My Xbox One's power supply died on me. I called Waterdown Retail 45 minutes before the store opened and the owner answered. I thanked him for answering early and told him what I was looking for. He did not have any in stock but offered to loan a power supply to me, to ensure that was indeed the issue. It turns out that a power supply was needed and for the owners efforts, he gets 5 stars. There was no sale on the table and he still went out of his way to assist me. I do purchase other items from the store and highly recommend these guys. Thanks for all your help this week!

ive went to this store on and off for a while and its got alot of interesting games in there. i find the prices for some games being a bit higher than i would prefer but i still find some really good games that are not too expensive. the store is a bit cramped but it really isnt that bad and there magazines/comics they have at the back were in really good condition from when i last saw to. i would recommend to people interested in older games as they have alot of those to but ive never seen n64 games there. i would recommend

Didn't actually buy anything so I shouldn't post a 5 star review, but there's no negatives at all. I'll update this if I do ever buy something. Surprises: Really great prices on board games, comparable to 401games. Decent selection as well, I'm sure you can talk with them to order a game you're looking for as they're pretty friendly Reproduction games - very cool. Grab fan made games on rom hacks as physical copies. Apparently they assemble the carts as well, they aren't just reselling. Definitely recommend.

I've been visiting this small store for years now for second hand video games, spare controllers, chargers, and nicotine products. The staff has always been extremely friendly and always has helpful suggestions for new things to try. If they didn't have an item I was looking for in their vape area, they would suggest a similar product or look into ordering it for me. I will 100% continue to shop there!

What I love are the old school games. They have everything from the original Nintendo and Sega right on up. Fair prices, and decent trade in values. I do wish though that they rented games.... That is one experience that I really miss, which kids now will never experience. I don't vape, nor do I condone it. However I am not going to knock the store from making a living.

This place is a one stop shop for me. Always have super kind employees willing to help. It’s a small store but never feels awkward. My boyfriend and I visit weekly for Pokémon cards and vintage games. I try to buy all my new switch games here as well. Fair pricing and knowledgeable staff. So glad to have small business hobby store I can support locally.

The owner and the employees know everything for vapes and the fluid.. They are extreamly resoureful and can help you with any questions you may have. They also have alot of different things in the store as well.. Like games for Xbox one and ps4 all the way down to old school gaming systems as well.. Keep up the amazing work you guys are the best!! :)

Buyer beware, many defective products, manager is usually okay with returns, but there is an old man who works in the back who I've heard yelling at employees, very unprofessional. Used to be the only store in town, but there's others that have opened. Definitely go to those, the new stores they are cheaper and don't smell like wet dog.

Owner is very rude and unfair. Over heard him saying to his employees to “shake what their mama gave you” out front on the road. Also don’t do returns. Just store credit. Will tell you they do refunds when it’s store credit only. Also over priced. Staff are not informed on vape products and will lie. Do not recommend.

After reading the reviews I genuinely believe they are either fake or paid for because I have had many horrible experiences with this place. Worst vape selection and hours, and quality of products are very poor. 1/10 do not recommend. (No issues with employees but management and/or owner is very unprofessional)

Avoid the store they rip you off on rare games brought in Super Smash Brothers Melee Zelda Twilight Princess and Zelda Master collection they were only going to give me $50 for all 3 games complete one of the games alone sells for $100 at most used game stores don't rip you off avoid this store don't trust them

I recently got a vape and visited the store tonight to buy juice. The two guys working were amazing!! Very welcoming and helpful. Helped me pick a strength based on how much I smoke and took the time to help me find the right flavour. Would definitely recommend them for all your vaping needs!

I love shopping here. They deal in videogames and systems, movies, toys, comics and other collectibles aswell as a section for E cigs and vape juice. I travel about an hour to get to them and its always worth the drive. Great customer service and great prices. Thanks Walter and team!

My girlfriend and I go to these gentleman every week (sometimes more) and we always leave with a huge smile. Their knowledge of the products is actually pretty mind boggling. If you need anything vape related and beyond these guys are the go to people. Top notch guys you rock!

Staff was unattentive. None of the games that I wanted or were listed on the website were physically in house. One staff left the counter and never came back. I left without buying anything because no one seemed to care. Won't return.

big scam shop, Pokémon tcg overpriced through the roof , games with bad quality priced way to high, and will offer you low price and sell your game for much more then the amount. id stay away from this shop if you are a collector

Very helpful staff, large selection and had what I needed. Great prices as well. I bought a used Dreamcast controller that ended up having a frayed wire. Took it back and exchanged without any issues. Will go again for sure

Great selection of games and even movies. Some games are priced way too high, but you can also still sometimes find a really great deal. The ladies that work the weekends are always really nice!

They have a great selection of second hand games. Avoid the retro pi consoles they're selling. You can get a raspberry pi and load it with the same stuff much cheaper.
