Speaking in behave of my father. - Today I arrived at Wellsfargo around 12 . With a huge line outside the door . I knew it was going to be a long wait so I waited patiently. After an hr and half I am at the window finally my turn . I respectfully ask the customer teller that I wanted to get into my safe box . The representative at the door interrupted and rudely With a high tone told me I was in the wrong line and I answered her calmly and respectfully if she can help me and show me the person that can help being that I was in line for almost two hours by then. There was nobody guiding or informing the public for where their services were. She started getting more of an aggressive tone after I continued asking her question of who can help me being that I had limited time and had waited in line so long. She turned me away and with an aggressive and disrespectful tone asked me to either wait another two hours or leave. I was surprised at how poor customer service she had being that I had been more that patient and respectful. She also said if I didn’t like her answer I can always close my account and go else where. I could not believe what I just had heard!! Sadly I wasn’t the only one there was several costumers who witnessed and were also upset of this horrible a Wellsfargo representative is treating their costumers.

Right behind me come 2 more gentleman who she walked over to great and ask what they were there for keep in mind I’m sitting in the one only chair there’s in there finally after 40 mins off being there and a 3rd gentleman walking in complaining about the wait time . She finally tells me to go to the other side because there was going to be a long wait time because all the other men had a lot off money to deposit but I was next, she still sent me to the other side . She wasn’t the person at the window she was just a lady flirting with one off the guys asking how much he was going to pay her for opening the safe because that’s what according to her was the hold up . To me that’s very poor off customer service I had to go to the other side with 5 people ahead while at the business side 1 was only ahead . Very poor management she needs to keep it professional and treat everyone the same I might not have a lot off money to deposit but I’m in there for a reason !!!!!!
Based on other reviews it seems that understaffing is a common issue at this branch. I arrived at almost 10am to make a deposit to my business account and the doors were still locked. There was a line forming outside waiting to be let into the branch. The doors didn't open until 9:58am despite the posted opening time both online and on the doors being 9am. As soon as the doors opened and customers were finally let in, some were immediately being turned away despite waiting outside in the cold for assistance. I decided to take my business to the next nearest branch rather than wait 45 minutes for service here. I typically only use the ATMs at this branch and it seems that's the only reason to come here in the future.
Waited in line in the extreme heat for about and hour. When I reached the front of the line a really rude lady put me to the side and made me form my own line because I wanted to access the safe and was told to wait 2 hours in the extreme heat. I asked her why wasn’t there a sign instead of making me wait all this time In The heat. She later replied with “it’s your responsibility to keep yourself informed and if you don’t want to wait you could leave or close your account and if you want to close your account you will have to wait another hour.” At this point I was furious so I left. Will be closing all my accounts and refinancing my home with another bank. This happened on 06/01/202 at around 1:20pm.

They called me they could take me without texting me alerting me I was next and only had 10 minutes to get there before another appointment. The online wait time is pointless if you are not going to alert people so they can be ready. I usually don’t leave reviews but this really annoyed me.
I had to stop into the bank yesterday and I first went to another WF and they told me due to COVID you have to make an apptm to see a banker. So I called another WF later and Lujain picked up the phone. She was so nice and told me that she does not have any apptms at the moment and to drive over. I was there in 10 min and the lady at the front door already knew I was coming. I was seen right away and Lujain was so helpful. You can tell she really cares and she answered all my questions and helped me with what I needed. She was kind and courteous. In the future, for all my banking needs with Wells Fargo, I am going to come see Lujain only! They are so lucky to have someone like her on their team!
Monday, walked in, greeter didnt say anything to me or ask what I needed. She was chatting with security that was sitting in a low chair at the door.. Approximately 6 people in front of me and only two tellers. When I finally reached teller I asked if they normally only have two tellers on a Monday. He said the others were on break. After I told the amount of withdraw I needed he said that amount (4k) could have been withdrawn from the ATM inside. If the greeter asked every person what they needed I could have avoided the long wait, by being informed the inside ATM can withdraw that much. If there were more tellers, I could have avoided the long wait.
Went to bank on Saturday, got there at 9:05 on merchant side, doors were still closed waited till 9:35 nobody ever opened door or let us know to all the people that were waiting why the delay, eventually left since I had to get back to open my store it’s no right to leave us there hanging and not say anything we kept ringing door and teller saw us and still didn’t say or do anything, terrible service they are always slow in helping people and unprepared but that was really disrespectful to the people waiting outside we have things to do and if you can’t open for whatever reason at least put a sign or something
I've been banking with Wells Fargo for years never had a bad experience till I went to this location fist time at this one the manager ignored me when I asked for water so I asked again and he ridley said we don't do bottled water their is a drinking fountain then he stood behind the only cashier that was working at the time while theor was a long line I finally get up their and he makes a remark that I guess theirs no Becouse i needed to cash a checkneed dkr arms
I just had the worst customer service experience at this location. All I wanted was to get $100 in singles, and they would not do it. The supervisor was rude and impolite. The cashier wanted to do it but was not allowed to. It doesn’t make any sense to me in the world when all you need to do is get singles and a bank cannot accommodate it because you do not have an account there. This tells me that I will never ever have a bank account at Wells Fargo ever.
This was not that bad of an experience as I've seen from other reviews. I made an appointment to open a new account so I was able to skip the line, but there lines were quite a bit long around 4-5pm. Other than them being understaffed, the members that are they are very nice and the bank teller I was talking was one of the most friendly people that I have left. Only reason for it being a 4 star is due to its long lines.
Wait out side since 8:30am at business accounts door. Did not open that door until 9:05 am. Then they ask us to wait in line front doorafter all the people who was not in line at 8 :30. If you were short staff then should have told your clients that get in front door line way before line start building up. They Madeira us wait out side in heat and top of big line. No communication. Put note out side of door.
Every time I come in the bank no matter what day it is there is always only two tellers which gives everyone longer wait times for simple transactions, also it’s very clear the cater to Spanish speaking customers first and in a more friendly manner , I was in before two gentlemen and was told to wait as she greeted and help h‘em then came to help me , this by far is my least favorite location
Why all of you people have accounts with these thieves criminals and Liars is beyond me but when this Bank fails claims bankruptcy and asks for a bailout then it should come from the customers that choose to continue business with them. Taking from the pockets of the American people to pay their debts from all of the cheating they have done is absolutely ridiculous
Muy mal atención a cliente, nosotros vinimos en un horario en el que no hay mucha gente fuimos los primeros en la fila para que uno de sus agentes nos atendiera lamentablemente estuvimos esperando más de 30 min y nadie nos atendía las señoritas solo estaban platicando , paseando y en sus teléfonos. Deberían de dar prioridad a sus clientes.
Always the same thing, business room always 1 teller and more than 8 people waiting in the heat just because the careless people working here, who wants to be waiting over 30 mins in the heat while there is only one teller inside, no sense, if you can't handle business then you should either hire more people or hire new management
Waited outside for about 40mins in the heat. The elderly man in front of me was on the brink of passing out. The line was blocked at the door by security. There were only 2 tellers. It's very clear that there's a big difference in customer service on this side of town. I've used multiple locations & this one is by far the WORST.

4th time in to slide something in safety deposit box. Different days,different times. 1 teller, 1 service rep. 2 times people standing in back and 2 times in back counting money per guard. To get item out, waited 47 minutes-waiting now 24 so far. Gave up other 3 times. Moving accounts next time in.
DO NOT use the ATMS they dispense DAMAGED bills and when you attempt to get a new one they told me I would have to send it to the US Treasury to get my money which is a 6 month to 3 year process are these Jokers serious. Well I am bye WELLSFARGO
They need to move their hands faster! Seem like they don’t need customers so the branch should be close down because to make a payment to my account was took me over an hour I have to stand in the line with only 2 tellers! It’s was awful!
Worst banking experience I've had. Stay clear of Jennifer Emery. She will lie to you (says you had left the building, when you hadn't). She then will put here hispanic friends in line ahead of you....Not fair....Not right..

Second time trying to open an account for my teens and they tell me they don't have availability. You can't do this online either and they don't do appointments.
