"Very rude woman working there"
My mother came to visit and wanted to buy some souvenirs, I decided to take her there and it was the worst mistake. The way the employees/owners (not really sure who they were) kept checking and looking our way as if we were going to steal something. They even decided to go "fix/rearrange" the items near us. They could been less obvious, they made us really uncomfortable. Many other customers came inside and they weren't treated the same way. After paying our items my mother bump into something, she tried to fix it and she was told "leave it, I'll fix it, you get out." Next time I'll take my business somewhere else. They made her feel as if she was less than others.
I normally don't like browsing stores, but I walked in randomly with a friend and this store changed my mind. I loved the vibes! It smelled amazing thanks to all the candles and other aromas, and they had such great jazzy background music that I asked the store about it. Turns out they have a Spotify playlist which I now use whenever I want to cook. Anyway, great store, and the miscellaneous assortment of household and bath items were interesting. I probably wouldn't buy anything here because it's ridiculously overpriced, but it's still a fun and relaxing store to browse.
Woman working 11/8/23 @ 4pm was very rude - completely understand being careful in a shop with fragile items but didn’t need to keep following and hounding. Shop had many beautiful items that can be bought at 25% their price online. Even when suggesting to my wife that regardless of this fact that we should support local business - stating this directly in front of this woman - she continued to act pretentious and rude, at that point we left, hope you enjoy your business going to an online retailer over your attitude!
My first time at this little gem was when we had friends visiting town, and they stayed at The Inn at the Market. It is tucked away in the corner and is the most marvelous shop. I go every time I am in the area now and always find something for myself or someone else. Filled with the finer things, you will find the perfect gift for that hard-to-please person, or something special for yourself. The staff are so friendly and welcoming.
Very rude woman working there. Just saw previous reviews remarking the same—makes us feel a little less accosted. It’s located right next to our hotel so we were going to load up on my favorite candle and Christmas gifts here. However, after interacting with the woman there, we left. Everything there can be bought on online shops or somewhere else. We’re not going to support a business that treats customers that way.
Very fun store, wonderful design and arrangement of the merchandise. It's fun just to go look at how they have everything displayed. You'll get ideas for how to arrange simple things you already have at home. Unique items like word cubes that look like large dice and coasters that look like slices of toast (for Nacho Libre fans) and a book of sayings that mothers say.
The most delightfully curated Mecca for gifts from the soul with a bit of sparkle for good measure! I have been marveling over this store for two days now, wishing for more treasures, but charmed with the Hemingway dishtowel my husband secretly bought me while we shopped! Do not miss it!
My mother loves this store, so I visit from time to time to get her gifts. Always expertly put together, a wonderful collection of items for the home. Friendly helpful staff. Smells divine, as well.
Stopped by after seeing their Seattle themed items through the window. Was looking for cards, but wanted to leave with the whole store. Great place for gifts for anyone at any budget.
Weve been to this shop and it's fabulous; however I tried to place an order tonight and "shopped on line", but simple couldnt get to the checkout site. I gave up! …
Fantastic store. Great collection of items. I burn several of their candles in my bar nightly. Love stopping in here. Staff is always extremely helpful.
Sure, it's a little pricey. But it's my go-to spot for gifts for my EXTREMELY discerning Aunt. Complimentary gift wrapping year round, too.
This is my "go to" for special gifts and fav products. Store is bright, filled with enchantment and staff is helpful. Love this store
I LOVED this very cute little shop! So much fun to look @ everything & I bought the cutest pair of earrings!
I live in Dallas, when I am gift shopping or treating myself, I always check in to see what’s available!
