I am writing to bring to your attention an issue that I experienced with your pharmacy. As a patient, I was prescribed a course of treatment that included four different medications. However, when I arrived to pick up my prescription, I was informed that only one of the medications was available. The pharmacy staff never mentioned anything about the missing medications during this visit. After contacting my physician, I was assured that the remaining three medications had been prescribed and sent to the pharmacy. To my dismay, upon returning to collect the missing medications, I was informed that they had not been dispensed due to their high cost, except for one medication that was available over the counter at a cheaper price. Despite this, the other three prescribed medications were not offered as alternatives, and this decision caused an unacceptable delay in my treatment. I would appreciate an explanation and reassurance that appropriate measures will be taken to prevent similar incidents in the future. As a valued customer, I hope to receive a prompt response regarding this matter.

Along with every other kind of human flotsam and jetsam you can imagine. And in the end, it's a Walgreens. Most stuff overpriced, occasional deals on stuff, but open until 10 or so, so you can buy that $30 wired computer mouse an hour after Fry's closes, or, well, anything else a Walgreen's sells. The police know it well and you will too, if you frequent downtown.

ordered photos online and never received my same-day-pick up. I had to call and ask why my order wasn't being processed. The gentlemen said the photo machine was broken. Okay. A phone call or follow up would have been a great way to provide service. Mind you had, I had to call twice to actually speak to someone. The first call resulted in my call being disconnected. Finally, five days letter, I get an email saying my photos are ready for pick up. I had to wait nearly 10 minutes for help at the photo counter. The guy at the counter, which ironically was the same guy who helped me over the phone, never apologized. He fumbled through the service and had an extremely bad attitude. Only in California can a Walgreens suck this bad!

Terrible service. Waiting for 30 minutes at curbside pickup parking lot. Hit the button “I’m here” many times. Called the store by phone twice they said “ok”, hang up and no one brings my order. Later the staff aggressively manipulated me. I showed him the phone screen with confirmation email, code and answered "you should apologize to me, I wait for 30 minutes, I hit this button 'I'm here' too many times." He continued aggressively manipulated me, said the system is wrong. I was angrier and said "this is terrible service." He walked off, threw the order to my car and never apologized to me. I never experience this terrible customer service. I almost cry at the Walgreens parking lot. Order: #203994905049

Poor excuse for a Walgreen’s. Pharmacy rep that finally answered the phone was rude to me for checking on a prescription for the 4th day in a row. She gave me attitude because they had a power outage days ago which I knew nothing about. A few weeks ago I had the same problem but that time their “systems were down” (for days, or at least that’s what I was told.) Now I’ve been in the drive thru for 20 minutes. I wonder if Walgreen’s corporate knows how ratchet this location is? I’ve often joked that this location on 17th and Santa Clara is in God’s blind spot. Two stars is generous now that I think about it.

I need to see all review before visiting this store. I had confront with the guy who name Kenny ( chinese guy) while i had vaccin. His attitude toward customer was very rude and wanted to get me out of the room when i asked him about vaccin whether it is Pfizer or not and he refused me. Live is matter i just want to make sure that the vaccin come from USA Because there many kind of vaccin. I just want to let people who want to have vaccin in this store beaware of this guy. His attitude of him make others race hate asian people and can cause ASIAN HATE . I am serious about this.

So I spent 20 minutes shopping, and for some reason their chip reader isn't working. The woman behind the register begins shoving my atm card harder and harder into the machine. It still doesn't work. I tell her I don't think shoving the card in harder is going to fix it and ask if I can go to another register. She says yes but that I'll have to get back in line. There's 20 people in the line. I just left my stuff at the register.

Love store encuentras todo muy útil y satisfactorio sobre todo en la área de medicina. Y el hogar Es un lugar que puedes comprar cosas que te sirven de benéfico y rápido en ovaciones especiales y simplemente para la casa. Son tiendas que puedes obtener beneficios. Tanto en producto como descuentos y ofertas siempre hay ayuda y siempre está organizando y limpio. En mi opinión personal es un lugar súper súper bueno.

Tried to call pharmacy three times around 3:30pm on a weekday to speak with pharmacist or staff member and was hung up before I could even speak. Three times in a row!!! Like ?? What is going on that they can’t at least answer or say they are too busy to talk. Or just don’t answer at all. Also the last two times my husband went to pick up his prescription they were closed due to the computer being down.

We brought a person to get vaccinated (2nd dose) and then Truc, the pharmacist, said this person needed an appointment after the manager has clearly told us that they accept walk-in. We have never had an issue before with other pharmacists, but it sounded there is a disagreement or miscommunication between this pharmacist Truc and the manager. Waste of time!

This used to be a great place to go to, but over the last several months, it’s gone down. I always have to wait 30 min or more to pick up prescriptions. I can never get through to speak to anyone on the phone, and when I do I get put on hold or they hang up. The pharmacy personnel are great though. I will be transferring my prescriptions elsewhere.

I recently moved to this area, so this is the closest store to me. I usually love Walgreen's but the level of incompetence at this particular store is absurd... specifically in the pharmacy.The people who work here have literally no sense of urgency when doing anything. Not sure if they need more people to help, or an entirely new team.

Had to get some antibiotics but Walgreens doesn’t accept medi-cal anthem blue cross so they had to transfer my meds to a CVS on Coleman. Walgreens didn’t answer the 5 calls or 4 faxes that CVS sent them to get my meds!! Had to wait for a while 24hours to get the antibiotics I needed so bad. Never going here again!

Absolutely the worst Walgreen's I have yet been at! First of all its located right where all the crackheads and lunatics habituate, there are always some panhandlers right outside the door begging. Second, there is always long line and it barely moves for some reason, those who work there are super slooow

I use this location often. Mostly the drive thru pharmacy because it is convenient and ive figured out which hours to avoid the line! The employees are always helpful and polite to me. I recomend using any other walgreens so there wont be a lot of people shopping when i am there. Lol

Called ahead to see if an item was in stock. The guy I talked to said it was and when I showed up 20 minutes later, it magically wasn’t. Guessing the guy was lazy and didn’t actually walk over and check. Instead he just lied. This was on Wednesday nov 11 2020 around 9:40pm.

They will cancel your order and say you canceled it. When you call to clarify the lady who does online orders will yell at you to go check in store. If you dont have it in stock just mark it as out of stock instead of saying the customer canceled.

Called from home to ask if they were taking passport pictures, they told me yes. 15 minutes later I arrived to that location and they told the camera have been broken for a few days... please don’t make people waste their time!
