I would give more but this morning service was not okay. Go in for coffee this morning, theres barely any coffee in the pot i get from, but still was just enough for me, the backup was empty. Go to get creamer and sugar and they have absolutely nothing for options. We ask for hazelnut creamer as we can see theres cartons in the trash, they just need to restock. The barista doenst even hesitate with a response "no thats it" with such an attitude. doesnt even budge to say "im sorry let me go check after i make this order" show the customer that you actually were trained properly to give customer service at a 100% satisfactory rate. That was not at all good customer service. Just cause of the nastyness it caused us to not even finish,making our coffees. We left them there and walked out, just got our gas. We come to wawa for their great service and good coffee along with food sometimes. But the service is whats its all about. I rarely have a bad experience at wawas, its because i worked for pne breifly and know how they are trained. So its baffling to me anytime i do experience a bad day with the associates.

I purchased a fountain drink from the Coca-Cola machine at the Wawa on blanding blvd 32244. On 08.10.21 at 10am. I was absolutely disgusted to find Flys frozen in the ice. When I talk to the location to tell them they should dump the ice. The response I received was that "its fine that never happens, just come in and we will replace it for you." I am so grossed out and there is no part of me that wants to ever get another "fresh" item from Wawa again. I understand it's just a fountain drink and that Wawa won't go out of business if I stop going there. Threatening anything of the sort would be absurd, I wouldn't have even written this if I felt like the location I had gone to was actually going to clean out the ice dispenser. With the current global pandemic I don't understand how such oversight was even possible. I was under the impression that cleanliness was one of the highest priorities. I am very disappointed in the way this location handled this issue.

Calvin has got to be the rudest employee in that store. I'm at the cashier paying for my order and I hear my # called out. I walk up to find out that he was confused by 1 sandwich had ranch and the other has BBQ sauce, so now he's tossing my order around and is clearly showing me his frustration and taking it out on my food. He finishes and slides the 2 boxes under the opening. I ask him for a bag bc Im carrying 2 24oz drinks, 2 cookies, my ticket, my CC and keys.. so he sighs to high heaven, pushes my food even further towards me, puts the bag on HIS side of the window and walks off. Leaving me to put everything down and arrange my order myself. His behavior was just rude and totally uncalled for.

I have been there loyal customer since I move down to Florida 5 years ago. These last couple of week they been messing up on my online order. I went in there last night, they still screw up on my order. I even went back out to my vechile to show this lady what I order on my phone. She still wanted to argue with me, and still did not give me exactly what I ordered. Worst part about my visit is the gentleman who is making the drinks the smoothies, the ice cream, etc. stated the ice cream machine broke down and they can’t make no more shakes and that the dayshift didn’t clean it very well and that there was roaches crawling out of it and he said this out loud and proud. I don’t think I’ll will ever order from them again.

Abby being a General Manager does not give you a right to argue with your customers or allow your team to act in such a manner. You bragged that you are the owner but that does not give you or your employees the right to mistreat anyone. Abby you are a bad example for your employees. Perhaps as a General manager and owner you need to hire someone else to manage the store in a way that is not offensive to any of your customers. If you are going to "pop off" at every concern then you definitely need someone who can can handle that area better than you can. No I am not saying everyone was impolite. Your employee David is a good example of an employee who handles the job well. I know this because I am a customer.

OK so let me start by saying I don’t usually do this type of thing. But I’m on my way to work Grabbing my coffee today and it was one of those specialty lattes, so the guy behind the counter that was doing it I think you with some Hispanic guy with a beard I couldn’t tell. But I asked him very politely if one of the coffees was my order, didn’t know he was doing a long order which he did tell me afterwards. Okay so cool I had no problem with him being slow as molasses because I work a customer service job as well and I get customers can have zero people skills At Times. That being said The attitude that ensued rubbed me the wrong way. Like bro I really wasn’t pressing you some don’t give me an attitude.

I hate giving bad reviews. I really want people to be good! Every single time I come to this location ( Collins and blanding ) they NEVER EVER get my food right . I don’t even order it any different than the way it comes . The gobbler has GRAVY !!! twice now I’ve come here and got the bowl and neither time has it had gravy ! Didn’t realize how dry it is without it ! I only go here because I work close by but I’ll have to go to a different one now because …… ‍♀️

Poor customer service. Ordered two fraps with whipped cream, one with extra chocolate and another with extra caramel. Was asked to pay cashier before picking order. That I did. However, when I went back to pick-up both ordered fraps. Noticed they were missing whip cream and the caramel and other the chocolate drizzle and whipped cream. When inquired about the whipped cream and drizzle was told they were out! Incredible; force to pay for something they can't prepared as advertised cause they are out of ingredient?? Simply unacceptable! Poor business practice, borderline false advertising.

I am not sure what they had going on on Saturday, around noon/1 PM. How do you allow your employees to be on their phones talking personal while at work. Wearing airpods and chatting personal instead of taking car of your Customers. Attempted to order 3 drinks and it took atleast 15 minutes seemed like 30. What happen to Customers first. Wawa I am so disappointed. If you would like the employee name I have it, just not posting it here. Even attempted to tell a male at the front register but they didn't act like they cared either.

If you're in the mood for a milkshake 9/10 you can forget about it. Either they're understaffed and the beverage bar doesn't have anybody working or they're out of the ingredients to make milkshakes. 90% of the time I visit this location (because of its proximity to my residence) to purchase a milkshake and leave empty-handed. Wawa on 17 AKA Park avenue always has milkshakes and maybe once in a blue moon will their milkshakes be unavailable. This store could take a lesson from the Park Avenue/US-17 store

Terrible experience with a staff behind the coffee kiosk. I had asked for hot water in a cup for tea. In which she rudely replied the machine was broke. As I'm looking at a tap behind the counter that would allow for said water. I pointed to it and she said that's only for coffee. Ma'am coffee doesn't come out of a red spout. I was so disgusted I'm finding another place. Look at all my reviews. Not a single bad review from me. Never not once. This attitude was out of pocket and took me for surprise.

As someone who works at wawa this wawa was very unprofessional I was a paying customer who went to check out and he wouldn’t take me he took everyone before me and when I said something he got defensive and told me to leave the store I did nothing wrong the people I was with were loud but they went to self check out and had nothing to do with me he was extremely disrespectful I believe his name was Pete it was an old white guy

Wawa!!! You have some explaining to do…not only does this muffin (that I was about to buy) have green and red mold growing on it. The packaging says it’s still within the expiration date. I did not notify any employees as I would like everyone else to see how bad this location has gotten. There was a homeless man taking up the bathroom stall doing suspicious things and reported that to the employees…with no urgency!

Recently opened. Clean store. Bathroom was clean, but the toilet seat cover container was totally empty. I doubt that it was ever filled. The soap dispenser and dryer was automatic. The toilet had an inferred signal but also a very small button to push. The inferred didn't work so I had to use the button. For being newly opened, it has a few issues to take care of. You do have to wear a mask in there. A plus

The customer service early morning at the deli bar needs to improve. If a customer asks for a bag to put their food in, maybe it’s because so they can carry it along with other stuff for work. I asked for a bag to put the sandwich in the bag, you just don’t give the customer the bag to put it in themselves, you put it in the bag for them.Rude and disrespectful.

Always have flyers in the stores for really good sales, and when I get to the register it doesn’t reflect. I’m not the person to usually complain, but I spoke up tonight about a 7 dollar difference on a product they have signs up for. Said “hey you might have some old sale signs up.” Employee said “probably “. Ok I’ll probably spend my money elsewhere.

Great new location. They definitely needed another gas station at the oakleaf area. The one that they had for years was not enough. This one can definitely handle the crowd that's building out there. I love their food and free air as well as their gas prices. Definitely going to continue to shop there. We need more locations like this

Absolutely horrible experience on 9/1/21 @ 10pm got dirty look from the girl at the food counter from the second I walked in the door. I think hates her job she made my sandwich absolutely wrong. The whole atmosphere at this location seems ugly and hateful from the time you walk in till the time you leave I won't be back

Well my experience at Wawa was alright until I seen the girl Lala making the drinks and touching everything like her clothes and phone and didn't even change her gloves.. very unsanitary we are still living with COVID in the US.. change your gloves and wash your hands

It was disappointing that the fuel sign states that gas is 3.45 per gallon. But when you go ans start fueling the pump reads 3.59, and then the cashier says that it's nothing they can do. Well I budget my money, and makes a difference when I filling up your car.

The only one I've ever been too that is horrible. Constantly having problems with their pumps, staff, and inventory. The lady who works every morning should not be the cashier during the busy rush, she can't handle it and has an attitude with half the people.

Wawa has abunch of different fountain drinks, coffee, hot foods and snacks as well as the packaged snacks and bottled drinks. This store gets pretty busy and the entrance shared with Chick-fil-A can get a little backed up.

This one is quick to get in and out and the sandwiches are good. Our favorite sandwich is the Ham and cheese with not a bunch of junk on it. Take it home and heat it up on the stove with a weight on top and it’s crispy.
