During a stressful time while staying in Naples we had to do lots of laundry. The laundry assistant spoke great English, was knowledgeable and helpful, and even bought us Cappuccino when he saw we had been using the laundry back to back days and how distressed we were. The facilities were clean and there was not a lot of people there, the instructions in both English and Italian for how to use the machine are clearly written on the walls. There is even a machine to break your cash down into smaller chunks for the laundry machines. The detergent is already included in the laundry machines so you don’t have to buy it extra/separately, unlike some other self-service laundromats I have used. Highly highly recommend! Durante un periodo stressante durante il nostro soggiorno a Napoli, abbiamo dovuto fare molto bucato. L'assistente alla lavanderia parlava un ottimo inglese, era ben informato e disponibile e ci ha persino comprato un cappuccino quando ha visto che usavamo il bucato da giorni e quanto eravamo angosciati. Le strutture erano pulite e non c'era molta gente, le istruzioni sia in inglese che in italiano su come usare la macchina sono chiaramente scritte sui muri. C'è anche una macchina per suddividere i tuoi soldi in pezzi più piccoli per le lavatrici. Il detersivo è già incluso nelle lavatrici, quindi non è necessario acquistarlo in più/separatamente, a differenza di altre lavanderie self-service che ho utilizzato. Consiglio vivamente!

Muy bien, ropa limpia y seca por poco dinero y cercano a nuestro alojamiento. Las lavadoras y secadoras funcionan con monedas de 1 € o con las fichas que otorga la pequeña máquina para cambios, indistintamente.

Super cute, clean, and machines wash super well! €5 for one wash, only one small machine includes detergent & softener, €7 for big machine, 2 of them, €1 to dry, 4 dryers. Highly recommend!!!

内装、設備ともとてもきれいで清潔です。オーナーであるお母さんはイタリア語のみ、息子さんは英語が話せます。しかも、息子さんは日本に住んだ事があるそうです。お二方ともとても親切に対応してくださいます。20€まで両替できますが、お店オリジナルコインと混ざっているので不要なオリジナルコインはオーナーさんに言えば交換してくれます。

KOR - 제일 작은 세탁기 기준 5 유로 입니다. 세제 따로 살 필요 없이 세탁 시 자동으로 나옵니다. 건조기도 옆에 구비 되어 있습니다. 동전 교환기에서 세탁기 전용 코인으로 교환 후 사용하시면 됩니다. 한 번 돌리면 35분 소요 됩니다.

Nice & Clean place. Dont put any NOTES to machine. It wont give u couns back. I put 5€ note and nothing happen.
