Paid £75 for their platinum valet and got the car back from them as dirty as it was before. I had to use my phone’s light to show them all the dirty spots and mentioned that my daughter has allergies and I need the car completely clean but I guess someone blind did the valeting as the hover wasn’t done, car seats weren’t washed, all the plastic bits around the seats weren’t cleaned and when I say not cleaned I mean they didn’t even touch those places. Glove box wasn’t cleaned. Basically they washed my car from outside for £75. I mentioned these things to them and they kept the car for another hour and still didn’t clean and returned the car without doing anything. And not only they didn’t valet it they poked one of the front sensor in and then “advised“ me to go to any mechanic who has a ramp and they’ll push it in! And I paid extra for that as well. £75 wasted! Wouldn’t recommend these people to anyone!

Awful car wash. Dropped my car off for inside & out clean before going to do a food shop and a few other bits, came back an hour and a half later, saw the car on the ramp with nobody cleaning it so assumed it was done only to be told the inside is done and they just need to wipe down the outside, wasn't happy but was told it would only take them a few more minutes. waited another 10/15 mins and went back to ask what was going on, saw them then cleaning the outside, so wasn't just a wipe down. Was then given back the car still wet, and told they only accept cash when I went to pay, £35!? (which I didn't have on me). Almost double the cost of what other places charge and took 5x longer. Next day car still looked dirty, wouldn't recommend.

Mohammad and Alam are excellent. They completely took care of me and brought the life and shine back into my car. Just what I needed on these glorious sunny days! Attention to detail was stunning, all staff were courteous - they even kept my bag for me, which I left by mistake when I left, an expensive bag too! (So they are to be trusted..). I had the Platinum package - car washing, inside and outside, with polishing too. Well worth the money. Go on - give them a try! Let them bring your car back to how it was when you bought it! (Or as close as poss ;) Business professional and devoted family man - to my loving wife and 2 fenatic daughters, 10 & 7.

Left my car for a full monty or whatever-they-want-to-call-it £70 clean Turns out that £1 I use for the shopping trolley was missing from the car (really?! For £1 you ruin the image of your business?!) Not clean (let alone vacuumed) under seats and trays below seats. Seat carpets returned to me in a bag completely soaked. Trunk of the car was completely missed out. Car doesn’t smell like clean or new,.. simply doesn’t smell like anything which would be a nice detail for the £70 all inclusive +£1 missing deep clean. Left the car with them for 4hrs, I was expecting more. Good luck!

This place is a scam. They pick and choose what size the car is. our should have been in group 2 but with wing mirrors out it jumped to group 4 the same size as a van for some reason. There were 3 other customers all with complaints when our car was being cleaned over the cleaning quality or size of the car being charged for. the clean itself was average and my wife had to finish the cleaning herself in order for us to sell the car. AVOID AVOID AVOID. Driven by profit and no ounce of customer care or pride in what they do. You have been warned!!

I had a full clean and my seats shampooed and I am SO HAPPY. I just bought my car and the seats were quite stained from the previous owner. I didn’t expect them to come out completely but when I picked up my car, it was like brand new. I can now feel like the car is my own as any of its history has been washed away. The guys over at waves were SO super friendly and welcoming and just did the most superb job. My family are so impressed they too now will be changing from their usual place to waves. Went to Tesco for the sole purpose of getting my car cleaned I pulled in at roughly 1pm and was told there full and there closing. There was one car waiting to be cleaned and there sign stated it shuts at 4pm. Worker was very rude and abrupt in the way he spoke to me when I pointed out they need to change their signage if 4pm was not the correct time won’t be wasting my time going here again if that’s how they treat potential customers. Ollies posh was far exceeds waves for quality

Ever since this car wash has been taken over the standards have slipped massively. Got charged an extra £5 because my car was dirty!!!??? Sorry what? Is this not a car WASH. Also did a bad job and missed lots of detail. Not what I expect for £45. Started using Autogleam and won’t look back now. Rude and money grabbing. Don’t use as you will be disappointed

30 quid to do in and out they didnt even clean the computer screen,no smell of cleaner,crumbs on seat,real bad job. Last time I payed 0 quid just for outside and it was great,that was the chubby guy who wasnt there this time,he obviously has standards and works hard,this one was no good at all.rip off I want my money back but I'm miles away now

After the wash we found little bits of grit trapped on the wipers. We noticed this when driving home as the wipers started to put scratches across the windscreen when turned on. Raised a complaint but they were unhelpful and stated all sponges are checked before use, the mess they caused was upsetting, shocking and service unsatisfactory.

To be fair, my car was washed well, so cannot fault the quality of the service. However, they charged me £40 (yes, forty) for a standard interior+exterior clean (no polish, wax etc) on a BMW 1 series. How is a 1 series a large car? Extremely overpriced for what you get in return. Avoid if you are trying to be reasonable with your spend.

Hands down the best car wash you will find, anywhere! .... I didn't realise my car should shine this much. I guess that's because they use the best products on the market and are not afraid to work hard. Go anywhere else and you're just waisting money and potentially ruining your car. Amazing customer service and a 5 star wash!

Fast and friendly service. Professionals does a fantastic job. Trustworthy car will be washed while you do your shopping in the superstore. Much better than any other car wash in Orpington. Don't try to complain your car is dirty and charge you extra like some other places around Orpington. Open till 6 on weekdays.

Have used this car wash regularly for years, but over recent months the car has not been cleaned to a good standard, with windows in particular not cleaned properly. Attention to detail is lacking. For the premium price you pay here, I feel you should get a better quality outcome.

Really nice guys and friendly staff. However, for £20 the car wash was rushed and therefore it wasn’t cleaned properly. In other places locally I could have both inside and out cleaned with wax for the same amount. Probably will not come back unless urgent

Had a valet done as the inside of my car was awful. Really happy with the job, hoovering was done really well, car seat and isofix removed and cleaned under and all wiped down really very. Outside looked great too. Will definitely be going back regularly.

I was super impressed with Waves car wash service. They did a valet detailed service on my mini which was a state with dig hairs and general mess. They made the inside and outside look brand new! Defo recommend!

Absolute rip off. My car's just a hatchback. They charged me £19 for a basic exterior car wash. Not worth it. I feel like I might have been scammed. I will not visit them again.

Great service, we selected the gold service and our car was immaculate inside and out. Vacuuming had clearly been done thoroughly, dash polished and exterior was gleaming too.

Always different price when I go. Also he told me a price and when I collect I paid a different amount I only realise once home and they did not tell me anything! Never again!

Tried Gold package, went for shopping and a walk in High Street. Came back and all good, no stains left inside or outside of windows, shiny and happy.

30£ for Mini Cooper because it’s a big car. Really??? No check of course. And still not clean or good wash. That’s what reminded after them.

Gone downhill in the last few months. Pay a fortune then still have to clean the car when we get home. Not worth the amount they charge.

Great wash inside and out. Real care taken and they even washed an old dog mat lying in the back. I would recommend.
