We had a long wait because we were trying to be loyal to a previous sales person. They didn’t even come to acknowledge our presence. We went through another sales person Juan, I think his name was, and he was great! My four stars are because of the previous sales person NOT Jaun. We had our grandchild with us and he talked to her like he was talking to us including her and answering/showing her stuff. We will most likely use him again. He didn’t follow us around the store like a little puppy waiting for a treat like the other one did. He was wonderful and informative and non pressure. He would get five stars.

Love this Walker Furniture collection of furniture. I have not shopped furniture in a store for years. Usually Amazon or Wayfair. It was refreshing to actually go in like old school & have the comfort of sitting & trying out different Recliners/Rockers. Micheal was the Best associate/Manager and was so so accommodating and very nice. We are super excited about our new cream chair. I will sleep in it the last 2 months of this pregnancy and then use it in the baby’s room for a rocker. Love Walker Furniture and their 70% off sale was Amazing! Will go back! Thanks a ton Michael

It was a very good experience Walker Furniture has a wide variety of designs and prices, our consultant Katelyn Moore was very professional and helped us with everything we needed, my mother and I recently moved to Vegas and we had been looking for a couple of weeks for furniture and Katelyn helped us find just what we needed and even helped us apply for great credit. My friend and I were in the market for a couch. We had an amazing customer service experience, with Will and Kristy. They were there for us throughout our buying experience and eventually found the most comfy couch we've wanted. At first we had an idea of a sectional, but as we've ventured out the thousands of couches and seating, we settled for a simple three sectional couch that looks amazing for our home. After going upstairs and looking over the bedroom sets, I saw other sales people but no one approached me so I went looking for Kwame and was glad that I did. Can’t say enough great things about Walker Furniture and particularly about Frank who helped us! Frank made sure measurements were done and that everything we selected was in stock or available for delivery. He explained all warranty details and made sure to give us our military discount on top of a sale price. I have shopped with Walker as long as I’ve lived in Vegas and never had an issue. The price and quality are unbelievable and they stand behind it!!!

Shopping at Walker Furniture was a breeze. Martha made it so easy for my wife and I and she was so friendly and engaging. During the sale I was promised I would be informed today what 4-hour window my delivery will be in. It's 4.34pm as I post this message and I do not know which 4-hour window I should be expecting my delivery. What makes it worse is when I called no one cared because they have been paid and I am told just wait till tomorrow the day of the delivery. They said anything and everything just to get the order and payment and then told to wait

I went into the store to pay for Cocktail table I found on line after having problems getting to the payment site. Vickie was so friendly on the phone. Sent an e-mail with all the information I needed Transaction went so smooth. In the store I found a cocktail table I liked much better and also purchased a side table. I am delighted. Walker is our go to furniture store.Their prices and their quality can't be beat. I would have given them five stars except the salesperson this time was so pushy and rushed us through the whole process to the point where I almost left the store. At one point she even made a comment about having a big order and treated us like our order was not very important to her.

I went to Walker's Furniture Store to purchase a recliner. I am truly happy with my salesperson (Ruby) who showed me several recliners and explaining the price and features of each one. I had a very pleasant experience. Rodney Alexander was my sales person. He greeted me at the door. I told him what I wanted and he took me to the show room floor. I laid on 2 mattresses,, picked the one I wanted and he wrote it up. I was in the store in less than an hour. He answered all my questions and it was done.

My whole experience has been amazing. I found the bed I was looking for. The saleslady was so polite and she made me feel comfortable.
