"Not fit for purpose"
I can only go on what happened to me ... in 2012 when the mother of my kids had a brain hemorrhage we had to sort benefits out afterwards due to fact the hemorrhage made her unable to speak it was a nightmare. If it wasn't for these people I'm unsure how we would've have done it. They phoned people I had no access to and got things done. This was 11 years ago however.
Not fit for purpose, offers scheme for white goods, cant apply till you have tenacy and keys. Then you have to wait 6 to 8 weeks, so what is your family suppose to do in that time? What kind of hateful human being thought this was appropriate?
Not fit for purpose. Don't waste your time in getting advice from these clowns. Try citizens advice instead
