I am so pleased with Armen who helped me to do my wire transaction today, which was really important to me, when other WF branche in Brentwood didn't help me since I didn't have an appointment. Armen was very professional and fast, although he was busy, he was able to manage his time so I successfully completed the wire.
I go to this bank a lot due to convenience and sometimes the atm doesn’t want to accept my cash so I have to go inside where there’s only 1 or 2 tellers and a line about dozen people long. This happens EVERYTIME I come here. Im better off going to the Wells Fargo down the street than this one. Hire more tellers!
Literally just walked to the door at 4:59. Went to grab the door handle & someone behind the counter said something to security, he quickly locked it, looked at me & walked away. I see hours have changed due to COVID. Just sad customer service. Sad.

The Manager, Georgina, went out of her away to help me with an account servicing issue. She was so friendly and efficient. Totally made my day to have an “errand” go so positively. This is my favorite WF location by far. Thanks again!
I happened to live nearby, and as many reviewers noted they used to have really old-school personal working here years ago, but lately (1+ year), the branch hired new people with proper human skills. So they get credit for that!
i would put poor only - but there is no available option for that. whatever you do - DO NOT bank with this bank, this branch in particular. i had my account for 14 years with them (business and personal).
I don't visit this beanch so often but when I do it's usually fast and smooth. They don't get a five because wells fargo in general does not provide services comparable to most of the other banks.

There's always a long, long, line, and never enough tellers, and they really don't seem to care. Today there had to be at least 25 people in front of me and the line was wrapped
