Bad service,worker at the teller gave me attitude ,did not want to find a way to cash my cashiers check even thoe i had my I.D ,and social,still did not bother,its the only gay guy in the mornings,he should go work somewhere else if he or she doesnt like their job
IF I COULD GIVE THEM ZERO STARS I WOULD! Don’t even bother making an appointment with a banker. They DO NOT honor appointment times. IT’S FIRST COME FIRST SERVE. You will literally be waiting for an hour even if you have an appointment. Absolutely ridiculous!
This branch should just be eliminated. I went to try to withdraw money today 3/20/23 at 4:00 pm just to find out their ATM was completely gone .( I assume it was due to someone breaking into the bank since it was blocked off with plywood)so

Drove 30 minutes from my closed location and at 4.59pm they wouldn’t let me in. Last transaction from me. We’ll be moving our business account and be happy to see the backside of this corporate ogre.
Cashiers are not bilingual at all.. that’s funny, In this area we need Spanish speaking people where are your customer service standards Wells Fargo??

Good ATM. Good privacy for you to get money. Not voice activated. Won't give you money if you don't have any though.
Customer service is pretty good, but lines are always long. Appointments are required to make changes to accounts.
They must have an ATM to withdraw more than 500dlls if you don't have to wait a long time to go through an ATM
