I was given wrong information about returning an item and I had the unfortunate circumstance to have to deal with the store manager who has absolutely zero customer service and people skills. She continually went on about “policy” and was refusing to do the return because it was Dec 27th. She said it stated this on the bottom of their receipts (which how would I have known this when I didn’t have the receipt?)There were no other customers in the store. I did not have a receipt and was advised at purchase I didn’t need one to make the return. I described the associate that sold me the item and she stated she didn’t have anyone of that description then stated she was going to “find out who was on the schedule and talk to them”. This SM completely lacks any sense of leadership and it was and utterly exasperating experience. I asked her if she could look up my transaction and she said her CRM had been having problems. (?) It became evident to me that she had made her mind up to not help me. I located the purchase on my banking app and she finally refunded me. She began to school me that “next time she wouldn’t do the refund without a receipt”. I guaranteed her I would never be shopping in her store again. She stated she had been in retail for over 20 years. As a CX professional my recommendation is perhaps it’s time for a change. If I could leave zero stars I would.

Normally a great place. I was at the store for 20 minutes max. During this visit I was asked 3 times if I was doing alright or needed assistance, twice by the same person. One I had collected two items an item on a hanger and a tank top. The same woman who kept asking me if I'm okay asked if she could start a room for me. I responded saying I was ready to check out with one of my items when. I was going to say I would put the other one away when I was interrupted and asked about the shirt I was going to put away. I felt pressured to leave. I really shouldn't have bought the sweater after being followed as intensely as I was. I fully understand following people who you maybe suspect of shop lifting, but I only had a small purse and a thin jacket for Winnipeg winters unzipped. Generally disappointed with my experience today. I worked in that mall for years and visited the store very frequently. Probably not going to visit this store in specific again.

I find the shirts always shrink, and my last purchase there was a pair of dark blue Jean's. Well I had washed them before wearing, and have since washed them several times to try and get the dye out. I wore them on a date with my boyfriend and our hands turned blue from touching them, and they also stained my purse really badly. I now have to was my pants in vinegar to try and set the colour which I shouldn't have to do, considering that I have washed them 5 or 6 times already!

Vienna and another lady working today were amazing. I was having such a gard time finding jeans with my weight gain abr not only did they find me jeans within my budget, but the jeans were way more comfortable than the ones I walked in with and they made me feel more confident. The ladies were awesome, they were checking sizes for me, and they were super kind and friendly

I went here the other day and needed jeans for work, specifically no holes or rips. The woman who helped me was very helpful and seemed to know what they were doing. I got my jeans and she helped pick out my size no judgement at all. Can't say everyone will have a great experience but I know I did.

I'm biased because I wear 80% WH1 clothing. I love their jeans especially. They have alot of stretch and last a while. I do often buy their tanks and tees also. Not so much hoodies as I find they shrink in the arm length. This store always has good service as well.

Always friendly knowledgeable staff. Love the promotion where you trade in gently worn Jean's to be donated to a charity and receive a discount. Please keep bringing us these promotions. I love helping others and getting a deal too.

Used to be a cool store of neat fashions. Now it feels uninspired and the styles are more like what your grandma would think is cool. Sizes are limited in what's offered.

Bought a new parka on Saturday, 70% off. Love the parka - has all the features I wanted: no fur, two-way zipper, pockets with zippers, warm, comfortable, not too heavy.

Very rude girl at counter when checking out. Rudely asked me my name. Wanted phone no I said no. She said its policy. You know what you can do with your policy!!!!

Super impressed by the plus size jeans and Omg... they actually have pockets and not a reasonable facsimile there of!!! Haha!! Always buy one, get one half off!
