Well I was a customer for years with Wells Fargo. My closure with them is basically the companies history. As a Black woman I would like to feel that if I decided to buy a home or start a business. My bank that I been with for years would help with that. From what I seen and heard they don't assist with minorities. Recently they were in the news for lying about jobs they offer Black's In particular. I seen recently Wells Fargo(not saying these ppl do) workers were making accounts from clients to meet their quotas. The whole company is not set up for minorities.

Wells Fargo is the worst bank ever. Especially 51st and Baseline. Yesterday at 9:30 am Tony Williams deposited a cashiers check from Navy Federal Credit Union and Wells Fargo put a hold on it until the 25th (next Friday). They claim that they can’t get a hold of anyone at Navy fed to verify proof of funds on a CASHIERS CHECK! You are scamming people to make money on the float! Office of the Arizona Attorney General and the Better Business Bureau will receive a complaint and it’s my personal goal to spread this unethical business practice all over social media.

With no warning, this bank lowered my credit limit on my credit card to just above my current balance after raising my credit limit 1 year ago. I have 100% on time payment history and have always stayed below my credit limit. My current credit score is 696 (Experian). I own my own business and take home $109,200 per year. Why was I treated this way? Wells Fargo does not value me as a customer, and treated me like I am some kind of delinquent. I have since closed my Business account, Personal account, and closed the Credit Card account as well.

This location has been the least productive/helpful lately. Don't get me wrong I understand we are dealing with Covid-19 but it seems like this location is anything but helpful. The lobby is open but only if you need funds from ANOTHER bank. Oh they have a notary but only by appointment. If they are bank employees and are being paid to work I think EVERYONE at work should be working. I don't you go to a different branch and everyone is doing their job and following CDC guidelines. NOT HERE!

I don’t bank with you guys but my mother was trying to convince me to open an account. I’m here still waiting to deposit in line after 49 mins and counting. NOT prepared to handle customers. This is MIDDLE of the week, I’d hate to see what Friday and weekends are like. Totally unacceptable. Why would a customer interaction take this long? Never had this experience before with any bank. Feels like a REALLY busy fast food place.

I like waiting in line for the ATM to find out deposit is unavailable. How is that possible? Is there no more room in the machine for pieces of paper? Seriously if someone knows, please enlighten me. EDIT: A month later and deposit is still unavailable. Also unavailable at the walk-up ATM. A sign that your ATMs don't provide 50% of their services would be nice. EDIT 2: The drive-thru ATM is just completely down today 6/16/19.

As a business owner I would expect to go into a bank with a business line to get in make my daily cash deposits and out getting back to work quickly to continue to be prosperous without waiting in line for 15 minutes. As well as being treated with dignity and respect, with efficient and pleasant tellers. They seem to have a lot of tellers not working the windows, just chatting with each other. Wasting all the customers time.

Being that we need to stay 6ft apart this location fails to do so with their center teller in between the 2 smiley faces that guide you to stay 6ft apart width wise takes 7-8 floor tiles to separate you from another customer once you get to the front of the line your certainly not 6ft apart from the teller in the center length wise there's only 5 floor tiles seperating you the customer in front of the teller in the center

I’ve had an account with them for a year, but I’ve only had a handful of decent experiences. ATM always, and I mean always, has some kind of issue. Recently got my card info. stolen, disputed the unauthorized charge and that took a week to resolve even though it wasn’t that much, but they charged me overdraft anyway. Been trying to call for the past week to dispute that charge, but NO answer at all.

This location is two minutes from my home. Drive thru is no longer functioning. Lines are heck a long. I am disable and unable to walk / stand for long periods of time. How are you asking for new clients when you can not keep your current customers happy. I am slowly closing all of my accounts with this bank down. Just removed my mortgage now on to checking and savings accounts. Terrible service.

Wth is wrong with this location! I’m shuting my accounts and moving to another bank I’m tired of having to drive 20 mins to get money. The drive through is never open and there is a line out the door. You shut down the branch on 19th and baseline why not bring those employees over here. I have over 100k siting with you guys and can’t even conduct business because this branch is so messed up!!!

I can see why this place has such a low rating. I Don't go inside much since you should be able to conduct 90 % of transactions online or through an ATM. That being said their ATM's or the maintenance are probably the worst in the banking industry. Always an issue, no deposit available, no 20's available, out of service, .....Just a waste of time most of the time.

My wife sat in the drive thru line for about 45 minutes and during that time only one car in front of her was helped. The people behind her left and finally so did she. Looking at the other reviews this seems to be a common trend for this branch. Corporate should definitely do an investigation and see what is going on with this branch's employees.

Worse branch ever I waited over an hour and I still didnt get any help closing my account they don't even communicate the waiting time more of a reason to not bank with them again after having my account there for over 15 years never again I am seriously beyond upset right now waisted my whole lunch and was late on top of that

This is by far the worst branch in the city. I have been waiting 30 minutes at the drive thru just to make a deposit. I have actually seen 10 customers wait line and leave, in this time only one customer was helped. All four lanes are open including the ATM, which I would use but is out of service. Do not come here.

The only way I can speak with a banker is by making an appointment that is 3 weeks out...... Well I made the appointment and the scheduled time came and went. I cant walk in and speak to someone I cant make an appointment.. What is a person supposed to do to be able to open an account and give you my money.....

Really bad service you get an appointment and they have you waiting outside for more than 40 minutes after your appointment time because they want social distance but what is the point of having an appointment if you have to wait outside for almost an hour they need to have better costumer service it’s terrible

Lunch time and all drive thru's are closed. There were 15 people ahead of me in line. Totally unreasonable. Been waiting 20 minutes already. I don't want an apology and want me to email you. Obviously this is not helping because you say that to everyone.

I went in yesterday. Everyone was really great. Only thing I found wrong was seeing what looked like the manager come out of the back of with crocs on that’s the most unprofessional thing I have seen. Especially if you’re holding such an important role

Your ATMs are almost always down! Right now, I went to the drive thru and the ATM is "out of service". I parked and walked in to the ATM, but it wont accept my card. It is extremely frustrating to constantly have this issue at this branch!

Less than 1. Robbed my account of 200 dollars don't go there. Went to a teller. Had a balance of 335. Withdrew 320 now my account is overdrawn 185 plus 35 overdraft few. Impossible. Customer service is no help.

The Drive-thru at this location needs updating. With the increase in people in this area, this location should have at least 3 drive thru ATMs and the doors for the ATM inside should not be locked.

Ever since the pandemic, wells Fargo on this entire side of town has bottomed out. Branches closed, doors to atms locked. Atms only partially operable. Makes banking a challenge. Do better.

They now lock the door to the ATM and the drive through ATM never accepts cash. So expect overpayment charges if your account goes a few dollars in the negative.
