I recently used WashMart's laundry service and I must say I was thoroughly impressed. From start to finish, the process was seamless and easy. The staff was courteous and professional, and they took great care of my clothes. The facility was clean and well-organized, and it was clear that the staff takes pride in maintaining a high level of cleanliness and hygiene. The machines were top-of-the-line and the detergent used was of excellent quality, leaving my clothes looking and smelling fresh and clean. One thing that really stood out to me was the attention to detail that WashMart's staff paid to each and every item of clothing. They took the time to inspect each piece and made sure that any stains or spots were treated properly, without damaging the fabric. The turnaround time was also impressive. I dropped off my laundry in the morning and it was ready for pickup the same day, neatly folded and packed. It was such a relief to have this task taken care of so quickly and efficiently. Overall, I highly recommend WashMart for all your laundry needs. Their service is top-notch, their staff is friendly and professional, and their prices are very reasonable. I will definitely be using their services again in the future.

From start to finish the service provided by team at Wash Mart was absolutely spectacular. Tomato sauce was accidentally dropped onto a very expensive suit of mine on a saturday night. I contacted the number listed and was met with an immediate response from the owner who provided me with guidance after hours and arranged a time to drop it off the following day. After i dropped off my suit he kept me updated throughout the process. Once ready for pick up i was notified and when picking up my suit i was floored by the final product. Everything was perfect, no sign of any stains, and all my clothes was taken care of. All of this service, followed by a bargain of a price, i cannot suggest this place strongly enough. Thank you so much for saving my suit!!!!

Why aren't there more stars!!! Honestly, I can't rate this service highly enough. We had a school blazer that needed cleaning in a rush. In the time we gave, Wash Mart weren't able to clean it 'to a standard they were comfortable with' but as we'd asked, they gave the blazer back so we would have it for school. They however offered to take it back whenever we had the time, at no extra cost and finish the clean!!! We dropped it off on a Friday and then totally forgot to pick it up even though Wash Mart had tried to call us on Sunday evening. Safe to say, that Wash Mart took care of their customer and we had the blazer for school on Monday morning 7am. Amazing guys, you have a customer for life. Great service, great clean and just fantastic customer care.

Left clothes for wash, dry and fold around 10am on Fri and recd confirmation it will be picked up on Sat same time. Reach at noon and the lady attending (Maria) is surprised that I needed the clothes today and tells me how the attendant from the previous day should have put the clothes in the washer so she could finish. Then she offers to do wash and dry but no fold with a generous (read sarcastic) discount of 16.7%. The owner seemed to be out of the country and it seems like my bad luck to be dealing with non decision makers. I needed the clothes since we are visiting for vacation and now SOL and find some other place that might have better service standards.

Excellent service and clean, nicely folded clothes! We were traveling and in the area for a couple of weeks, and brought several bags of laundry over to Shamil and his team during that time. It was great being able to drop laundry and pop back the next day to pick up clean, folded laundry. They use a warm/cool water for washing and dry on low/ delicate. I had no issue with my cold wash/ delicate dry clothes. We had one badly stained shirt (cranberry juice) and was impressed that they even got that clean, too. I wish they had this service near us in Texas!

Shamil from Wash Mart dry cleaning in Ryde was so welcoming and friendly from the moment I stepped into his store. He is without doubt the master of stain removal, tasked with removing a very stubborn stains from my skirt. If I could I would surely give them 10 stars. I called them in the morning asking if I could leave some clothes for ironing as I had an interview the next morning and needed it urgently. They called me back promptly as soon as it was done. When I reached there the owner was really kind and refused to take any kind of payment from me. It was my first visit and It really made my day. absolutely awful experience. the men i was dealing with were rude and disinterested. i should've listened to my friend to go elsewhere, he works closeby and has gone a few times and has witnessed the way they've talked to some people the last time he went, but for convenience i ended up here but never again. i'd give this place a pass unless you want to be treated like you're less than nothing or less important than the next guy. unimpressed and disappointed. unaustralian behaviour

This is a great laundromat. Shamil - the owner - is lovely and professional. They take excellent care with your clothes and a quick turnaround. I was late for pickup and he was very understanding. He helped me carry my bags to the car (as I had a lot of washing). I highly recommend this place for all of your laundromat needs. My clothes look excellent and I will be returning and recommending.

I was travelling in town for 2 weeks and needed wash and fold service. Inquired on the website and Shamil dropped me a message/ call to answer my queries. The store even offers delivery charges for a reasonable 20 dollars for the distance we were at, my colleague and I were overall happy with the quality of the wash. Shamil has done a fabulous job with one of my saree which has got lot of oil stains. They went beyond my expectations in cleaning the saree which was full of beads. Very good service, with my 2 piece suit dry cleaned to perfection. I thought I had lost my tie the night before I took it the dry cleaners but it turns out it was in my pocket. The family that run this place are lovely. Super professional, large bags of laundry for $25. They are definitely worth it. I'll be back again. Also my clothes actually look and smell clean, and without the horrible starchy feeling you can get sometimes.
