One of the staff was very rude today. Yelled at me for having my foot on the brake or not having the car in neutral. Neither was correct. For some reason the wash stopped. I was blamed for it and yelled at. I had to return because my car was still soapy and the same rude staff member said "what are you doing back here" I cursed at him and told him that he had no business yelling at me or making untrue accusations and I am back because my car is still soapy. Very poor customer service. He should have apologized for the problem, but instead yelled and blamed the customer. The other staff member was courteous and professional. This guy really needs some training or anger management. We all have problems but that should not result in yelling and blaming the customer when the car wash malfunctions. I hope he reflects on how he handled the situation and treats others with more respect.

I’ve been going here for 6 months and generally loved the wash and the price point. I bought another wash card around Christmas and went once, came back in February and found out it’s “expired” and only lasts for a month. This is really disappointing since they don’t tell you this when you buy it, and I got the card as a gift for someone else and that is also now going to be expired. Really don’t know why they won’t let you use all your washes that you purchased, even if you don’t do them all in the same 30 days. I won’t be going back, this needs to be disclosed when buying the card and I’m not sure if this is something new that was added because I never had an issue before.

A fine car wash in the traditional sense where they direct you onto the conveyor track, then power wash the areas of your vehicle that receive the brunt of exposure from road debris and bugs. I generally buy the Worx Pass card and it makes my cars look great! Best bargain is the Monthly Pass (Wash each day). Vacuum your vehicle's interior for merely a $1 Loonie. Opens 8 am-8 pm M-Sat., 8 am-6 pm Sun. Accessible off Maple Avenue or Fairview Street entranceways, immediately beside the ramp into Mapleview Mall.

I had a similar experience as Syoon83. I had purchased a book of four coupons a while ago and wanted to use the last one tonight. The apparent owner said that it was a fraud and that I would not be getting a car wash with it. Either he is a thief or his employees are because I bought the coupons from that location. Be aware of this corrupt, lying thief.

It gets the job done, at least in the summer. When older guys are working - car gets sprayed properly before going into the bay. Young guys need to improve a little bit. Had bugs leftovers on my front bumper, which is really visible on a white car. Dryer is never good on any of these automatic washes, but better than nothing.

Not possible to talk to an adult/owner. Phone number does not work. Went back a couple of days later to tell them the back of the SUV was not clean - answer - very rude and dismissive - you should have come back right away - guess the next time you will know better!! Guess there will not be a next time.

Got a quick basic touch less car wash for $11. Good clean but old equipment. Instead of fine brush, they use flat pads like brush. Got the job done, friendly staff as well. Good location too, right in front of Maple view mall. Just wished it would have been little cheaper for the basic wash, no waxing.

Best car wash goin'! The young fella that takes the $ is quite personable. I always tip em. It must be FREEZING standing there spraying vehicles down all day. Wash is pretty quick. Could stand a bit more attention on the truck running boards but... better than scrubbin it myself!

Purchased coupon books a while ago and they will not accept it because of "new management" dispite not having any expiration date or rules saying otherwise. Terrible professionalism would strongly recommend avoiding this place.

I received a book of coupons with no expiry date and was told that they are no longer valid. I would suggest anyone who purchases a coupon book to think twice. This is the total opposite of Good business practices .

Very good service and staff* very delightful service. They respect their customers and take feedback very serious. But please be aware that they do close 15-10 minutes earlier then the times posted.

best car was ever. cheaper and better than the auto spa. amazing workers all very kind and they clean my rims and tires aswell. also do a full power wash before you go though, love it.

For the price don't have to complain. Its just easier $6 and they wash my truck. Think how much we spend on tim hortons in the morning lol. I like to drive everyday with a clean truck.

Decent price. Basic wash does a great job and the attendant hoses and soaps up the car before you enter which helps get rid of the road grime. This is the best carwash in Burlington.

Basic wash does not remove bird poop. Have been a customer here for years and overlooked the decline in service due to convenience of location. Will not be going back.
