Very bad service and customer care we paid for materials in full and was told they would be ready for collection in 3 weeks it only 4 months and no curtesy calls to let you know what's happening with the materials. Went to check for the materials today and was told that they had rang me 3 weeks ago to say the materials are in but I had no calls from them so can't rate them only if you have time to keeping going back and forth as they don't have time to call they customer's to let them know about they goods. I will never use them again even if they are the last resort. I rate them a BIG 0

Great local hardware store with a surprisingly wide range of good quality tools, hardware and fixings. Not as cheap as B&Q but also not as generic - if you are after a quality file, or door lock, or an M4 thread tap, which the big stores wont carry, this is the place. Guys there are nice and helpful too. Support your local businesses - especially the good ones! Ben.

This is the best place in every sense for most DIY needs. Over the years I moved from visiting Homebase to Welford Ironmongers. Quality of power tools, locks, fireworks, screws and much more came on back of good advice from the staff there and never compromised in any way and at lower price than diy chain stores…

Bought door locks& hinges dont have receipt come to shop told me got bank statement to prove owner very owkward& rude been 8months he didnt want to know me very poor service& rude was trying for me to pay for another lock never go to that shop again 0 ratting rip of spent lots before in that shop never again

One of the best iron monger,if you want good branded hardware at reasonable prices. They stock quality branded items. They have always offered me the best hardware I wanted at very reasonable prices. I highly recommend them.

You won't find a better ironmongers in Leicester. You will always find what you want there. The staff are friendly and helpful. Suggest a visit to the shop there is so much that's useful on display.

Went in here today for some M5 & M6 socket cap screws, the gentlemen that served me was arrogant and unhelpful so I just walked out, if you want a good service then please go else where.
