Wardley Real Estate, Jeff Sommers, LJ Wardley and Bethany Abgrab took advantage of my families hardship by not telling me how their process works. They told me my grandparents did not have to sign their agreement and used dates that were not correct on the agreement thay asked me to sign. They said they understood that my job loss meant I had to sell my home quickly to care for my wife and seven children. After 2 months I had to find a buyer myself with no real estate agents. Bethany Abgrab said she understood my situation and cried with my wife but Wardley Real Estate, Jeff Sommers and LJ Wardley made me pay. Only the day before closing did i fond out that they would make me pay them $20,000 6% fee by stopping my closing with their lawyer. I had already made arrangements to move on with my life and had no choice. I even offered to pay them half and they would not accept. I had no choice and have lost over $20,000. They even celebrated on a phone call to me that they would make money. I did not understand the agreement i signed and I still do not understand how they kept over $20,000 from my family. They were dishonest. They told me my grandparents did not have to sign which is not correct because all owners have to sign. They did not tell me i would have to pay them a 6% fee. They did not put correct dates and update errors on their agreement. They even dated the agreement expired before i signed it. I want this complaint to confirm my agreement was not valid and force these people to think about my situation and not do the same to someone else.

I am a first time home buyer and I was terrified of the process of buying a home after hearing many horrible stories I was almost discouraged to seek a home for myself. But, Jun Gundayao made the entire process seem effortless. He truly cares about his clients and does so by his work ethic. He worked late and fought relentlessly to make sure I was getting the best deal and not being taken advantage of by the buyers or lenders. Although there were many drawbacks with working with my bank lender, Jun was very patient and persistent in making sure all parties involved would meet the closing date. He is honest and genuine and I am truly blessed to have Jun by my side throughout this entire journey. I will be recommending him to all of my friends and family looking for a home.

If you want people to come to you, how about start off by not sending them junk mail to their mail box? I already opt out for not receiving junk mail but obviously these people just ignore it, I'm reporting you to FTC and I hope I will never ever receive another junk mail from you.

The agent told me he does not work for me and he was going to do things his way. Then started to quote to me his record. I don’t care about his record and I am the customer and he is the employee. I pay him not the other way around. Do not use this agency, they do not work for you.
