I purchased the Nano package Giselle, fist session is find, not happy on the second session, but I gave a chance to switch to another staff, Rina. During the session I felt heaviness on the instrument into my face, made it red and when she put the cream in my face I felt my face is on fire. Told her to stop the session, put another cream to calm the burning feeling. When I get out from the room, I could not find anyone to discuss what happened, looked each room but no one I could talk to. I left with red/burnt feeling face for 24 hours couldn’t sleep, made my heart pumped fast almost want to go to emergency. What made worst is this company does not want to refund. Cherry financial is after me because, they paid the clinic and clinic has “no return/refund” policy even their fault. WHAT A NIGHTMARE! Reported to DCA. Be careful!

I loved this place! I did my 3 facial there already. I do Nano facials there that help me with my skin texture and lifting. I really see results. Emily and Lovlynn really helped me they are so nice. I really recommend this spa! It is beautiful and clean with great service!!

I wish I could give this place more than 5 stars.. I stopped by as I was in the area and I got a facial SO GOOD!!!! the employees are very caring and make you feel very comfortable. Believe you are gonna love doing beauty treatments here!
