the opportunity while I waited to observe a young man who I think was a tech (white male with long dark hair) answer the phone and wait on people. He was exceptionally friendly and helpful to everyone he interacted with. It was great to hear someone sound like each customer was the most important person and their needs equally important. I hope management will pass this on to these employees.

  • Christina LaChance

RE: pharmacy. #1 I agree with other reviewers, getting put on hold, phone gets answered then slammed down, more waiting. #2 Not sure what the problem is, but this is the second time this has happened to me in the past year...my doc submitted the prescription, 3 days later despite my calling Walgreens AND my doc still no prescription. Doc submitted and resubmitted the prescription twice and also called. Pharmacy STILL telling me they never received it! And it's an antibiotic that I needed to start taking 3 days ago. Unacceptable

  • lina lara

Do NOT Drop off your prescription at this location!! They gave me the wrong prescription then, they expected me to pay again for the correct prescription. One of the managers eventually helped. I’ve had serval issues with this location from staff getting attitudes for not doing their job and not wanting to verify my insurance, and wanting me to pay out of pocket. I’ve even made compliant’s to corporate. Do yourself a favor save yourself the head and go to HEB on Shepard!!

  • Alex Kouri

THIS IS THE WORST WALGREENS PHARMACY I HAVE EVERY VISITED. They have lost my px, told me something is filled and then when I get there, it isn't, they keep you on hold forever and never pick up the phone. You have to drive there to speak to anyone. Their app PX ordering system doesn't always work. ENDLESS. Nice people, but terrible and completely unreliable service. I've been getting PX from Walgreens in different states for years and they are always great. Bummer.

  • Christopher Nwabuisi

I was there yesterday evening and tried to do a split transaction pay some with cash and some with card. They didn't know how to do it so the cashier and the manager lied and said you can only pay in full one way. I know this isn't true because any POS terminal do it they just didn't know how or refused to do it. So I left and bought my stuff across the street at CBS for the same price. The manager had an undertone as well and was very condescending.

  • Alex R

I have tried calling the pharmacy here multiple times and always get told they have a long line of callers. Over and over I listen to the on-hold music until my turn to talk to someone in the pharmacy becomes apparent by the phone ringing. Every time, I can hear someone pick up the phone, press some buttons, and suddenly I am back on hold. This can go on for 30+ minutes. Clearly they don’t care about helping people and want to do anything else but.

  • Chris Coffman

This review is for the pharmacy. I usually go to CVS, but they didn't have the medicine my son needed. I called Walgreens and they picked up the phone promptly and looked up the medicine. I walked in without having a pre-existing account set up with them and they still processed my scrip in under 15 minutes. There were at least 4 pharmacists and techs working behind the window - I was impressed. The customer service experience was very good.

  • Matthew Pena

This review is reflective of Walgreens the company and not the pharmacy staff. The company runs these pharmacies with a skeleton crew. I assume they are understaffed based on my experiences in person and by phone. When I have called the pharmacy, I've been put on hold 3-4x in a row. When I finally get to someone, they are helpful, but I can't call in without feeling like I'm the lowest thing on their priority list, which I very well may be.

  • Taylor G

Do not use this pharmacy. They are not capable of filling a prescription. They held my prescription for 2 weeks, 2 weeks I went without my medication. I went in 3 times asking about it and each time they said they did not have the correct information the transfer the script to fill it even though I gave them all of my info each time and watch them write down the information. Very unorganized and unprofessional.

  • Todd Worley

Made appointment online as requested, filled out all of their paperwork online, arrived 5 minutes early for round two of my shingles vaccine. They make me do everything, all paperwork etc over again. When I ask why, they don’t have the courtesy to reply. Slow time of day no one in line for Rx yet I have to wait 30 minutes past the appointment I made. The worst part is they don’t even care.

  • Mary Bernadine

The technicians in the pharmacy really need to learn phone etiquette before handling the phone and acting unprofessional. They don't deserve to work there because they are spoiling the image of Walgreens. I called the pharmacy and the technician picked up the phone and said something I couldn't understand and kept putting me on hold, not even a chance for me to speak. That is really bad.

  • Angie Tee

The worker immediately started ringing up all of my items with the person behind me. Assuming we were together since we were the same race. Once I informed her of this discrepancy, she began to slam all of my items on the counter as she was bagging them. Didn’t speak to me and give me my total either. Just demanded I pay. No wonder why this place has 2 stars, should have 0.

  • Sean Ryan

This place is awful. Pharmacy lost 2 prescriptions. The customer service is terrible, and the Pharmacy department is rude. If you try to call in, you could be on hold forever. I've sat for 30 minutes, and every 3-4 minutes, someone picks up and immediately puts you on hold again. I have no idea if anyone will ever answer the phone. I don't know how long that might take.

  • Lauren Bonetti

This is only for the pharmacy, not the whole store. I’m not sure if they’re chronically short staffed or what, but there is almost always a LONG wait. Both inside, in the drive through, and on the phone. The only reason I come to this location is the convenience, but I’d rather go out of my way to a Walgreens that prioritizes some level of efficiency.

  • Ryan J.

This pharmacy is an absolute joke. I tried filling a prescription over the phone for 3 straight days, and their team would just continuously put me on hold without even addressing me once. I sat on hold for over 40 minutes each day. Finally drove up to the pharmacy on day 4 and have sat in line for 45 minutes. I’m done with them. Good riddance.

  • Joanna Chavez

I’ve never used their pharmacy services which by the looks of all the horrible reviews I will never use it. But their Photo department for passport has been great took mine and my daughters passport photo taken here a year apart and my mothers and they’ve never been rejected I’ve heard at other Walgreens their photos do get rejected.

  • Judith Pruitt

The pharmacy is very unorganized. 8 days ago my insurance approved the medication and Walgreens said they ordered it and it would be at the store in 2 days. Now it's 8 days later and they still don't have it, so they're going to manually order it. They should have known it was taking too long, and done something about it days ago.

  • Susan Vice

Rude cashier… happens time and time again , different people . My neighborhood store and it’s disappointing, the store is clean and merchandise displayed beautifully they can’t get anyone that can be pleasant to the customers . I walked right across the street to CVS where prices may be higher but the workers are so much nicer .

  • Jeff Martin

The level of incompetence at this pharmacy is staggering. As the previous reviewers mentioned, they have no problem taking prescriptions, yet picking them up is another issue. A simple call if there's a problem is not hard to implement. My experienced here was so stressful that I will never shop at another Walgreens again.

  • Edlin Chavez

I went for makeup and it has just one wall and tiny sections of each. It's not the place for make up. Now the snacks were super easy to find because they are pretty much set everywhere. Their drink selection is good too. The parking lot may be a little sketchy. The manager walked us out because of suspicious activity.

  • Halo 2 Bullseye

Wanted to rate it lower, but after getting a booster here I feel grateful that it was free of charge and that I got it done. The pharmacy feels stressful though, like there is a lot going in. Frantic feeling. I have only been there one time though, I don't know if I would have the same experience going back.

  • alan Westfall

OMG!! yes after reading all the reviews I'm not the only one i hate!! hate!!! this store this pharmacy is a joke i call and call no answer they put you on hold and wont pick up to say please hold. I'm changing my pharmacy the entire staff needs to be fired!!!!!!! I wish i could give a negative star rating.

  • Martin Villegas

The pharmacy specifically does not like to answer phone calls. They put you on hold for longest times and will leave you there as long as possible. I have been on hold for 20 minutes and I hear can when they pick up to put me on hold again since I hear a faint voice. Will avoid using this place in future.

  • Matthew Begnaud

To start, the pharmacy team as a whole are pleasant. I've only been using this location for 6 months since I moved to the area. Unfortunately I'll be transferring to another location. The wait times are just not acceptable, it's clear there is a management issue and training or additional staff is needed.

  • Kara Stewart

I was getting one picture done and Ms. Sonia Rogers got it done in under 1 minute. She was very helpful and.nice. if I didnt live so far I would definitely come back here for my photos. Thank you so much for your time and help Ms.Rogers. Even know she was wearing mask her smile lit up. She made my day.

  • Manisha Maisuria

Very excellent customer service! Diane is shift lead / manager very patient and nice she gave $5.00 cash rewards in my account as there was some problem just because of a penny difference!! I am a satisfied customer!! Thanks Diane once again!! I will often visit this place and recommend to everyone!!☺️

  • Asia Motley

Had a really bad experience today. The pharmacist couldn’t have been ruder or less helpful. Made me cry actually. Would absolutely never recommend them and urge her to look into a profession that isn’t dealing with scared people about to go into surgery. She made me feel less than human. Brutal.

  • Rod Keels

This Walgreens is in a good location at the intersection of W. 20th & Yale. Clean store with good merchandise presentation. Walgreens has a good ad insert in the Sunday newspaper. They frequently run good sales on detergents, sodas, etc. Cigarettes prices are lower than most stores in the area.

  • Shae Banks

Great customer service from Gabe in the photo department. Gabe is very patient and customer Thank you Gabe for your pleasant spirit. Good customer service is hard to find but, Gabe definitely has it. Thank you Walgreens for such an amazing employee. I highly recommend this store to my family.

  • Pilar

the worst pharmacy service i put my order since 4:20 and almost 8 and they said still not ready .so mad. cvs next door will give the medicine they have it but wallgreens dont answer the phone to transfer the order .. Thanks Walgreens for not answer and juat said oh sorry Cvs always be better

  • Renee Myers

I feel like this pharmacy is a necessary evil as the location and the fact they take my insurance are the only reason it gets 2 stars. The customer service at the pharmacy is the worst! They act like they're doing you a favor by purchasing from them. Everytime I leave, I feel aggitated.

  • Bob Mendel

My name is DR Bob Mendel, and I just want EVERYONE TO KNOW THAT THIS IS THE MOST UNPROFESSIONAL, UNCARING AND MISINFORMATION PHARMACY IN THE CITY. I HAVE USED THEM BEFORE BUT I WILL NEVER USE THEM AGAIN!! THEY SEEM NOT TO CARE AND THEY SEEM TO BE NOT HELPFUL!!!

  • Mare L

5 stars for DIANE. After MANY calls to the store concerning a cancelled photo order she was the only employee that truly cared about helping a customer. All the rest 0 stars for trying to push me off to another store! Thank you Diane.

  • Rebecca Miller

Wanted to give thumbs up to my favorite Walgreens . Some of the friendliest people work there who are lead by their team leader Diane who goes above and beyond , her customers really do matter. Thanks Diane and keep up the good job!!!

  • Dana Rice Guidroz

This is the most courteous pharmacy staff I have ever encountered. They are quick to fill prescriptions and are always attentive to waiting customers. I am ALWAYS impressed with the service I receive when I fill prescriptions here.

I see others have beat me to the point! Just have your prescription sent somewhere else the people who work in the pharmacy department are rude and incompetent. (Been on hold for 15mins now I’ll keep updating every ten minutes)

They deleted my review. But this place is garbage. Do NOT get you meds here. They also have alot of "homeless" begging here and in my 30 min of waiting I saw one bum get 3 bags of goods hid them and then asked for money.

Continual phone hold to reach the pharmacy. Someone would answer saying they’re putting me back on hold. After this repeated a few times over 20 minutes I called a different Walgreens pharmacy who answered in two minute.

Wow, customer service is really bad with zero personality. The person we dealt with at checkout really needs to be nicer and not so aggressive when asked a simple question. Snarky is putting it mildly.

  • Avi L

pharmacy had me waiting for more than an hour, i just left and bought something else, the cashier jose was very nice and sweet and apologized on their behalf, that’s the only reason i’m giving 4 stars

  • Mary S

They NEVER answer the phone at the pharmacy. If you call be prepared to be immediately hung up on after waiting for 20 min to talk to someone. I have no clue what is happening there…it’s maddening

  • Rebecca Muñes

This pharmacy is terrible! I’ve been on hold for an hour total and I’ve been hung up on 3 times waiting to speak to the pharmacist. Save yourself the headache and pick another pharmacy.

Another failed job : refused to process vacation override / total indifference for client needs. Went to Walgreens on Smith that got the job done within 12 hours!

  • Ken Scott

They open late. Staff is largely incompetent in pharmacy. Orders are not done correctly. Switching to CVS.

  • Jennifer Brooks

Took over 15 mins to inquire whether they could fill my prescription. Jasmine seemed annoyed by my call.

  • Sunhouse Goody

zero stars. This place is the most frustrating The RX app never works and you will sit on hold for ever.
